Brian and the team at Slaughter addressed issues we had with an Audi Q5 at a lower price than the dealership. He went above and beyond in troubleshooting and going the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. Just got back from yet another great experience with Brian and the whole team at Slaughter & Associates. Over the past 5 years they have been honest, trustworthy, a great value, excellent customer service, always up-front, and every other positive adjective you can think of. Having a trustworthy mechanic is so incredibly important and I wouldn't trust anyone else. There's a reason why they have such great reviews and the best part is they never, ever ask for them. There isn't anything on their paperwork that says where to review or anything. So all the great reviews you read are legit for people actually taking the time without being asked. And as you all know it's easy to write negative reviews so their great ratings are completely representative of this great local business. I highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!

Brian is extremely honest and a great communicator. I've been looking for a mechanic and a shop that I can genuinely trust for over 20 years. Brian and Slaughter is the place. I've been taking my vehicles to him for a year or two and have always felt comfortable that what he tells me is correct and honest. He explains what is happening and why. Even when it's not what I want to hear, he is honest. His prices are fair and straight forward. What other mechanic and shop have reviews as good as Brian and Slaughter? There's a reason.

Excellent service and fair prices. Even rushed over to help when the car stalled right after leaving to help push out of the street. Can t recommend them enough

I was there in late February and requested a coolant flush as my car was running a little hot, the and coolant looked absolutely disgusting. They told me they would look to see if the coolant actually needed to be flushed and let me know what they found. Sounded great to me until I got a call saying I was leaking coolant into my exhaust and they wouldn't do the coolant flush bc the car was now worthless. This also cost me $65... And I was terrified I needed to buy a new car ASAP.I took my car to another servicer who did the coolant flush for me advised I did not have a leak as it wasn't low at all, just old/sperated. I've since passed an emissions test and the car has been running at the perfect temp throughout these low hundreds degree days.Would not recommend this place.

I really like working with these guys. I've double-checked estimates from other locations after receiving an estimate from them. And they always have very fair estimates are upfront and honest about whatever situation you are facing with your vehicle. I have three separate vehicles that I take to them and I definitely recommend bringing your vehicle in to be seen by Slaughter & Associates.

Have been taking our vehicles to Brian Slaughter for many years. He provides excellent customer service, workmanship on our vehicles, always at a fair price. Brian has looked at used cars we considered buying to give his opinion on the car's condition & worthiness of purchase. We have purchased several older cars for our children from Brian, all of which ran well for several years before being sold as they wanted to upgrade. I would highly recommend Slaughter & Associates for your auto maintenance & repair.

I wanted an alignment but tire had a bubble. So no alignment but they charged me 65.00 and I was told they were helping me out.. by just looking at the tire sheesh

Slaughter& Associates was recommended to me by a co-worker and they have proven to be just as reliable as they claimed. Brian always offers me options to cut costs (aftermarket, refurbished, etc.) provides the pros and cons but ultimately lets me make the decision. He has always met his projected time estimate as well. A true honest and reliable mechanic. I will never go anywhere else.

Ive been using Brian for our automotive repairs for several years now and he has always been a very reliable, fair, and competent mechanic! It's hard to find a mechanic that you can trust, but we have one right here! I recommend Brian and his team to all of my friends!!

This shop is AWESOME!! I was referred here a little over 2 years after the dealership tried to take me to the bank! I wont take my car anywhere else!! My son and daughter in law are now dedicated customers as well!! The work is excellent and the cost is very reasonable!! Being a woman this is so important to me and eliminates so much stress!! Extremely pleased!!

Love this place! I don't write many reviews but I felt compelled to after taking my car in to have the motor mounts replaced on my 08 Altima Coupe. Brian (I believe he's the owner) gave me an honest and competitive quote, never trying to upsell me on anything. He gave me options to help save money and even threw in a free part due to the fact it wasn't on the original quote... awesome customer service! I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the valley, even if it's far the drive is worth it!

Brian is always more than fair. I have had a few repairs done, and Brian has saved me money as well by letting me know my vehicles did not need repairs other "shops" said I needed. Highly recommended.

Just call them and get a quote, it will be well worth your time. They do what they say they will do, they warranty their work and they charge realistic prices. My son lives in Chandler, his car broke down and needed clutch work. He ask me to see if I could find a place to get it fixed. I checked Yelp and found the 3 top rated auto-repair shops in his area. I call each one and ask for a quote. One was so over priced double what is standard pricing. One wanted me to call back and dicker with them on the repair, basically what would be included then set the price. Slaughter and Assc. called back gave us a great quote. We had them do the work and they were done in a day, fixed some other stuff they found and now the car is driving great. Thanks Much

I have been taking my car to Brian for years! I have recommended him to several family and friends and all of them say the same thing I do...his staff does great work, he is always fair, never tries to convince you to do work that can wait, and is always honest in his evaluation and quote. Once you take your car to Brian, you will never go elsewhere!

Before I found Brian, I felt like every mechanic I used viewed me as a dollar sign. Brian respects your wallet like it was his own. He'll tell you what really needs to be done and what doesn't. I've been told that I've needed thousands of dollars of work by dealers and mechanics only to get a soft chuckle from Brian about it. Proof is in the pudding, our Kia got to 120k with only routine maintenance before it got totaled in an accident, our mazda it standing at 90k with only routine maintenance and our dodge is at 50k with only routine maintenance. I'd say he's been doing a pretty good job.

Honest to the best kind of fault. They try new products as they come but stand behind their work. I had brakes and rotors done. Rotors were installed well but the brakes skid without depression which shot down their longevity. Without question based on the evidence (huge amounts of brake dust on the rims from just 60 miles) they replaced them on warranty. I recommend this crew to anyone.

I asked for my fan clutch and water pump to be replaced because my truck was overheating. Not only did they make the repair quickly and cheaper than most places in town, but they also threw in a new thermostat! I recommend for honest repairs.

We paid for our transmission to be replace. It has been more than two weeks since. Still have no word on when we will have it back. We never received a call when the "problems" with the parts company were happening. We've been left in the dark the entire way. Feel very disrespected and taken advantage of.

Went here for a gas guage problem. Highly recommended from a co- worker. Unfortunately moving soon and would try them again. Pretty much no BS. They wont sugar coat it. On time and got it done on schedule. They are blunt and on their game.Refreshing that they are straight up instead of playing games with the franchises.

Great honest mechanics. I brought a VW and Chrysler for 80k plus service. They did excellent work for good prices. Told us everything we needed.

I highly recommend Slaughter & Associates. They are always up front and truthful, and complete the service on time and for the price quoted. Honest business is hard to find these days, I will be taking my cars here from now on!
