Very professional staff and they did an outstanding job on my repairs. Car looked like new! It was done when they said it would be. They kept me informed and gave me different options etc. very warm and friendly. High quality shop and I recommend this shop to everyone who needs auto body repairs! I am one happy customer! The guy at the front desk had some homemade chocolate chip cookies for customers! Who does that?

Caliber collision did an amazing job with my car. It s a 2024, brand new. And i was really bummed out just dropping my car off or just it being damaged. Made me not want the car anymore, but caliber collision made sure to get everything fixed and make brand new again. The day before dropping my car off I even damaged it, scratching the heck out of the side for backing up into a metal gate, so i showed that to Sean, knowing I d have to pay for that particular part. And Sean said they can take care of it, no cost. So i really appreciate that! After getting my car back it looked like nothing ever happened, so i appreciate caliber collision for doing what they do best. 11/10 experience, even with the team and communication skills. I was expected to wait 3-4 weeks to get my car back. And they got it done lest than a week and half. So again thank you caliber collision for doing what they do best.

We had a great experience with Sean and the entire team at Caliber Collision. Really loved that the team kept us up to date every step of the way with repair work progress via texts & calls. I totally appreciate great communication on their part!! When it was time for us to p/u our car they offered to drop us off at car rental location as to expedite our rental car return. Full service treatment!! Everyone at Caliber Collision we were in contact with were always professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We are very happy with the the repairs. Highly recommend!!

Took my Leaf in for some front end repair after a minor accident to the West Chandler location. Shawn and his team were extremely professional and went above and beyond since working on an EV was a bit new to them. My car also had a color that wasnt so easy to match. I can't say how grateful I am to him and everyone I met from this location during this process. I was actually a bit shocked at their level of communication and professionalism, in a very good way. I highly recommend them. My car looks perfect!

On December 10th my wife and I were hit by another driver only an hour and a half into our trip down to AZ to see family before the holidays. We finished our trip and took our car into Caliber, getting an estimation that the car would be finished by the new year. This complicated our travel plans, as we're flying to Detroit from Denver the week of Christmas. Melissa and her crew took extra good care of the car, accelerating everything and providing world class customer service. I know there was a great deal of extra time that went into making sure our car was remade whole again after the accident and they went above and beyond to show us how much they cared about us as people. They stayed late on Friday and took the car in on Saturday morning just to make sure everything was right. My wife couldn't wait to hug Melissa and thank the whole crew for everything they did.We are only able to go home for Christmas thanks to the hard working folks at Caliber. Five stars and a customer for life. We're telling everyone we know to go to them :)

My experience at the Oakland location was beyond perfect example of great customer service to its finest. I had the pleasure to work with Ryan, Melissa and Stan. Also including the staff that worked on my car I did not meet but did one good darn job! From the exceptional customer service , efficiency, proper and thorough communication,l and making sure I had my vehicle back and correctly done. Ryan is so professional and kind which made me feel comfortable from the initial contact. Melissa is just awesome and a genuine sweetheart that has the best customer service skills and genuinely does her job beyond well. The way Stan stepped up and was thorough and professional also gave me reassurance that I was in the right place to get back on the road. THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING AND GETTING ME BACK ON THE ROAD TO MAKE MONEY AND PROVIDE!

I have had 2 vehicles repaired at Caliber. Both were brought back to 100% original.I received continuous texts of updates and progress. Vehicles were done when promised.Highly recommend this shop !

Hit road debris and my car looked gnarly but Caliber helped me through the entire process. Stan and Melissa reassured me that everything would get taken care of and my car ended up finishing much earlier than expected. Thanks everyone for the help!!

Hello I don t usually post reviews but this time I had to, I HIGHLY recommend staying away from this location and most likely any of their others they have no clue what they are doing, kinda a long story but i ll keep it short. I got rear ended and left them with my car while I went on a vacation for a week, My insurance company deemed the car a total loss mid way through my vacation and Caliber Collisions just let my car sit there while I was still away, because the damages my trunk couldn t latch closed leaving a light on which ended up fully killing my battery (yes they don t takes the simplest steps to make sure no further damage is done). So once I was back in town I went to the shop to take the car back but now the car has a dead battery. Mind you I asked them to send me text updates but never ended up receiving one. They then told me they can jump it so I said okay left and came back a couple hours later, Once i m back the car still won t start and not almost all of the electrical wasn t working anymore. ended up getting it towed to another shop because they said they wouldn t do anything else because the car is deemed totaled. Here is where it gets good the new shop figures out the problem and apparently when Caliber Collisions jumped the car they put the cords on the wrong way completely frying some fuses. So really all I have to say is please stay away if all you want is body repairs and don't want any other issues. As a side note in the short time I was there I saw multiple of there technicians spraying paint on body parts without any respirators inside the shop no wonder why they can t do anything right. Hopefully this helps some people make a decision on where to get their repairs done. Thank you Caliber Collisions and Sean the manager for absolutely nothing.

My whole experience with the team at Caliber was great! Ryan at the front desk was very helpful and friendly and Sean was very down to earth and professional. Additionally, the work environment seemed really friendly and productive and the team looks like they get along very well. With regards to my service they were able to make all the appropriate repairs in a timely manner while also taking care of another issue I had with my driver side window tint, at no extra cost! I have no complaints about any part of my experience!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Very impressed. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. They handled all of the insurance paperwork with no issues or delays. The repair was great..... looks better than before the accident. Hopefully, I will never need to have another collision repair, but I would absolutely go back to them.

Outstanding customer service, Amazing Team and SUPER quality work!!GUARANTEED, you WILL NOT be disappointed having the Team at this Caliber Collision location take exceptional care of you, and your vehicle.Needless to say, I was super bummed when I recently was involved in an accident in my Cadillac STS that I have always loved and taken great care of. My insurance company s towing service offered me several options when it came to where my vehicle would -could be taken for the repairs to be completed.Out of pure luck, I chose this location and I m so happy that I did. From start to finish, my experience was nothing less than extraordinary! Sean, Ryan, Stan THE MAN, and the crew here really have a tremendously seamless business when it comes to the care, outstanding communication, and customer satisfaction that one should expect - and deserve regarding going through the experience of having your vehicle repaired after an accident. Came in for an estimate on my 2020 Toyota Camry TRD. Other body shops quoted me over 30 days just to take a look at my car. Sean C. was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process The whole team was friendly and all my questions were answered. I would recommend Caliber to anyone looking for a reputable body shop.

Great communication from Sean. They explained it could take several weeks. My appointment was for January 9th and it was completed on January 31st. Very happy with the quality of work on my Mercedes. This place is great! Sean was my point of contact and his professionalism, communication and coordination was top tier. I was rear-ended and Caliber Collision was one of the recommended repair shops by their insurance. The repairs were pretty extensive including suspension, rear hatch, exhaust, body work and paint. Best customer service I have received from anywhere! Let alone a repair shop! I was involved in an accident and was given a list of names to inquire about getting repaired. I m so glad I chose Caliber Collison I worked with Sean he was so friendly, communicated with me throughout the whole process. Got me set up with a rental and just went above and beyond throughout the whole process. From the receptionist Danni down to every employee who walked into the shop they were just so nice and friendly! I am so iffy when it comes to anything car related since I am a female and you hear so many bad stories. But the entire process was so great and I really felt like I was In great hands! I was disappointed that I had to make an appointment and come back when I stopped by the office to get an estimate for my car. The appointment went well but their quote was almost double that of another estimate. Recommend if your using insurance.

I had a whole incident happen and my car bumper was dented. Everyone was nice, helpful and gave me great information during the process at Collision! I loved the customer service and my car looks like nothing happened now and was even finished a week early!

Caliber Collision at W Oakland St. did a great job on the undercarriage repairs of my Dodge vehicle, including replacing the subframe. I drove the car across country afterward with no issues. They prioritized the repairs and allowed me to stop by and see the car on the lift. Melissa was especially helpful in coordinating everything and Stan took time to answer my questions and helped get me to Enterprise to pick up the rental car. Dani at the front desk was also very helpful, pleasant, and responsive to my questions.Service: Body & Trim

Just got my hyundai eqqus back from the shop and couldn't be happier. Melissa took care of everything and was so nice and professional during it all. Stan the general manager is also a great guy and really helpful. All in all I'd definitely recommend my family to go here and I'm already going back for work on another vehicle.
