These guys are totally on it !!!!Ido my oil changes here routinely but this morning had to have some extra stuff done. Kevin was very educative making it so easy to understand the problem, Excellent attitude from all the guys. Please give them 3 raises each now

Store 3327 in Chandler. I am thankful that Kelvin, Shane, and Tristian with all of their knowledge that they provided and were all welcoming. Tristian provided info on my car that I had a specific question about, Shane ran my diagnostic on why my check engine light was on, and Kelvin; being the big boss, showed me where my fluid pipe was broken and the reason why I wasn't obtaining wiper fluid. He also showed me where I needed a tune-up and how to know when its time. Very friendly and excellent customer service.

Shane was super nice and did a great job. I was very happy with my service and price! Thank you Shane!I left one of your other locations before they even looked at my car. I could tell that the service wasn't going to be good just by the way they didn't really greet you! This location was the day to their night!I will bring my car back next time for sure!Thank you

This particular location On Arizona Ave. Across from Chandler High School I have twice already, after the first time they did such a good job with friendly staff I had to come back. There knowledgeable, friendly and fast. What more can you ask for. Thank You Gentlemen I appreciate Your Professionalism and Friendlyness.

I complained about this location breaking a part in my car and they keep lying about ordering the part for like 3 weeks now in same city, when I ask for the confirmation email , they can t find it suddenly, the owner sent me a number to call that doesn t go through at all like they took care of my complaint so I need a working number of the owner before I take this location to court and keep on telling everyone how disgraceful this place on yelp and Reddit. I need a working number

I really need the owner s number because I am going crazy about this issue of this store delaying to pay for the part they broke from my car because my next move will be to go to court for something that cost so cheap and they will have to pay for all the necessary court fees.

My first experience with this Jiffy Lube was very pleasant. I had only an oil change but with excellent servicing, bells and whistles, such as, exterior windows cleaned, light vacuuming, and a number of general maintenance checks etc, and all within 30-40 minutes. Also, the business office was very efficient and helpful with my check-out and questions. I no doubt will refer and return. js Service: Oil change

It was the worst experience I've ever had. Not only did they not change my oil at all, they charged me over 100 dollars, and also damaged my luxury car. I only found out my oil wasn't changed when my car was over 2000 miles due for an oil change. If I could give them negative 5 stars, I would. They also claimed the damage to my car was done before they "worked" on it. Stay far away from this place if you value your car at all.Service: Oil change

I'll start off by mentioning that I had a company vehicle brought here, and was not coming out of my personal pocket, but either way it still isn't right.When I pull up, I'm asked what I'm in for and respond stating that I need the oil and oil filter changed, along with the cabin air filter. They get me squared away, and have me wait in the broom closet that is a waiting area.Issue #1: I'm in the waiting room, about 20 minutes have gone by and three separate customers have come and gone during my "jiffy lube". When I asked what the hold up was, I was told that they are waiting for my air filter to be "delivered". They are literally using door dash to get parts in to upsell. Which leads me to my next issue...Issue #2: I never asked for an air filter, nor was my vehicle in need of one. They have the records, as I've used them (at another location) for all my service because I'm typically in and out within 15 minutes. Dash still showed 90% air filter life left, and the manual states it's due for a change after 35k under the "severe maintenance schedule", not to mention it was replaced only 8500 miles ago.Issue #3: I had literally just replaced my wiper blades in March. Yeah, that rainy week we had. I didn't skimp out either, I paid about 30 bucks a wiper. Guess who decided it was time for new wipers? Jiffy Lube.Issue #4: Those complimentary fluid checks? Yeah those didn't happen. I know this because I'm low on power steering fluid, and coolant. Did I ask them to check and fill it? No. Did the paperwork state that they checked it? Yes. Along with several other components (front and rear differential, transfer case, transmission, etc.). I can only assume those were overlooked as well.Issue #5: Normally at other locations, they will clean your mirrors and windshield, in addition to vacuuming the floor. Again, this is not something I'd asked them to do, but it is something that was always done at other locations. And yes, my paperwork states that this was done, and I can tell you right now that it wasn't. They had me wait over 45 minutes and couldn't complete even the simplest of concierge services they promised.I would never bring my personal vehicle here in the first place, and it pains me to even bring my company vehicle here, but time is money and they would normally have me in and out in 15. After the experience I had at this location, and the bill our company was sent, our local fleet of roughly 23 vehicles that average about 4000 miles per month, will no longer be visiting any Jiffy Lube centers.

This location is the only location I will have my service done on my truck. Manager Clyde was very knowledgeable, very cut to the chase type of person. Thank you for laying it out there, as to what was wrong with my vehicle. And Broden thank you for memorable customer service. Thank you for excepting my coupon along with getting me the answer s to my questions. I will definitely be returning. Thank you both..... happy customer here. Again thank you both so much.

Terry is impeccable. I went here for just a standard oil change, and there turned out to be urgent issues I needed to fix ASAP. Terry compassionately informed me of my cars problems and went above and beyond to help. He didn t try to upsell me or act as a sales man trying to get more money from my car. The issues I had cost very little, but had he said nothing, my car would ve overheated and broken down in days costing me thousands.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Terri was pretty awesome and really nice and fast. Once my oil was done he pointed out that one of my belts looked like it was pretty shredded and suggested going to Firestone to get it replaced. I was about to drive to Vegas that morning and it could of been a big issue if it snapped. Him pointing this out really saved an outcome that could of went bad. As soon as Firestone got the belt off and showed me, jusy from being taken off the belt was in pieces. Shout out to Terri!!

I brought in my own oil and filter and they charged the same as them supplying it. They also tried to charge me an additional 5 dollars to top off my coolant which is supposed to be covered in their basic oil service. Also waited 5 minutes in the express without anyone coming out so had to go in to find someone to help me.

Went in for a typical oil change. Had a coupon for a free brake inspection (front brakes have been making noises). Received My report when service was done. Reported brakes were ok. Took my car in later that afternoon for new tires and alignment. They showed me the pads were at 2mm. I definitely needed new brakes. Rotors were fine though.Jiffy Lube not only missed an opportunity to help me with new brakes but the cannot diagnose brakes properly. Will not return here.

Took me as walk in first thing in morning quickly. Didn t need appointment for oil change. They work on your car while you wait in office though. Good customer service. Somewhat pricey but overall good.

Very underwhelming service at this location. They didn't run through the checklist like they normally do and they didn't change out my sticker for one with an updated milage/date if service. Those a two of the biggest reasons why I choose JiffyLube.I like that I can travel the country and get consistent service at any JiffyLube, but this one just didn't deliver.

When I called in they told me it would be 3 hours. Then when I got into the store it was 3 minutes plus and no one had come to help, so I called they told me to go into the garage he kept making excuses and acting like he didn't want to do it at all. Very poor customer serverice. He said since I'm in a hurry he can not do it and then proceeded to give me 10 excuses on why he can't, when even with their lunch my wait time would have been the same

I don't recommend anyone to go to this location. I took my daughter's car there for a simple oil change I picked up my car took it home and it had a oil leak I called them about the issue and they told me I needed to get it looked at and they were going to charge me $150 to do so I took it somewhere else to see what was the problem and apparently they put a wrong screw size . Save your money do not go to this location it will cost you more in the long run.Service: Oil change

Was denied service for my vehicle's oil change. Rep stated he did not feel safe working on it. I've never heard of that being an issue before. It's a newer vehicle. The worker provided no sympathy or apology for the inconvenience and sent me on my way. Felt cold, rude and unhelpful.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Clyde is the manager at this location. He is friendly and professional! I called ahead to see if they could check my tire pressure for me. He told me they do that for free and if I came in right away they could do it without a wait time! I was really impressed with the service at this Jiffy Lube!

I have been going to this Jiffy Lube for some time. I like the fact that they tell me exactly what is needed and don't try to sell me services or products I don't need. I am on a fixed income, so good prices and good coupons really help!! I am always treated kindly and with respect. I would definitely recommend it!!

About two months ago, I purchased a used vehicle for my son. Before buying it, I had it tested all around. I recently took the car to Jiffy Lube #3327 and the manager told me that it had an oil leak. I was really surprised because that's one of the first things I had checked before I bought the car, and second, the floor where I've been parking it for the last two months at home is completely clean. Since the oil change I've noticed a small drop of oil on the floor. What is a reasonable explanation for that? I'll leave it up to the reader to make their own conclusions. For me, it's a trust issue and I'm not going back to this store again.
