Best mechanic experience ever! From the 1st phone call to picking up my vehicle, nothing but friendly, polite, and knowledgeable customer service. They kept me updated, via text, on when the service started, what the problem was (with quote), and when the work was completed. The repair quote was fair and reasonable (especially when compared to the dealership quote). Definitely will return when other repairs are needed. Thank you so much for such a positive experience!!!

Due to the many positive reviews, i called Greulich's and spoke to Cody to see if they could service my car for an alignment this afternoon. He told me if I got there by 1:30, he could get me in right away. I got there at 1:25 and my car was in the bay by 1:30. Less than half an hour later, it was already done. I got a complete explanation of what they found and what was done. I was impressed by their professionalism and meeting every promise. I also appreciated the lack of any upsell activity. I will definitely return for future alignments.

I was quoted a price for wheel assembly at store 35. I setup the appointment for the next Saturday since i'm an hr away from location. I took my car in the next Saturday, was checked in. Randell then called me up and said its actually going to be double the price since he didn't include labor. Didn't offer to make things right, just sorry. I would expect after driving an hr 1 way for the quoted services that they would honor their word and own their mistake. Apparently they need reminders to have them double check their own work before taking the time to drive down there for services. Not pleased.

These guys are GREAT. I was traveling through Phoenix and needed someone to look at my car, quickly. Cliff and team at the Chandler location were recommended to me, and they got me in quickly, patched up my Jeep, and let me know what I needed to take care of when I got home. Super helpful, responsive, and competent. So grateful!

I took my car in for replacement engine mounts at Greulichs and one of the mounts failed after only 3000 miles. Had it replaced under warranty and it also failed in less than 3000 miles too. I called and spoke to Paul, he was very understanding and helpful and arranged to replace with a different type of mount.While it was disappointing to have the repeated problem with the mount, I can only compliment Paul s professionalism and the top quality warranty service I received. Thank you Paul! I appreciate your excellent service

So I went in to get an alignment for my truck. I thought for sure my truck needed work. They put it on the calibrators, and told me that my alignment was fine. They rotated my tires for free, and gave me back my truck. I asked them how much I owe you.?? He said your alignment was fine, and you owe us nothing. Come on, like really? What company checks your stuff,and doesn't ask for payment? These guys are great to work with. I will always do my business here for now on. Honest, polite, not out to gouge and take advantage of people. Just love them. Good job guys. Customer for life!

Greulich's on Alma School is about as good an auto shop as I've found in the East Valley. They're not cheap, but they are very professional, responsive, communicate well and get to the work right away. They back up their work if they get it wrong and if they can't do a repair they will tell you. All of the reps I trusted there have moved to another shop, but Paul is there now and he seems to do a real nice job so looks like the shop is in good hands. I don't think you will be disappointed, but if you are let them know and they will make it right.

They were very friendly, however they wanted to charge me almost 800 dollars for an ac compressor when I could order the part from multiple other sites for about 240. When I questioned them on this they told me my Google search was essentially inadequate and probably not the right compressor. When I assured them I was looking at the correct compressor, I was then told they charged so much for the part because it included overhead.

Very friendly, but forgot to fill my cooling fluid on a Saturday. Found this issue on Wednesday early AM, so I filled it myself. I contacted them, and they had me go back immediately. For that reason, I had to leave work to get it taken care because it was 113 degrees outside. Paying the amount I paid and for them having it there for 2 hours, I feel service should been completed 100%. None of the other fluids were doubled checked when I went back in, so I m still a little questionable if everything was done appropriately.

Shop is clean. People are nice and knowledgeable. Explained need for recommended work to be done and answered all questions. Organized. Timely. Provide transportation needed while waiting. Reasonable pricing.

Always fair, always honest, I have used them for all of my service needs for all 3 of my vehicles. I've compared and their prices are reasonable but the quality of work and customer service is high value! I can't say enough about how much I trust them!

I have always felt taken care of whenever I bring my car in to this location! They re always friendly and help me understand exactly what s going on with my car. I have been and will keep bringing my car here for any issues (it s an oldie so I know I ll be coming back), and even when I get a new one, I ll keep bringing it here for any issues or maintenance. This team is great!

Well, called in advance to see if they could to the work I needed(and I KNOW) you can't diagnose over the phone, but this was pretty straight forward. Replace a right front headlight assembly that was cracked, and a replacement was purchased online via the VIN. No problem, we can, shouldn't be to much of an issue. Well, got there and let them know it was me for the headlight, and said it would be just a few minutes. 40 minutes later, finally got someone to take a look, and in 5 seconds of a "diagnosis" said we can't do this, there's "body damage" so you'll need to go to a body shop. Which was NOT an option or possible suggestion while on the original phone call, and again I understand you cannot diagnose over the phone. But, C'mon...I know there are worse things going on in the world, just a little frustrating. So took it to a body shop and they said, ummm, yeah no problem it'll fit right in. So it all worked out, just a little disappointed in the customer service and lack of communication.

I have now dealt with Greulich s for a few years through two vehicles. I have always found them to be efficient and trustworthy. They have done some major repairs for me and have done so much to my satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone.

This was my first visit with Greulich's Automotive... The reason I came to them was that another automotive repair shop nearby quoted me on a job that I thought was too high based on the fact I have better and average knowledge of what engine repair should come to... as the old saying goes it pays to shop around. I called up Greulich's Automotive after driving by their location for many years. I made an appointment and immediately connected with the service writer Paul.. he was polite insightful and understands what the common customer concerns. Price important and I'm not that person looking for the cheapest either, because you get what you pay and you have to pay for performance. But, at the same time I believe in fairness as most people do.. I'm a big fan of people making money but then there's a point of greed. I believe that Corey and his team were fair, upfront, and honest. A few days later I gave Corey a call back to compliment him that my car was running actually better than I expected knowing that my car has over 170K Mi on it.. it pays to do your homework and have a connection with your mechanic like you do with your doctor. I'm from Michigan and spend the winter in AZ. My used car I bought to leave here, had a loose rusty part hanging in the wheel well and they removed it free of charge. Greulich's has taken good care of my truck that I drove back and forth twice to Michigan.

We couldn't be more impressed with Paul and the staff at the Alma School/Germann location. They were very knowledgeable about the Toyota 4runner repairs we required to address some dash light warnings (Check Engine, ABS, Skid Control). Paul's was very professional, customer oriented and calm in his communications. He explained the estimate and set expectations before the work was started. Mechanical systems are not 100% predictable so I know auto repair shops get a lot of grief. My 1st impression of the Alma School location is that I would trust them with all of our vehicles.

As a woman I was concerned I might get the "woman " treatment. This was not the case. Cliff explained what my car needed in simple terms without any upselling . The part for the car was received and installed in what I would call record time. I felt comfortable the entire time I was at Greulich's. They have now become my go to car care service.

These guys are awesomeVery well experienced and willing to help out. Right away they knew the answer why my car failed OBD smog check failure and yap took care of a simple fuse fix.Very professional upfront , transparent and honest.

Thankfully I didn't need to have any work done but the crew checked out a squeeking noise I had, diagnosed the problem, applied some lubricant and away I went in a quick, timely manner. The real-time texting updates were very helpful and appreciated when my car was being assessed.

I had my service done at Greulich's on Alma school and Germaine. My inspection report was 85% inaccurate. I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. The mechanic said that he wouldn't rotate the tires because they were five years old or more however, I have verified and have a receipt that I bought for 4 brand new tires two years ago. The mechanic said that I needed a transmission fluid flush yet I had the transmission fluid changed at another Greulich store last summer. The mechanic said that I needed engine mounts. I just had my engine mount replaced by Ernhardt FORD in August. They said that I needed a new battery that it was imperative and I believe them and bought a new battery but found out through my receipts that I had just bought a new battery from AutoZone in June. The battery was returned to Auto Zone and the battery checked good and had more than 12 volts across the terminals. AutoZone graciously refunded my money. I don't understand what is going on with this company. They act very cordial and polite but their mechanics either do an inspection report based on the age of the car or they make it up. They only provided three actual images of my car. The rest of the images were stock photos. I will never do business with Greulich again. It was a terrible experience.

I've taken 2 vehicles to get serviced at this location. The staff is always friendly, provided constant updates, are honest, and trustworthy. They always get my vehicle running and won't overcharge me.

We had a scheduled job to replace my control arms and after they contacted the dealer they actually were able to source the pieces they needed to replace and were able to drop my bill by almost a $1,000, I've never had a crew so willing to help my vehicle and my budget.
