Came in for a tire rotation and alignment. Waited in the shop for an hour and a half, just for them to tell me they couldn't do it because I needed new shocks. Then they started recommending maintenance. Started with a couple things that made sense, but then they started mentioning things that I had done only a few thousand miles ago. Thankfully, I didn't let them do it because I checked my maintenance records and got a second opinion, and now I feel comfortable saying that they were over-recommending service. Not everything they told me was untrue, but put it this way, they gave me a quote sheet on my way out with about 2k worth of stuff and about 60% was stuff that I didn't need.On top of that, I made the mistake of letting them do my alignment while I was still at the shop. I asked the guy if it was gunna take about 45 minutes, and he said, "Oh, no. It shouldn't take more than 30."... I left an hour later. So yeah, I definitely don't recommend.

I will not return here. Outside of the employees being friendly, it was not a good experience.I went in because I had a coupon for brakes @ $99 per axel. I typically would've just done the job myself, but I figured for $99 why not.I know the rotors only needed to be turned because 1. I put on new OEM ones myself, which they don't have that many miles on them. And 2. I was at a different mechanic just a little while back (having other work done) who did a courtesy inspection. They confirmed I needed pads but the rotors could be turned. However, Big O claimed I needed new rotors, and the job went from $99 to over $600!They then also claimed I needed a $100+ fuel treatment, even though my injectors were replaced and the fuel system taken care of in the past 90 days. There is not one thing about how the engine runs that would support them recommending this (no hesitation, no rough idling, no check engine light, nothing).This place just seems to operate on classic bait & switch and pushing unnecessary services. I'm sure plenty of people fall for their dishonesty, but some of us have a good understanding of what state our cars are in.

We have used this specific Chandler, on Riggs Rd. store since it opened a couple years ago. We have purchased tire packages for 3 trucks and cars and we even had them install a leveling kit on one of my trucks. I came in for 2 trailer tires today. 8 ply tires are $73 each. Tell me why the entire bill is a couple bucks shy of $250.00 !?! The counter guy, said it was mount, balance, and misc fees. Really? Has anyone ever had trailer tires balanced? I haven't. We will be finding a new tire store for future use. They really do not respect the customer here.

Extremely impressed with this store.I had a low tire with a couple of nails that I discovered on my way home from work after a long day. It was on a Friday at 4:30 pm. I reluctantly called to see if they could check it. I was initially impressed with how cordial they were on the phone being so late on a Friday.The atmosphere is one I m not accustomed to at a tire shop.The shop is clean, calm and you can tell the employees are happy.I definitely will continue my business here.Keep up the good work!

They have a nice waiting room where you can have a snack from fruits to donuts, water, etc.the people was good and friendly, the bathrooms were clean. The only thing is that they really take too long, if you are going to come here keep in mind that it will be for at least an hour. otherwise it is highly recommended!

I came in for a wheel alignment check and I wanted a claim started through SilverRock Warranty. Their team was super welcoming, and quick to be in contact with SilverRock. The guys helping me were so kind, and i was in and out within a hour.

I would ve gave them five stars but I went in for two new tires to be put under under my car. I waited two hours. for them to tell me my car was ready just to realize they never even put tires on there. They didn t oil change which I just did myself a few weeks before then I had to wait for the tires to be delivered which was another two hours. My appointment was for 8 AM. I didn t leave till almost 1 o clock and ended up paying the exact same price I would ve if I would ve originally got my tires put on even with all the headaches

We were looking for a set of 4 tires for our 2018 Nissan Sentra. We went to another tire company, we were not greeted when we walked in, the store was pretty dirty. The cost of the tires were right at $1000 and they do not do alignments, so that will be an additional cost. We went to Big O Tires on Riggs Rd. We walked into the clean store and Clayton greeted us. Clayton helped us with getting the perfect tires and he was extremely knowledgeable and not a pushy salesman. They had a great sale that day. We got all 4 tires, road hazard warranty and an alignment for $786.76. They got the car in and did the work in a timely manner. We will definitely go back and buy our tires from this store.

In the spirit of transparency, we didn't buy any tires from these guys - at least not yet!Woke up one morning last week, and my wife's SUV was giving her a low tire pressure alert on the passenger rear tire. I had her slowly back it up to see if I could see anything & sure enough, a small nail was buried in it. The closest tire shop was Big O, so I gave them a call. They explained that if it was fixable, they'd try and plug or patch it. They had a full schedule, but if we dropped off the vehicle, they'd get to it in the next couple of hours. We dropped it off, and 2 hours later, we get a call, and it's ready - and NO CHARGE! We picked it up and thanked them for getting us in, and my wife personally thanked the technician for plugging the tire, and she tipped him to show her appreciation.I can't attest to their sales or tire installs, but their customer service on tire leak repairs, especially for tires not purchased there, is outstanding.

Thank you, Lance, and the staff at BigO Tires! I was running late to work and my car decided it was the perfect time to lmk I had low tire pressure and by the grace of God, not even three min after, there's BigO Tires to save the day. Not gonna lie, I was hesitant at first because I thought they were gonna charge me, but as soon as I walked in and explained my situation, they didn't hesitate to help. THANK YOU!

Big O and Clayton in Chandler were hugely helpful when I got a nail in my tire, 80 miles from home. Managed to work me in on a busy Saturday and swapped my spare on so I could get on my way. Super helpful and polite.

Was driving to work and stream was coming out from under my hood! No!!!!!! My husband brought my car here and they were able to fix and we were able to sign up for they payment plan and took my car home that day!!!!!! Thank you guys so much!!! Big O is the best!

Went in for a road force balance and they used the regular balance machine. Then they said my cabin air filter was bad and sold me a 50$ one when they re 15$ at autozone (my fault I know) also sold me a radiator flush but they just swapped out the reservoir tank coolant. Told me my rear differential fluid was bad but I had just serviced it myself a month ago so that s imposible I even checked it when I got home and the fluid looked new. Over all I like the cleanliness of this place and the service is ok. The lying and price hiking for parts is what I dislike. I wouldn t recommend someone go here unless you have no other choice and please please say no to the 50$ cabin air filter :/

I usually work on my own vehicle because I dont trust these shops. Last week i decided to let Big O tires do my oil change....the next day I had a Huge Oil Spill on my driveway!!!..the techs at Big O forgot the part where you tighten the oil plug......im still waiting on Big O tires management to get back to me on cleaning my driveway....bunch of incopetent fools there

I thought this place was like the other Big O I was wrong, I went there for an oil change two hours later trying to sell me everything that they thought i should have worked on.New tire, etc and didn't start the oil change for 1hour because I didn't agree. Come to find out the lift damage my AC line under the vehicle. Becareful with there work. And watch from the window.

Worst experience ever. This is the only place I took it for Oil change from the last four years. They stripped off the oil drain plug and gave me a quote to replace oil pan for little over 550$. Not sure how can you charge the customer for something went wrong in the shop. Not a pleasant experience.

I made an appointment for an oil change and informed them of my car's Year, Make and Model so they'd have everything needed for an efficient oil change. The price stated on the phone was $49.95 + tax and there was no mention of other "fees". When I arrived the price jumped to $74.08 due to extra oil cost due to the car model, shop fees & supplies. Almost 150% over what is quoted and it took over an hour and a half to complete the oil change (stating they had to wait for an oil filter). I'll never go back to Big O Tires again as this is the 2nd bad experience at a Big O Tires store (the other was on Germann west of Gilbert Rd.).

This Big O Tires location always provides phenomenal customer service. The Manager, Michael and his Team are always honest and only advise you what your vehicle truly need. They are always honest and I value that l, especially with auto service shops. My car is at 167k and thanks to the trusted services my car runs like new!

I had a rough start with these guys, because the appointment was pushed. I am changing my rating and review because now I can see that they try to help everyone, and accommodate semi emergencies and sometimes that pushes things back. I am happy that they are open on Sundays and twice now they have really helped me out.

Very poor follow up & follow through by the manager, Michael G. Was supposed to get back with me concerning quote on wheel repair & new tires. I had to call 3 different times with no estimates or follow through from the manager.What a waste of my time & what a way to run a business.Ended up going to Discount Tire which is where I should have gone in the first place.Caution about this tire shop.......

I visited this location few weeks ago.My tire had the leak and I wanted it to get checked.Their 3 techs called in sick, and their work was getting behind.However my service manager literally went back and got his hands dirty and fixed the issue. Alex Padworski was him, and he saved the day. I came back today to give his kudos to his manager and make an appointment for next service.Highly recommend this location!!Thank you all !

Another local shop could not provide an alignment and wanted over $2k but Justin and his team was able to accomplish the alignment for no additional cost. Great job by Big O team. Will be visiting again for all my vehicles.

Went in today because I ve had a slow leak on my front left tire. Trevor at the Riggs location got me a solid grade tire for just under a $1,000 dollars. I m satisfied. Took the time to explain everything to me and got me into the schedule same day. They also balanced, weighed and aligned my Subaru. Let s see how these nexen tires hold up on my Impreza. The warranty seems fantastic. I wasn t a fan of the continentals that came stock on the car, time will tell.Thank you again.

My experience with this company had been by far the worst. I went in because my car was not blowing cold ac and 1200 later they did other work like change out filters and fluid flush claiming it was urgent to be done, I had to take the car 3 different times because they said I had to leave it with them so they can fix it just to be told at the end that my ac had a leak and I have to pay and additional fee when they should of resolved this issue from the start and not done any other work I did not ask for. My ac issue was not resolved the manager Michael was extr�mame rude and disrespectful when explaining why they failed to do the work I went there to have fixed rather then what I did not request.

Got a new set of tires for their Buy 2 Get 2 sale. They told me I needed all 4 TPMS replaced as they were bad. I held off on it because they were $80/each. I took it to the Big O Tires on Warner, they filled up the spare tire with 10 PSI, and the light went off. Never going here again.
