Service was excellent they treated me very well. But it cost me $3,600 plus dollars. Four catalytic converters and replacing all my spark plugs. They pointed out another problem just before I left but said I needed to drive it. Before they knew if that would be a problem. I drove it down to Mexico 10 minutes into the trip the check engine light started to flash 4 hours into my trip it reverted back to the way it was before and got even worse.I ended up at Meineke because I was ripped off by somebody making the car run good long enough to sell it to me. Your repair repairs worked long enough for me to to pay them over $3,600. They are very good people I don't want to think bad but just like I was taking advantage of by the seller of the car there is a possibility I was taking advantage by your service personnel. I'm going to try to think that they were honest but 3,600 is a lot of money to me to not have anything for it the problem was not fixed. My Car needs to be fixed in Mexico cuz it cannot make the journey back to the United States. Therefore I cannot recommend anybody to your establishment because I just don't know! And it cost me 3,600 and my problem was not resolved.

This specific Meineke shop has serviced all of my vehicles for more than 10 years and I'm highly satisfied with the service I've received. There have been many different employees and they have consistently provided excellent care to my vehicles. I can count on this shop to correctly assess any issues, report those issues to me and offer services accordingly. They also don't try to sell me things I don't need and don't try to push me to purchase services I'm not interested in. Their pricing is reasonable and I feel like the employees go above and beyond to get the job done.

I had a hose replaced and was so impressed I went back to replace the thermostat. My return visit reinforced my thoughts of a knowledgeable and caring staff. Joshua is the best at trying to keep the price reasonable.

This group is terrific. Their customer service is beyond stellar. Shane, Carey , Josh, and Omar went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle,. from an oil change to ordering new tires for me. They kept me informed and I ended up learning quite a bit too. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them.

Great service. Worked with me, to get exactly what was necessary, and was advised what could wait. I have to tell you, I was nervous taking my car their as i know nothing abt cars and the car I was bringing them is my deceased grandmother, so it's special to me. They took great care of me and got me back on the road no problem. You have earned my business and trust. Thank you

I was required to take my car in for an inspection for a job I was working and went to this Meinike location. It was my first time here. Excellent service, very friendly and fast and super accommodating. Definitely recommend!!!

Quick resolution to my exhaust issue. I came in without an appointment and the team was able to get me sorted and out the door same-day. So far the welding done to address the failed weld from the OM is holding up. Very pleased with the price and timeliness of the work.

Front desk guy was really bad. No communication what so ever. Not professional. He was getting mad every time I asked a question. Took the car for Rideshare inspection, reading the inspection form of the rideshare company very simple, however they charged me over $40 for things that is NOT on the form. Just to charge $$. Mechanics were normal and communicative. But Front desk, wait time and charges were horrible. Looked for a store manager to complain, but manager wasn't there that time. Not going to this store or any Meineke ever again.

Wow!! Shane and his Team were Amazing!! I Highly Highly Recommend this Recommend this Meineke!! Our daughter is a single parent, lives a good 55 minutes away from her kids school & work and an hour away from us so she absolutely needs reliable transportation! Our daughter's catalytic converter & oxygen sensor were toast! Josh did everything humanly possible to get the parts and have the vehicle fixed that same day! Not only was Josh and his team able to get the job done quickly & efficiently, Josh also found our daughter's brake fluid & coolant desperately needed flushing and did that also!! Plus Josh did an Amazing Job explaining to our daughter about the procedure and functionality.Thank you Josh & Team

Came in there and told guy at the desk that I just wanted an oil change for my car. Guy who was at the desk was very soft spoken. Got the vibe that he didn t want to work there. Wish I was taken care of by the other younger employee as he was chipper and looked like he enjoyed his job. Guy that was soft spoken just played on his phone the whole time I was there and when it was time to pay I get a text message instead of getting told in person. Guy tries to upsell me in other work on my car even though I told him I just wanted an oil change in the beginning. Grand total for an oil change there was 90$!! Even though on there desk it says 75$ for synthetic oil change. won t be going there ever again

Stopped by late in the afternoon because my car was making so much noise. A mechanic came right over to check it out for me and told me that my brakes were shot. They got me in that day and gave me a reasonable price. All the employees were wonderful. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with Shane and team to get some brakes repaired. They accomodated me out of schedule and were able to get my brakes installed quickly after inspection. Shane is very customer service focused and develops rapport easily. I also overheard a technical conversation with one of his key techs and it was a very thoughtful discussion as they kept the customer at the center. They saved me over $100 from the closest competitor pricing in the end! I will return. Much appreciated!Services: Auto brake repair, Brakes

I had a great experience at Meineke. Shane was very thorough with the problems with my car. Sometimes, us women we just want to get things done, but the men there were so great with showing the issues with my vehicle. Mind you, I dont know anything about cars. But I understood when they explained everything. They now what they're doing and what they're talking about. Shane was also so kind to give me a discount, knowing the cost of what needed to be done with my car. I thank everyone that helped fixed my car. I would highly recommend this place.

I have used this location in Chandler for a few years now, multiple vehicles with the family. They are professional and fair, from Shane and Cary up front to Omar and crew in the bays! I should write a jingle for them They'll take good care of your families vehicles!

An elderly widowed friend took her 29,000 mile minivan. She said her car drove roughly.She was given a quote for over $5000 for series of items. $700 for 6 spark plugs, $600 for front brakes, a set of shocks and struts $1300, lower control arms $1200, and on and on!!I checked the car out.... not one issue other than the tires were over inflated.Just trying to rip off the vulnerable people of our society.Ps, to owner, I just replied for the person that came into your shop. My name will not show on your records.No further contact needed

Excellent customer services and professionalism. I've been having my GMC Denali serviced here for almost a year now and will continue doing so.One visit, I had my tires rotated, which rendered a "wobble" on the freeway. The team troubleshot the issue, free of charge, since this occurred after the alignment. Turns out I had a bad shock, which caused uneven wear on on tire..Shane and his staff are great and it's evident that their services are honest.5/5 stars.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Unfortunately the sterio type of mechanic shops is true with this place. I was blown away when i learned that this franchise location had taken advantage of my trust and charged me more than double the price for spark plugs!! I read reviews before deciding to go here and say so many good remarks. I now wonder if other people realize they were most likely robed by this place as well. I had 6 spark plugs pulled and replaced for my 2016 f 150 and was charged $489 ish. When taking out the over thhe top labor that oeaves them charging ke $35/ plug!!! Then it didnt even fix the problem with my truck. I theb took it to another mechanic one i was used to going to and was told the plus we're put in broken or cracked. Then when bringing this to Shane's attention at menieke we were met with immediate attitude and total disregard for what they had done. I am glad others have not had as much of a bad experience but i would warn others to verify pricing before getting any work done at this place.

This location has always done me solid after solid; it's easy for a car repair shop to take advantage of a solo female traveler, but these guys were nothing but helpful and gave me real pricing and resolution.Whenever I come through PHX, I get an oil change and any repairs I need done here.

Oil change. I ll prefix statement with I will no longer trust this location with my vehicle. Oil change and inspection, did not provide a result that was expected AT ALL!!! I will say that I did not watch the person that was doing the work. First I used a discount of $20 off my synthetic oil change. Apparently they changed the oil, so I paid for that. They then an inspection and the tech calls in his mgr. They backed the car out and called me to it to show me that they claim that is oil in radiator overfill tank. Note that oil was black I have to say that this was not a good sign for my engine. I didn t believe that someone would put the oil to gain other business. I said nothing and left them. No one offered any comments before leaving.I later had the problem evaluated, after I clean out the oil tank over flow found that there was NO OTHER OIl leak in the engine that would put oil in the radiator or its overflow tank. My vehicle seems to be running as it did before the oil change. So I guess I ll never know? Be cautious of where you have things done on your vehicle.

The staff at the Ray/Alma School location are great. I brought my BMW into them and they were extremely helpful. They work with you and try to find you the best price with quality parts. Their service is excellent. Thank you!
