This place was recommended by my insurance - I would not use again and highly recommend you avoid. They were very disingenuous and dishonest.Initial completion date for a bumper + headlight replacement was a little less than two weeks - ended up being 7 weeks. They pushed out the completion date over and over (about 5/6 times) without any explanation or due to "supply chain issues" (which ended up being untrue - see below). On each completion date, I had to call to verify pick-up time (instead of them reaching out), and was told that it wasn't complete and was pushed out. This resulted in many rescheduled or canceled vacation plans and also without a vehicle in the two hottest months of the year. I had to purchase a car rental and had further expenses for getting around (groceries, etc).In reality, they had to fire a handful of their employees (not just techs), for what appeared to be ethical reasons. They kept this from me, and the real reasons for the delays, and blamed it on supply chain issues when in reality they were ordering parts 5/6 weeks into the repair.I asked for reimbursement for my expenses due to their mismanagement and they said we ll see what we can do. I emailed them for two months with no response. However, when they found out they made a billing error, they contacted me immediately and even threatened debt collections. When I went in to take care of the billing error, I also brought up the reimbursement that they ve been avoiding, and they once again said "they ll look into it" (2.5 months later). After a few weeks with no response, I contacted them again, and was finally told that they can t do anything .If they would have been upfront (not to mention honest) with me about the situation and a more realistic completion date, I could have organized my vacation plans and life accordingly, instead of being told every 3 days that it ll be done only to be pushed out over and over. They also haven t even apologized to me once!Overall, they will make you pay (and threaten) for the mistakes they make.

Had my whole vehicle repainted due to some Substance being dropped on it. Supposed to be a lifetime warranty. Call dam and since they've been bombed out. The new ownership will not honor any warranties unless you have the paperwork. I must have lost the paperwork during a move. Had the work done over ten years ago. Paint is peeling off. They won't do anything for me even though they have record of it and so does my insurance. Lifetime warranty doesn't mean anything. I have had other work done since then, But since this has happened, I will not be going back ever again

Used this place for an insurance repair, would not use again. The communication was terrible. I had to contact them every few days for any update. It took them three weeks to even provide a completion date. When I expressed frustration with the lack of communication, the girl told me they were between GMs (great answer). The car was returned uncleaned. The replaced windshield had a haze which I've had to wash off twice. I've also had a piece pop off on the repair area.Choose somewhere else!

We'd used Chandler Service King twice with good results. But the third time wasn't the charm. I waited almost a week for an estimate that took 5-10 minutes for damage to the entire vehicle. Then the estimate never got sent to the insurance company and me. I called three times and still no estimate. I called my insurance company and told them I wouldn't use Service King. They agreed. Maybe the work would've been good but the impression given me was that they had no clue what they were doing.

Terrible!We were sent here from the insurance company(not mine), and they were awful. Was nearly impossible to get any information from the representative, who was always "out," and they cut so many corners. They just took the same bumper and painted over it. It took almost 6 weeks to get our cat back and it doesn't look any better than it did when we dropped it off. All they did was replace the headlights on one side, and paint the bumper. Ridiculous!

Had an accident and needed a whole new engine. Melody was very thorough explaining work needed and estimate. She was knowledgeable and customer oriented. And very patient. Dakota and Skylar were very courteous and helpful even though I called every day they treated me like I was important and never tired of all my calls. Great customer service. The mechanic, Gary has my car running better than ever. He knows his stuff.hanks guys

Had a small fender bender, scheduled PTO to drop my car off and get it fixed. Rcvd a text asking me to confirm. Which I did , i aid yes going to keep my appt. Only to be told sorry can t take your vehicle , we are overbooked. At least they were honest right? They did tell me my car would just sit there. So thanks I guess.

Went to pick up my car after being rear-ended, they held it for about a week and did 14 hours of work. They were very poor at answering phones or giving updates. They called and said it was ready and that they would do a full look over and call again with a time for pick up. I was thrilled to hear from them and get my Ford Explorer back. We went to pick up my car and upon getting in, my car battery was dead. I had to go in and tell them my car would not start, they offered to jump me. They took zero accountability and tried to turn it into a teaching moment on how to jump my car which I know full well how to do. I wanted them to make it right and they should ve noticed and replaced the battery at some point in the process. My car was able to get home (we drove for 40 minutes), we tried to charge it, and now are left with having to replace it ourselves. If you are going to repair cars, it would be kind to ensure that you don t kill the car battery when you do it. My car is less than a year old and the battery should ve lasted a lot more time, and insurance isn t going to cover a car battery that the shop caused when the claim was for a rear end accident. A month in the shop then 7 months of me calling them numerous times to finally get my car finished. Quality of the work is what I really care about and that's the part where they missed the mark. I don't care about aftermarket or anything. Just put everything back together correctly. the inside of my trunk looks terrible, but I am too tired of going in there. Melody seems overworked. Give that woman a break and get the people who are working on the cars to care more about their work than the surveys we fill out afterwards. They seem scared of how we will respond and that is not how businesses should be ran. But we live in a corporate world ran by surveys rather than quality work

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE (AND CUSTOMER CARE). We live in an times where Supply Chain dictates speed of repair- GREAT JOB COMMUNICATING IN EVERY STEP OF THE PROCESS! BRAVO! Why a "3" rating. They hit a pain point with me, my repair included window tinting - WHICH CAME OUT EXCELLENT! However, the garbage from the job was left in the car.

Dropped off car for a week and got it back with two minor damaged rims and huge nails in two tires also; the same ones with rim damage- one of which cant be patched and they ghosted me when asked to repair or replace. The manager laughed when i asked for drop off pics, tried to tell me i had that damage already but pictures provided as well as my own prove otherwise, and so did my insurance.

I crashed my 2020 Dodge Charger in October and it had major damage. Melody and Skyler were fantastic! They were so patient and hard working to ensure everything went great with my repairs! Our vehicle was serviced here back in February of this year after a collision. We were without the vehicle for about 2 1/2 weeks which is pretty reasonable. We received the call that the vehicle was ready for pickup. Due to our work schedules we did show up right before closing. Jimmie walked us out the vehicle and proceeded to tell us what was fixed and made sure to mention to please give her/them a 10 star rating as it really helps them out. After we got home we realized the front bumper has a chrome piece on the bottom on the bumper which is standard on a Nissan Rouge, however have the midnight edition so everything should have been black. In addition the temperature was stuck 40 degrees. Now by this time it's s outside of business hours. We did try calling back that sameday... No answer... Not a big deal we'll try back in the morning. My husband called in the morning letting them know of the mistake, he was told they would need to order a new bumber and sensor for the temperature and they would call us when it came in. Again not to big of deal, mistakes happen. 3 weeks go by and we haven't heard a thing. Initially we thought we'd be waiting another 2 weeks but as the 3 week started I begain reaching out. I tried calling, no answer.. Left voice mail... No call back. Finally on Friday 03\03 I get a hold of someone in the call center who tranfers me over to Jimmie where I explained to her the situation and she proceeds to tell me she see no notes in the system and nothing had been ordered. She placed me on hold.. Called the dealership said the didn't have the bumper in stock but the sensor was so she would call us on 03/06 so we could get that fixed. It's now 03/08 and I have yet to hear from her or anyone from from Service King. Again I have left several messages.. Spoke to a gentleman in the call center yesterday who placed me on hold while he tried to call the location and still couldn't reach anyone. At this point I now have to take time from work to leave early enough to physically walk in an find out what's going on. This is unacceptable. Why is there such a lack of communication? Can nobody take ownership of the oversight and simply fix what should have been done right the first time?!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Terrible customer service. They provide false time lines saying the vehicle would be ready "next week" and when that week comes they are still waiting on parts. I was told the vehicle would be done next week for 4 weeks. Upon completion of vehicle repair, they stated the vehicle just needed to be washed, which took 4 hours and only the front of the vehicle was washed when I was told the inside and out would be cleaned. Also the spare key was not returned when vehicle was completed. Manager said he would mail it, but still has not done so and refuses to return calls to provide an update on the key.

My car has been at this repair shop for 4 weeks. I can't get any real updates even when I call. They don't even return calls when they say they will. Would give zero stars if I could. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Awful service and they lie. Don t believe a word they say. They promised my car would be covered, and they left it out in the AZ summer heat for three weeks. How do I know? The ASU sticker/magnets MELTED. Also they will give exorbitant estimates if you don t want to use your insurance. Again, how do I know? As soon as my husband said okay then we ll just buy a new car, Jamie went inside pretending to find something, then came out and said okay I can reduce the price a bit for you guys. Turns out it was a scam to get us to pay with insurance. No way did the part prices rise $100 daily. Please do yourself a huge favor and choose anywhere else.

No one ever wants to deal with the inconvenience of having to put their vehicle in the shop for repairs.. but when it came time to. Service King made this process super easy. They took my vehicle in right away and it was done by the expected completion date. They regularly kept me up to date on the progress. Even the transition of getting in an out of the rental was effortless. They handled the return with Hertz! Very pleased with the whole process and would highly recommend!

I rarely write reviews unless it is to warn buyers; but I am so impressed with how fast, professional and caring this repair facility has been I had to review. I first used them about 6 months ago as a result of an insurance claim. Great work, no complaints; but since I wasn t paying for anything, including the rental I never really paid to much attention to the time, costs or process in general. Recently my daughter needed some work done that was not through insurance so there was much concern about time, money and being given priority since they are such a big company. But the work was done expediently, looks flawless, she was charged fairly and treated with professionalism and genuine concern. I definitely recommend based on my experience with this facility.Service: Body & Trim

I was sent to this company by my insurance, for a windshield replacement. When I called the day before my drop off appointment (which was a Wednesday) to find out if our car would be ready same day (we had 8am drop off) or if we would have to wait until the next day, (I needed to know this as I have to pay for my own rental car.) I was told that they wouldn't even be ordering the glass I needed replaced, until after my car was there. They did not even look at my car until the next day, to order the glass. When I called on Friday, to get a pickup time for my car, I was told that the glass wouldn't even be in until the following Tuesday. After I extended my rental to Tuesday I received a text saying that my car would not be ready until the Wednesday. It is now Wednesday 10/20/21. I called today to get a pick up time for my car and was only then informed that my glass did not come in yesterday as I was told. But, that it "should" be there today and ready for pick up by 5:30pm today, and that I would be called as soon as it was ready. My husband called them again a few minutes later, (because he had a couple of questions) and was immediately put on hold. After being on hold for 15 minutes, we received a new text message that our car would not be ready for pick up until some time tomorrow. (Which will cost an additional day on our rental car, that they are aware that we are paying for ourselves. Bring our rental car cost to over $900 before taxes and fees.) It has been more than an additional 30 minutes, and my husband is still, at this moment, on hold. He is still waiting on hold, after more than 45 minutes. I would not recommend this company and will be contacting my insurance provider to inform them of the lack of service provided by this company.Service: Auto glass repair

I was previously in an accident (almost two years ago) and needed some repairs and my insurance recommended service king! They fixed my car quickly and efficiently and I did not have any issues! This last month I started having issues with my a/c going out and I called service king to see if it was under warranty. While it wasn't they told me to bring my car in and they would look at it for free. Well not only did they look at it, they fixed it for free (I only needed some freon) and had my car done within 30 minutes. Now almost a month later my car is still running smoothly! They have the best costumer service and communication! I would highly recommend bringing your car here as they treat you and your car like family.Service: Air conditioning

The paint looks smoother and better finish than the factory. They gave my truck an exceptional detail before returning it. They kept me informed so I was confident the work was progressing.
