Great communication with my service advisor, Jessica! She is amazing to work with! Everything was handled in a timely manner. From the moment I drove up to the service department I was greeted by the kindest people to the moment I left. Everyone was so friendly and kind! Highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Chandler! They know how to make you feel welcome!

About my 3rd time working with Mercedes-Benz of Chandler service team. Nate is very thorough, professional, and treats us customers well. He made sure I had a comparable loaner as my AMG GTc was being serviced. The team provided a video update of my car after the service tech was done. First time I've seen that service. Very cool. Of all the Mercedes dealerships in Arizona this one is my favorite.

4/8/2024 Updated review:Great detailing job was done, - my baby looks really good thank you. ( I wish it was done when I came to pick my car first time , last Friday. )Thank you Dylan for resolving the level of service care issues my car received last week.4/5/2024I hate to rate very low but I have to share my honest opinion about the service being delivered. Right?I like my adviser Dylan but the detailing job on my car. Dropped my car for the full detailing, and when I came to pick it up I found the dirty carpet, dirty floor - driver side, no wax & no polish & even no wash on the back of the bumper and other spots inside of my car that they just neglected to take care of.Dylan was agreed it s not acceptable and I had to leave my car there till Monday.Will follow up on this review after I get my car back.It s really very upsetting and frustrating because it happened not once.

Great staff of Mercedes Benz, Chandler did it again! Service above and beyond expectations. Jessica in Service Dept. is great at keeping me informed and answering all my questions. Service tech kept the great communication coming with video to explain exactly what he found during the inspection process. Check out was easy with the nice lady performing cashier functions. We had to get up early to make our appointment so we had time to stop for breakfast in the cafeteria. The sweet lady there made us a nice hot coffee and breakfast burrito before our long drive home. It was much appreciated!Great job by all. Thank you for your smiles and courteous attitudes!

Bill Stamper was very helpful in getting our problem identified and the part ordered that same day the GLK 350 presented to the dealership. Our car was ready the next morning. He had a rental ready for us. I was able to sign and pay for everything over the Internet. Very smooth and efficient process. Bill is the BEST!

I've been going to this Chandler location for years & have always had a good experience.During my most recent appointment for maintenance, they sent me a short video with my car & the technician going over everything point by point. It is so convenient to have that! I so appreciate the transparency!

Kyle in service was great, kept me informed of my progress on my vehicle and the service guys did great work replacing my faded wood trim. Great customer service. I ve had used there parts dept in the past, they were very helpful as well.

I am so grateful for my service rep, Bill, and for my technicians Rob and Victor. They are very knowledgable about my vehicle, Mercedes Sprinter Van, know their job well, personable, and attentive to my vehicle's needs. This means a lot. Bill, my rep, understands and communicates with top-down thinking or associative thinking which is important for problem solving and decision making. It is important to me as it provides me the information I need to make an informed decision. This kind of information is invaluable and I have it with my rep, Bill. Their knowledge (rep & techs) and team effort makes for a very powerful service team that I am truly grateful for. We have been using MB Chandler Service for 12-13 years now and alway been happy with quality of the work and the responsiveness of our service advisor Nate. This past week we had our regular maintenance service along with some recommendations to monitor over the next service cycle.

I have confidence in MB s work. Only reason I can t give 5 stars is because it is very expensive to get any work done at MB. Plus the former perk of having a loaner to use during repairs is almost never an option anymore. So there s an additional cost of a rental.Service: TiresService: Tires

I'm never disappointed with the service received at the Chandler Mecedes Service Center. They've implemented a new form of service in which the service technician provides a video of your vehicle, pointing out and explaining the issues encountered and the recommended fix; an assurance what is diagnosed is truthful. I always feel confident in the level of service received especially with my service advisor Jessica Pereyra, her communication is very clear, very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with!

Good service advisors are hard to find. George at MB Chandler is great. My number 1 thing with a service department is being able to trust the service advisor. I don't mind paying a little more for the assurance that I'm being told exactly what I need or don't need with an accurate timeline.

Steve was great to work with, he listened to our concerns and assured us that they would take care of everything, and that is exactly what happened, everything worked out great, our car is near perfect condition again and all the video of the work preformed was really awesome, no hidden fees so what was quoted was actual, and Steve worked to get the cost down for us even more, Thank you!!!

It s unfair to just comment on a single service encounter when it represents part of a continuum that is consistently outstanding. I currently have a 2016 M-B GL 450 with 135,000 miles and I declare it is the BEST car I ve ever owned. The service I receive at Mercedes Benz of Chandler has been a very important part of that satisfaction. In the past I ve owned many cars including at least six other Mercedes models. None more satisfying as my current model.

After 5 years of taking my vehicle to Mercedes Benz of Gilbert, with continuously terrible customer service/communication/turnover of advisors, I finally decided to drive a little further and try Mercedes Benz of Chandler. I am THRILLED with the fantastic customer service from Bill Stamper and Merceds Benz of Chandler! This was to be a "B" service, and I was able to make a Saturday appointment on-line, Bill was prompt and thorough with the check-in and had my vehicle ready by the time of closing at 1 PM. During the process, the tech sent me a video overview describing the condition of my car and what should be addressed (Mercedes Benz of Gilbert NEVER did that, but my husband's BMW dealer does!), and they communicated via text throughout the process during each stage my car was at. Bill and the service team at Mercedes Benz of Chandler certainly can teach the entire service department at Mercedes Benz of Gilbert a few things! I am happy and willing to drive further for superior customer service and from now on, I will only be bringing my vehicle to Bill and Mercedes Benz of Chandler. Thanks for restoring my faith in the brand!
