Vu and the entire team that work here are absolutely incredible and I was treated exceptionally well from the very start. Every phone call, every visit, was met with nothing but kindness and sincerity regardless of who I spoke to. Some of these reviews don't understand things like the nation wide parts shortage when it comes to newer vehicles or how much work it actually takes to remove dents. It's extremely time consuming and it's tackled from inside the car, carefully removing countless plastic panels and tiny clips to reach the backside of the dent. These are things you cannot and DO NOT want to rush, and you can tell that these professionals feel the same way. I had a ridiculous amount of hail damage and at drop off I was met with nothing but smiles and a seamless consultation that had me out the door in under ten minutes. They work very closely with your insurance provider and everything is taken out of your hands so you can just go about your life and let the pros handle it. They also give you a lifetime warranty on all work they do which really put my mind at ease. This team answered all of my texts and phone calls with nothing but positivity, regardless of how often I contacted them for updates. Vu personally messaged me weekly to touch base and answer any of my concerns. Professionalism in a kind, welcoming environment is rare these days and I will be recommending them to anyone I know that needs body work in the future. Vu Tran is the Man! This place was great at first. Went in via a great referral. All felt AWSOME until I got home and saw the scratches on the interior of my car done when they replaced from windshield, as a 3rd party did it for them given my approval none the less they said Not their responsibility. I let it go and moved on. Today though in contacting them about their lifetime warranty, they state that those parts are purchased 3rd party and not their responsibility. So strange that these guys do all the work (over all)but take no responsibility over the entire Job, I get it and it s normalized, just seems like lack of accountability for one s own craftsmanship. How is this normal business ethics in today s world? I grew up running around guaranteed Chevrolet in Santa Ana, Ca. as my dad was the body shop manager for a few years and I remember all of it, can tell you that it s not the same today, They had more accountability for the overall project and customer service skills beyond par. Seems like the more expensive your car is here the better customer service you probably are given, as I am not complaining about getting work done rather than accountability for the work they did. Maybe I m just old school or something but pride in ones work whether it s on a expensive project or not, is still ones project and carries their signature where ever it goes of their finished work. When people ask me why my car is not working correctly I do not tell them it is because it was hit by another vehicle, I now tell them it is because of precision auto-body and I took my car there, they work Surface work and not entirely rebuilt with the integrity to last longer than once you re out the door. In my experience,DON T sign any papers recueving your car back until you have another body shop professional go over the work and make sure they re not trying to pull a fast one on you to get to more paying jobs. And if they read this, you people need to not take on work unless you mean to treat it as serious as your reputation claims to be.

Staff is friendly but can still work on being transparent. My vehicle was with them for nearly 2 months to replace the rear bumper after a rear end collision. I got a call last week saying my car was ready for pick up, I show up to pick up my vehicle and they now ask for payment which I wasn't aware of since the shop was dealing with the insurance company directly. So I leave and come back the next week after the insurance takes care of the payment. They need to be more transparent with the details over the phone so people don't waste time out of their day. I was told ordering a new bumper would take time to arrive and get repainted before they can install and that is fine but I made sure on numerous occasions to ask people directly involved with my vehicle repair such as Vu to be able to receive my old bumper back which they said they would accommodate. I got a phone call today to pick up my vehicle saying that it was ready. When I go for pick up, they mentioned that the old bumper went missing and likely got tossed out. Just last week when I went for pick up they said they had everything ready including the old bumper so what's going on here? Why wasn't this mentioned over the phone? Also I would like to mention that my trunk was left undone and was not put back together as can be seen in the images. I would think the body shop would check that and at least put my license plate back on the vehicle before giving it to me. Also for some unknown reason my front bumper was glued together when that was not an area of concern for the repair whatsoever. If they had asked me, I would have informed them that there were some clips that were missing and glue is never required on any exterior part of the vehicle. Went to get an estimate for repairing a bumper. Vu Tran was their estimator. He looked at the problem, took it to the service area where they replaced a couple broken screws and returned the car in 10 minutes. They didn t charge me anything for the service. This is our second experience with Precision Auto Body and would highly recommend them for any repairs. Their honesty and integrity are highly rated by us .Service: Body & Trim

These guys really went above and beyond. I needed the headlight assembly replaced on my 07 accord. I was smiling from ear to ear when I went to pick up my car! The headlight looks and works great, the price was great, and everyone that works there was super friendly and professional. Matter of fact, I was so surprised by how inexpensive it was that I wanted to tip them.I wish I had a picture of my car before the repairs, but this is soooo much better than it was. If I ever need any other body work I'm going to Precision.

We chose Precision after my husband's accident hoping they could restore our car to its original state. We couldn't be happier with our decision. Throughout the repairs we were given timely updates from the friendly staff, and in the end our car was returned to us in fantastic condition. It was like the accident never happened.

Had a small accident hitting both driver side doors on my 2015 Ford F-150 Platinum. Called up San Tan Ford and this place was one of two recommendations.Before I go in-depth on my experience, I do have to say, all things I state below where resolved with GREAT service and outcome. Vu Tran was my main point of contact and he did an amazing job making sure my truck was back to normal, AND SOME. Believe it or not, I was thinking of possibly selling my truck to upgrade soon, but Vu helped my reconsider that with the work he and his shop provided. I might keep this truck forever now.Constructive Feedback:First off, it took 5 months to get my truck back. I'm told that it was due to parts not being available, so I guess I can't complain about that. I'm not sure if that's normal or not but figured I would mention that here.I would say initially, during the first 3 months, there was no communication whatsoever on the status of my truck and in order to get an update I had to call myself. Regardless if there's progress or not, it's good practice and great customer service to keep me informed so that I don't think that my truck was forgotten about. I did express this to the manager, on month 3, and my rep did keep me informed from there on out. Great work VuPick up time, my truck looked AMAZING. This year of f-150 had a discontinued paint that I was worried about the shop match and GEEZ, they got that SPOT ON. Great work paint dept!My truck still had issues and things still not resolved. I was not happy but Vu, guaranteed that they would still get those things resolved and he sure did keep his promise. Great work VuI did 4 stars due to some inconveniences and problems with the truck but as I stated, all were resolved once I brought it to their attention.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was referred to this body shop by the dealership after my car was involved in an accident initially it was stated that they would need my car for 4-6 weeks which turned in the six months. I understand they have no control over parts not com in on time. It s the picking up my vehicle that is the freaking problem! I picked my car up they lost my key fob cover. There was oil stain in my seat. The paint job was horrible on trunk. Also after inspecting the car they trunk still wasn t right and aligned with the rest of the car. But far worst there is no reason why my personal items that weren t in the trunk or had anything to do with the trunk came up missing. My handicap placard,also my tire compressor . I picked up my vehicle in February it s now almost June I have not been reimbursed for my missing items. Have already gone back for them to clean my seats and fix the paint as well as align the trunk. The trunk is still not aligned and after washing my car the paint is still a mess. So disappointed and will not recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Finding a reputable, authorized body shop to repair a front and rear damaged Alfa Romeo Giulia is not easy. Most shops recommended by the insurance company said no, and one that said yes did not instill confidence. It was back to the hunt until I found Precision Auto Body on Galveston in Chandler. I spoke with Vu, and he made everything easy. He dealt with the insurance issues, handled the body repair, transported the car, and worked with the dealership on the mechanical issues. I had some issues with the bodywork and the mechanical work results. No problem, Vu got right on it, and everything was done to perfection. He pointed out that Precision's warranty will continue to protect their fine job restoring the car to new condition. 5 Stars; I can't thank Vu and Precision Auto Body enough.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I was involved in a small little bender recently in a Walmart parking lot. I had no exterior damage only that my door was pulled by the big truck tires of a guy who pulled in to close next to me, leaving the hinges bent and door hanging low ? I called Precision after a not so friendly feeling at Caliber, and the young lady who answered I didn't get her name welcomed me to stop by for an estimate. Upon arrival, I met the nicest young man, Vu Tran, working at the counter, who came out to take a look. After review, he went back in and came out with a tool and proceeded to lift my door back into position. I thought he was going to take me back into the office to fill out a bill, but he promptly shook my hand and said no charge. I hope I never have another body shop need but I would definitely come here and refer all my friends here.

This weekend I had a family member that was in a car accident, and Precision Auto Body was recommended by Safelight Auto Glass. We went there (we didn't have an appointment) and they were able to do an assessment very quickly. Luckily, they were able to do a minor adjustment on the car frame to allow the rear windshield to be replaced. They did not charge us for this but provided us with a professional estimate for my family member to use at a later date. I GREATLY APPRECIATE what they did for us, my family member was driving through Arizona on her way to California, and she did not plan to say here long, so she was able to get back on the road safely! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and will use them in the future if I ever need body work done. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!Service: Body & Trim

Brandy is awesome,helpful, friendly and handled all the issues coming in to the shop with grace. She had to be on the phone for over 30 min to try and reach my Insurance provider to help me with my claim. I felt comfortable leaving my car here for 7 days and everything was great.

Poor communication for the 6 weeks they had my car. Left off a shield that was on my undercarriage and a top to the strut tower. Put in a new washer pump, charged 5.00 for fluid but it was empty and my light was on when I picked it up , how did someone not see that. Also made arrangements to pick up after hours and when we got there they forgot to leave it out front, luckily I had a cell number to call but had to wait for him to drive there and retrieve car. Also missed securing loose trim on the side of the vehicle that had the damage.

I would personally like to thank Tristan T.for excellent and professional service. When I contacted the Chevy dealership I was told it would take about two weeks to get the part to replace my driver side mirror. Contacted Precision and Tristan told me to bring my car in and he would see if they could do the repair. Not only were they able to do the repair, they got the part in 4 days. I went in on Monday and Thursday my mirror was replaced. It I had used the dealership I would still be waiting and they quoted me a much higher price than Precision. I was a first time customer and will be a returning customer if I should need service again.Service: Body & Trim

I wished someone would had warned us before using this company. So many issues, they promised the car back in a few weeks that s why we used them , we still don t have the car back, one promise after another not kept. We just want the car back fixed in the time they committed to. They quoted one thing and than changed the price after they excepted the work. It has been the worst experience that I ve had in a long time. We feel like hostages of them having the car. We wished we would had taken it to a different car repair place. From the price, to the time line, none of the promises kept. We still dont have the car back. Are there not any more honest people out there in this world? It s so sad. The customer service has been terrible. And supposedly we are dealing with the management!!! I have no idea how this company could have had any of the positive comments below, not sure if they are bought or what? Those positive comments do not reflect at all the experience that we are having. We will see if they make it right if we ever get the car back.Service: Body & Trim

Precision auto body Don only repaired my car after a car accident but they detail the inside and outside of the car and I think they even topped off my guess. Vu was super the whole time. Over all bad experiences! Too mush to explain but one thing for sure this could be the only company on earth and I would never ever use them again...after the work they did on my 2020 Telluride which I now don't have so that right there says alot. I had my vehicle ceramic coating done at a shop who had a minor overbuff issue that required repair . They sent me to this shop to have it corrected ..My hood was repainted and they were even nice enough to drive it and drop it off at my house for me . Sadly there was a paint run on my hood and i brought my vehicle back to have it addressed 2 buisness days later . Although they were very nice, they said it looked better than it did before they painted it and if they fixed it it would possibly leave me with a clear coat issue . I dont understand how i should have to risk having a damaged clear coat or choose to keep a paint drip they created . I told them i disagreed with them and told them i felt it went from bad to worse . Although i wanted it fixed i wasnt willing to fight with them over it . I explained i wouldnt fight the issue if they chose not to fix it but i wasnt happy about it . They said once again how they think it looks better now than before they painted it to which i just again said i didnt agree . To be clear i had a few rock chips (just like every other car in az) and the one small overbuff spot , not a noticable paint drip in the front of my hood . Truth be told id rather go back to the rock chips and the overbuff issue than this paint run . I was honestly shocked to hear them say i had to either deal with it or risk damaging my clear coat to fix it . I expected them to say they would fix it but i would have to leave it for a few days . I mean they painted it and clear coated over the paint drip so its not my fault they overlooked it . I wasnt even mad i would be without a vehicle again after being without one for a week already .Im by no way saying this shop is horrible nor will i try to exaggerate the situation in an attempt to smut anyone . I just am sharing my experience and what i felt was a lack of concern for the quality of the job done to my truck .I appreciate the shop who tried to fix the issue by sending me here but wasnt as happy with the quality of service here . That being said it is a huge and beautiful location with many positive reviews so i can only assume this is a 1 off situation vs what everyone can expect that comes here .

My mechanic referred me to this shop. I could not have been more pleased. My car was taken to be worked on only minutes after I finished the paperwork. I had some minor bodywork that needed to be done. They reused as many of my original parts as possible. I was surprised how reasonable my final bill was. Vu was an absolute pleasure to work with. Our commercial vehicle had been in an accident and needed a lot of work done to the front end. We brought the vehicle in right away and although they had to work at the pace of our insurance they got the estimate over to us quickly. With the current supply chain crisis it definitely took a bit longer than we had anticipated in our heads to get the parts and work done; however, Vu was very realistic with the timeline. The front end of our commercial vehicle looks brand new; no issues after the vehicle was returned to us. I highly recommend this company and working with Vu if you can. I needed some repair work done to the grill of my car and my auto dealership recommended Precision Auto Body. I immediately drove there to see if I could have someone take a look at the damage. Vu Tran assessed the damage and gave me an estimate within 30 minutes. The estimate was detailed and thorough. An appointment was quickly made and the repair was completed beautifully.One of the most surprising details is that the cost out of pocket was actually less than the estimate! I was shocked and so appreciative. I even asked Vu to double check because I wanted to be certain I wasn t taking advantage of the situation. He politely assured me that it was correct!
