Best in the area hands down! Blew up my EVO and had the bike towed to the shop. Instantly knew I was at the right place. Mike and Scott helped unload it and discuss my options. Ended up going with a sweet S&S V80 crate motor and couldn't be happier! Price was right, installation was quick and flawless. These guys know their stuff! They are nice on the phone but couldn't help me at all on a simple chain switch.40 bucs for bolt cutters and some quick parking lot work. i was on the road again in 5 minutes, thanks ace hardware. Sucks when places go out of their way to not want more customers. I haven't been back since. Try youtube first then call them.

Early bird gets the worm. Scott was able to diagnose my oil leak in no time. Thankful for their experience and kindness. Highly recommend for anyone owning a Harley classic. I'm on a 2002 Heritage Softail Classic

Don t take your bike to independent they will rip you off!They charged me $2000 up front had my bike for 6 months never did the repair just give excuses then would not refund front money.

After dealing with theses Ridiculous HD dealerships..I found Independent.. Completely trust my bike with them... Have Had nothing but good experiences would highly recommend.

I looked at all the reviews before I chose this place and I am definitely happy. I called in first to schedule an appointment with Mike and he was awesome and then when I showed up I dealt with Mike and again an awesome dude. Great service and great prices. I highly recommend Independent! Thx guys I'll be back for sure.

Today we were so excited to take our friend to look for his 1st motorcycle when we showed up, it was quite obvious who the owner was due to his passive aggressive attitude and standoff nature.Everyone beware. The reviews about his guy and his shop are accurate. He has terrible attitude and is no help at all. We came in with an open mind and was left with a terrible taste. Will never be back and will never refer anyone here.3 customers down the drain in less than 5 mins.

These guys are solid, so much so that without ever having spent a dollar here they have earned a customer. New to MC ownership I've been by here a couple times with newbie concerns that they could easily have made sales from and both times they have checked out my concerns, given me honest advice and sent me away. I respect a shop that doesn't need to pick off low hanging fruit. I'll be back when I have a repair need for sure.

Needed some repairs done and after making several calls decided to go with Independent. Best choice ever! The issue with my bike ended up being something totally different than what I thought it was, but Mike not only made sure I got the right things taken care of, he helped make a stressful situation a little easier with his sense of humor. I will definitely be going back for any and all future needs! Thank you!!

My son had a problem with his sportster and took it to their shop to get some major work done. I was not familiar with these guys and my son found them. I asked around and found out they had a good reputation. What I didn't know was the reputation was not even close to how fantastic these guys are. They did some solid work on his bike, and treated my son very well, even though he is a novice to bikes. They have been very helpful, answering all his questions above and beyond with the most professional patience I have ever seen. I would recommend these guys to anybody, novice or experienced. They are extremely knowledgeable, fair,excellent mechanics and very professional. Love these guys.

Ordered and changed front and rear tires and installed new mirrors and did a tune up on my Saxon and had the bike back to me in record time. They called to discuss issues and options and so you never feel like your out of the loop. Great mechanic and staff and will definitely always take my bike here when needed for anything in the future.

I'm sure they're great at what they do, but the staff is a little bit demeaning, unwelcome, and not as friendly as i would like. Came in for a quote, left my number, they never called me back. Seems that they don't care if they get your business or not. Too bad, i was thinking of spending a lot of dough with them, but customer care ia first for me. Not going to bother.

These guys are great!! Forget the negative posts by the others. These guys straight up gave me a timeframe to fix my my FmHD Dyna Wide Glide. They nailed it.Very Honest and fair guys !!!

Came in because my brake lights wouldn't go off. Suspected it'd be a minor repair.Turns out I was right but it took them almost 3 hours to figure out it needed a new brake switch ($20 part maybe 30 min labor).In total I paid $241 for a simple brake switch replacement.Asked if they could help lower the price as it was outrageous but was told they already did and actually want to charge me more!Happy that it worksUnhappy about pricing

Lower rates than dealerships!! treated with respect! if you don't act like an idiot... all staff are very knowledgeable mechanics. Well Worth it to me. I bring my bikes to Independent Motorcycle's when I can't fix it.Shawn , Coolidge, AZ

Whatever service you need on your Harley, Bob and team are awesome and knowledgeable. Major needs or little maintenance, they do it all. They just finished my bike earlier than expected and half of what the dealer costs! Give bob a call!

They maybe good on prices but are terrible at getting the job done. Had an 87 Harley put in to get built 2 years ago. Not even half put together and they want more money. I understand the owner had bad employees but not our fault. Get the job done.
