Great location and friendly staff. I needed an oil change sooner than later, Mac s had no problem with getting my car serviced right away. I really appreciate their honesty and expertise. I m back on the road and want to thank and recommend Mac s.

I'll gladly add my own 5-star review for Mac and Mac's Complete Auto Repair!Safe to echo all of the other 5-star reviews and Mac's has a lot(!) of 5-star reviews for a reason - especially for a mechanic/repair shop these days.Mac does business the right way, which is very refreshing.After using the same mechanic for the last 22 years (who also does business the right way), I was more than a little nervous at first, going to someplace new. But, that apprehension was short-lived!Mac's provides great(!) communication, is very responsive and stands by his work.He provides photos, videos, summaries and is happy to show you what he's talking about, working on or has completed.I appreciate the "Red, Yellow, Green" approach to prioritizing repairs...things that really need to get done now, things that can probably wait a bit and things to have on the radar screen down the road later on. Then, you get to choose.He does quality work and is focused on "getting it right" and in the rare case that it's not, he'll make it right and stands behind his work!"Trust" is always an important element when you're looking for a good mechanic and shop and trust me when I say you can trust Mac and that you'll be in great hands, leaving your own 5-star review!!

Mac is awesome. The shop is clean, the service is reasonably priced and most importantly Mac is an honest man with integrity. They have loaner cars available at no cost and a warranty on all of their work. I m very impressed with this shop and very happy to have found it.I will come here for all of my future vehicle work.

Far and wide, the best experience with a mechanic I ve ever had. The fee for inspecting my vehicle went towards the repairs. They gave me a complementary loaner for the duration of my repairs, which is a first for any mechanic I ve ever been to. That was amazing.The most important part here is that all the repairs were done that I asked for with high-quality OEM parts and came with a three-year 36,000 mile nationwide warranty. 10 out of 10 would recommend to friends, family, and loved ones.I m thoroughly happy with my repairs. My car has never run better. They didn t try to sell me on things I didn t need, but were thorough and let me know about the things that I did need. As a bonus they also washed my car, also a first for me. Thank you so much Mac. I wish we had one of you guys back at home in Oregon.

Mac s shop is incredible. These guys work hard and fast, and they are very detailed in both work and notes, so you can understand everything that has been done or needs to be done to your vehicle. Mac is a really friendly guy, super easy to work with, and down to earth. There s no pressure to buy anything, or do any extra repairs. The warranty they include is also stunning. I highly recommend this shop!

Mac's is great. They are very good and clear communicators. They provide explanations and/or photos of the problem areas and ask your permission before doing any additional work. They are very honest and straight forward about what issues are a priority in order to keep your vehicle running well. They use software that makes it easy to track and see issues as well as approve or disapprove which repairs you want done.I take both of my cars here and they have a lot of knowledge of Toyota's. They seem well organized and have always had my vehicles in and out in good time. They do a quality job servicing vehicles and their customer service is top notch.

Excellent service and best possible charges. About 30% below dealer prices with faster service. Dealer estimated repair was 4 weeks and here they completed it in less than 4 days. Great brakes service from rotors, pads, and brake system. Great folks - Mac and Makam. I appreciated their going the extra mile by replacing a couple of blown fuses. And honest assessment of filter cabinet. Dealer stated it was needed, their assessment proved it was not needed.

I had no idea this shop existed. It's in back of other shops. I went here for a 2nd opinion. Mac was very responsive, professional, nice & accommodating. I really liked that they did a very thorough inspection with pictures & Mac explained them to me. I will be returning soon to get work done on my vehicle.

Great customer service and transparency wrt my recent car repairs. Absolutely LOVED the detailed diagnostic writeups that were provided online complete with pictures and color coded to indicate the level of severity. Repair costs were also reasonable , as I was quoted higher prices at 2 other establishments. Mac literally saved my car. When I had taken it to two different dealers, oil chain and an independent mechanic shop, they all said the engine is blown, and I need to replace the engine or buy a new car. I love my car and was devastated. A friend recommended Mac and he knew exactly what to do and not only fix the issue that made my car run like new again! I cannot only recommend Mac s to everyone that I meet, but I will never take my car anywhere ever again for any type of service. I am so beyond grateful! He was also kind enough to give me a loaner vehicle, while my car was being worked on. This is the stand out service that everybody deserves!

When you land in a new place, you need to line up two things quickly: a doctor and a mechanic. I found my mechanic. Super responsive, thorough, and flexible with a scheduling change I needed. And the price for the battery replacement I needed was below the three other quotes I received. Will be using for our two vehicles moving forward. I have a 2017 dodge challenger i purchased that was sold to me in not the best condition. I shopped around in various mechanic shops and they were telling me different things and it felt like they weren t being honest. Came over to Macs from getting there Mac made us feel we were in safe hands and our car was going to get inspected and taken care of. He showed us what the issues were and provided pictures with proof ti show what needed to be replaced. It wasn t as big of a deal and my car now runs like a champ with no issues! Also provided a car to ride in, in the meantime while my car was getting fixed! Definitely good treatment and i felt i could trust him 100% Give mac a chance to earn your business you won t be let down. It s hard to find a good and honest mechanic now a days. You won t regret it.

Mac's is the best!!!! Best customer interaction that I've ever experienced from a mechanic's shop, and trust me...I've tried a few places since I've moved here! Mac's service is always fast, efficient and fairly priced. He even loans you one of his cars if he needs to keep yours for a while! How amazing is THAT?!?!? It's completely obvious that he loves his job and truly cares about his customers. He will forever be our family's mechanic!!!!

Mac and Tony are super great guys. My car broke down about 2 miles away. I somehow limped it to their shop where they ran diagnostics. Mac and his team found out there was a recall for the issue on my car. Many mechanics wouldn t tell you that, they would be looking to fix it themselves. They are not money hungry or money driven, but rather care about the customer and doing the right thing. My wife and I just moved to the area and had already ran into some sketchy mechanics. I am so thankful we have someone who we can trust. Forever going to be our auto shop as long as we live in the valley. Also, when they ran the diagnostics, Mac gave me a loaner car to use while they figured out the issue.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The entire engine was going to have to come out. I was prepared to pay close to $3000. Mac checked to see if my truck was under warranty. Fortunately I purchased the extended warranty. I had forgotten and Mac could have pocketed all that money. Instead, all of the repairs were covered by the warranty at the dealership.Mac and his team are professional, dependable and knowledgeable. I found Mac s Complete Auto Repair through the BBB web suite. He has a five-star rating. Mac is terrific, he explained the process and what needs to be done concisely. Best of all he offered a loaner car. The wife is disabled, and we can t do without a vehicle. Mac got the work done in the time frame given and for a plus he washed then car. We ll be back for car maintenance.Service: Air conditioning
