Brought my truck in a few weeks ago to get some after market pads/rotors and calipers installed. I was very happy with professionalism, the speed and the quality of work i received. Brakes are working great...I have zero complaints.

I usually don't write reviews, but I wanted to say thank you because it needs to be said. I have been to four different automotive shops since I moved to AZ and I feel I have been cheated in some way or another every time because I am a female.I was told I needed to get my brakes, transmission and cooling system flushed by the dealership, so I decided, again, to try an independent shop to get a second opinion. I went to the Brake Masters on Dobson and Williamsfield and John recommended I have what was called a Royal Flush which was half the price of the dealership! (Didn't tell him that.) What I liked most is they told me they did an inspection on the rest of my car and Ryan even said, "You don't need this right away, but you will in the next three to four months." They didn't try to sell me anything extra and I didn't feel intimidated at all. They both were really easy to talk to and not pushy, so I remembered their names to write a review. That's how comfortable I felt. I definitely will be back, and it is nice to FINALLY have an automotive shop that I can trust.

Went in for a wheel alignment. The staff was so courteous and professional. Ryan especially was terrific to work with. I highly recommend this team. Price-wise super reasonable!!!

It was a pleasure doing business there for the first time. Everyone seemed friendly with the exception of one person. He was very cold when greeting me. He offered another customer some water or coffee but never extended the invitation to myself. I didn t get his name but the shop manager and other staff members were friendly and polite and excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

I purchased tires that morning and went in for what I thought would be just an alignment. They took my Tahoe in immediately and after some inspection Ryan came out and provided me with the information they found. He provided me with his professional opinion that my rack and pinion was about shot and suggested it to be replaced. Ryan gave me a couple options and worked with me.Very honest, up front and turned out a quality product that I am totally satisfied with HIGHLY RECOMMEND!This will now be my go to garage.

I've been going to this Brake Masters location for a few years. The guys that work there are always polite, professional and friendly. The work is always done on time and correctly. I would definitely recommend them this place to anyone I know

I had to replace a lug that broke off. After hearing about my awful experience with BigO tires they did my repair for a radical reduction in price. Their service costs on other repairs are very reasonable. I will be going to this shop for my future repairs.I highly recommend this shop for all my auto repairs.

I brought my 03 Honda Pilot to your shop last Thursday to replace the timing belt. Ryan approached me, gave me a reasonable price and I agreed right away! Had my vehicle ready for pick-up in the afternoon, and it runs magnificent! I would like to thank the staff and most especially Ryan! More power to all of you and would definitely come back!

I had a serious problem with a wheel that almost came off while driving on the freeway. I was referred to this location from a Discount Tire down the street. I called and spoke to Ryan. He said if I could get the car to him, they would take a look and see what it would take to correct. I had to have the car towed and when I arrive at this location, I meet Ryan when I walked in. He explained the process and he was there to answer all my questions. For the work that was done, I thought the price was very reasonable. The whole staff at Brake Master #169 was great and helped me through a very difficult day. I really like the printout they give you after alignment It tells you what condition your vehicle was in or how badly it was out of alignment and where it's at now! Customer friendly staff. Keep up the good work!

Had an emergent issue with my daughter's car. Other places were not able to do it due to the type of vehicle.They got me in right away, finished it quickly, and done right. Considering it is a Mercedes, I also thought the price they charged was fair as any M repair is basically a license to steal. Thanks.

I love this place! The people here are genuine, and don't try to nickel and dime you. I've been going here for a few years now, and they never try to upsell me on anything. I was driving to San Diego on a Saturday, and was having some transmission error issues, and they spent time on the phone with me to try and get me some help even though there weren't any Brake Masters in that area. I trust that they have my best interest at heart.

Brake Masters Store #169 has been by far The Greatest Experience I ve ever had with a mechanic shop! GO HERE! Skip the BS with any other location and just come here!!! John and Ryan are TOP NOTCH and CARE about Premium service!!Started with another Brake Masters location #209 to get an oil change and tire rotation + the normal workup review of anything else needed for repair! When I came back to pickup the vehicle The Tech said there was No recommendation at this time for any other work needing to be done. What?? Not even an Air Filter change? Wow! Okay. He didn t even complete a tire rotation stating they didn t have the Power drill for my lug nuts. Called Ryan up at store #169 and he said he d take care of me!!! When I got here they said nothing had even been reported as done to my truck at all! Ryan made sure I got my full workup, and tire rotation and other needed repairs done!!!Thanks John, Thanks Ryan! You did excellent! You gave 110%!

If we don t take our vehicles to the dealer for maintenance we go to Brake Masters . This was my first time at this location . An they did not disappoint! Quick , friendly and efficient.
