Mountainside replaced my car s rear window recently, and they did a phenomenal job. The installer Jesse was able to squeeze me in a day earlier than my appointment, and he was very professional and courteous. He even contacted me the next morning asking to revisit, simply to double-check whether he properly seated a bushing during the previous day s install (he had; it was fine). That type of dedication is why Mountainside will get any auto glass business I have going forward.

Today, I had my windshield replace by Mountainside Glass. I can't say enough good things about the professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail that the installer, Jesse Phillips provided.It's rare if not unheard of to receive this level of quality service in these times. If you need a windshield replacement, look no further, you expectations will be exceeded. You will receive A++ service.I couldn't have received better service at any price. I normally do not do Google reviews however, Jesse was amazing and did such a great job on my windshield replacement. Jesse came on time and finished fairly quickly. Not only did he replace my windshield but he also vacuumed my driver and passenger floor, so kind of him to do that. Jesse did a clean job on my windshield I greatly appreciate his work, great company! I will definitely be using them for all future inquiries and referring them to everyone I know! Thank you so much!

Jessie did a excellent job with my windshield he fixed the automatic wipers and installed the windshield correctly unlike who ever installed it the previous time A+++ service and i will be using mountainside if I have any more windshields to replace

Great experience with same day replacement. Super friendly and professional. Even vacuumed the shattered glass that was throughout the car due to vandalism. Would definitely recommend.

Very grateful that Deborah went over and above to help me on a Friday afternoon. I had my front windshield damaged on the freeway and I didn't want to continue to drive due to the severity of the crack. However, all other shops were available earliest Monday. Deborah was super communicative with me and despite it being end of day, she informed me that Jesse was willing to come out and fix my windshield. I genuinely appreciate the great customer service. Living in Phoenix (no grass!) rock chips are ridiculously common. I've needed to replace 3(!!!) windshields in 8 years - Mountainside Glass did two of them and I was VERY pleased with their work. I can't speak to the quality of work performed by Mountside Glass, but the customer service experience was completely unprofessional. I was in need of chip repair and received a recommendation for Mountainside. Give that it was a repair, not a replacement, I completely understood when Deborah told me the technician would need to come when there was a bigger job in the area. Initially, she told me she would text me a number to which I could send photos. I had to call twice to remind her to do so. After surveying the damage, she told me a technician would be in the area the next day. I stayed home all morning and waited for a call until noon, at which time I asked for an ETA. Deborah then told me Mountainside Glass doesn't service my area. She was extremely rude about it. You can image my surprise when, two weeks later, the company replaced windshields for two of my neighbors. The irony is, if she'd followed through on that one appointment, Mountainside Glass would have have gotten my business for a replacement. The rock chip was sufficiently deep enough that I had to get a new windshield anyway.

A+ company, all the way!! I had my windshield cracked all the way across while I was in the car wash. One call to the insurance company and they recommended Mountainside. Initially I was trying to see if I could get it replaced the same day, but their schedule was full, so I booked a week out, although they had appointments two days out. I was SO impressed!! I was really having a crummy day that day, and Jesse and his coworker were prompt, polite, professional and so kind! What I was most impressed with though was that they came to my house not only once, but TWICE in one day! The first time for the window and the second time for the moldings that the last goof-ball company installed wrong and glued down so they had to be chipped out to be removed. I really appreciate their kindness and going the extra mile to make my window look amazing!! It really does look brand new! Couldn t be happier! I m programming his contact into my phone now! So thankful I now have a go-to auto glass company!! Thank you, Mountainside!!

These guys are awesome. Professional and courteous, they replaced the glass in my new truck in short order. I am a very detailed oriented person and expect everyone treat my property as it is their own. Mountainside does just that, when they were done, I couldn't tell my vehicle had been worked on except for the fact the cracked glass was gone. I've had other companies around the valley replace glass for me previously and do a "good" job, but Mountainside does a superior job!They will be replacing glass for me from now on.

After a Friday evening smash and grab broke out the rear window on my truck, I began calling glass companies early Saturday morning. All of them could schedule it for the next week, putting a damper on my weekend travel plans. Mountainside quickly returned the message I left and fortunately they had a cancellation got me in right away. Jesse picked up the new glass which matched exactly, arrived at my place on time, the window was installed and cleanup all done by noon. Excellent work. Excellent service. I will be using Mountainside for my next auto glass repair.

If you need windshield repair, replacement or auto glass work, call this company. I needed a back door window replaced and so I called Jesse and Debra. They came out an hour after I called, finished quickly, and even vacuumed up the driveway. Great prices and even better service.Anyhow; great people; great company - keep your money local and give them your business.

Great experience using the chip repair service! Called in last night to schedule and had a 1-3 service window. Got a text from Jesse at 5 minutes to one saying they were on the way and arrived shortly thereafter. Chip was repaired in 20 minutes! Can barely even tell there was a chip in the windscreen now! And the scheduling of service was quick and pain free, even had insurance on the phone while we scheduled the service and got approval for service within minutes. Anytime I have any windscreen issues this will be the first place I call!

Mountainside Glass goes above and beyond. From the moment of my first call and speaking w/ Debra, to the workmanship of the Owner, Jesse, everything exceeded my expectations. They provide courteous, prompt, quality service. I've used other companies in the past. Never again! Mountainside Glass is the BEST!

My family and I have used Mountainside Glass for 10 years now. Excellent service always. The first car we took to them was an old beat up 2001 Accent. I talked to Deb directly and she made filing the claim with the insurance a breeze. When Jesse removed the old windshield, the frame was all rusted. It was pretty hot that day and in spite of it, Jesse took to the task of scrapping all the rust, applying enamel and finally seated the windshield. That windshield is still on.It would take me pages to describe every car they have fixed for us, where Deb and Jesse and now also their son Colten, have gone above and beyond to get the work done right. This is a family company, one of the few, where good principles, like punctuality, honesty and good workmanship are honored every time.

Found this place on Google after Safelite said it would take more than two weeks to get a windshield replaced in my 2017 Mustang. I'm glad I did, excellent response, came out the next day and replaced with factory Ford glass. High attention to detail and quality workmanship. Very satisfied, I've found a new auto glass company.

Used mountainside glass for a windshield replacement on my 2003 Avalanche. They handled the insurance part and were prompt in responding and setting up the appt. Called me before they arrived within the given 3 hr window. They use quality glass. Job was done in an hour (slowed a bit by a misting rain) and they cleaned all the windows and vacuumed the entire inside! Have their card on my fridge for the next time I need them.

The mobile service was pretty flexible with a my chaotic day at work. They were done in less than an hour. The only thing was the outside edge of the window had the tiniest chip as I inspected once done with work. I hope this doesn't compromise my windshield safety. Otherwise great service and were able to schedule an appt in two days.

The Service that I received was absolutely amazing!!!! Promptly on time, Flawless workmanship, and outstanding professionalism. They went over and beyond what was needed. Took extra care by cleaning other windows and even straightened up car. It's so hard to find companies that really take pride in there work and Mountainside Glass is that and so much more. Thank you for the great work and care I could not have asked for anything more.

If you ever need a new windshield for your car Jesse is the best. He just got done putting a new windshield in my SUV. I have had many windshield replaced on all my cars thru the years and Jesse did a fantastic job. I just can't believe all the extra stuff he did to do it right, nothing like any of the other companies I have used in the past. Really!

I work in the automotive business. I see a lot of windshields get replaced and mountainside is top notch. They are on time, respectful, and the workmanship is impeccable. Another often overlooked point is the fact that they use good glass, often the same as OEM. I will use them again and again.

Needed a rock chip repair asap so the windshield wouldn't crack. I called at 10 am and Jessie showed up at 1:30 pm same day. Fixed the chip, vacuumed my car and did a great job. Thanks..

Great service for years now. Jesse is the installer and owner who takes pride in what he does and it shows. Never a bad experience over several vehicles and windshields for the last 7 years. I will not go to another company!
