Rarely do I award five stars, I've been wanting to do some repairs to our RV, starting with the tires. No one in Maricopa County would mount and balance six large 19.5 RRV Tires for under 250. After sharing my experience with other tie shop's, 30 minutes before closing they took on the job.It was a Blessing, these people have HEART AND SHARED THE LOVE.

Went here to get new tires run as fast as you can from this place I bought tires and they only put two lug nuts on the front I could have lost my life driving and they were not willing to fix this issue I had to call Nissan dealer to get them done correctly

I highly recommend this place I could not thank Balo enough! My tire valve stem was ripped off in an automatic car wash and they assisted me right before closing with no hesitation. These guys are very friendly and professional I am so thankful for their help being I am a new resident to Arizona I didn t know who to call but I got lucky with this tire shop I was back on the road in no time. Thank you so much!!!!!!

The worst oil exchange service. Don't go here. Asked for 25 dollars when I entered the door, and at the end, they asked for 30 dollars. The main problem is that it took the workers two hours to find where the oil filter was. After reinstalling the board ,they found that two screws were left. Are you fxxxx kidding me ???

Just wanted to share a good experience I showed up almost at closing time and the owner and workers treated me as if I was the first customer of the day. They were amicable, understanding of my needs, and courteous to my business there. The service was four tires replaced and balanced and it was all done within one hour of me showing up, even after they had two other vehicles there. I ll be going back there since they also have a mech in on site on weekdays.

This place has the best prices on used tires I was supposed to pay $90 for two front tires but Balo said the only used tires he had in my size were in ok condition so he only charged me $80 they were actually not bad especially compared to the ones I had. They are quick and honest & the facility is well kept, clean lobby & clean bathroom I will definitely be coming back especially when he told me he can do tire pressure sensors for only $15 each!

Stopped by balo's thinking I could just repair a tire but may have been saved from a blowout when Balo showed me how bad my tires were. Ended up with two new tires but was in and out in less than 30 min. Balo definitely has a new customer!

The best and absolutely the fastest tire service in the business! I've bought at least 10 different tires from them and I'm always in and out within 15-20 minutes. Even when it looks like there really busy with customer traffic, I feel like they immediately get working on my car. And really fare prices as well!

My car parts are damaged, and I have to ask for money to repair it... The service attitude is extremely poor, it is best not to come here...

Stopped by to inquire about the cost of an alignment, was told $60 and they could do it right then so l went ahead with it. The work was done quickly, but then they tried to charge another $20 for rotating my tires which l was never asked about. I was told the tires were too worn for a proper alignment. Now these tires have 200 miles on them, yes there was a little wear on the fronts, hence the need for an alignment, but they lied to me. The way an alignment is done is that plates are attached to each wheel and a laser measures and says what adjustments to make, tires could be bald and it wouldn't matter. I should know, I used to work in the auto repair field. Told him is a rotation was an issue l could have them rotated where l bought them for free...now the guy want to know where l bought the tires and tried challenging me. So he says they will waive the $20 like he actually had a choice. Then comes the charge to process a card. They have no signage saying they charge a fee to run a card which makes it illegal to charge such a fee and credit card companies will not allow merchants to charge fees that are not posted or they will not let them take cards. So now 2 unethical business practices, but there is more! A young lady came in to pick up her car, she dropped it off yesterday to have then diagnose it. When she called to see what it needed she was told it was fixed and then she asked again and was once again told it was fixed. This is what she was telling the lady who works there. So again, this time in person she asks, "what was wrong with it and why wasn't l told before"...again, no answer, just that it was $180 labor, the rest were parts and the total was $360. Obviously very unethical place, will never go there again and wish that l hadn't. Ii can only imagine how many people they have screwed over, because what l saw was obviously not the first time trying to screw someone.

Great service..... but most importantly....great prices! I got front and back brakes done and 4 tire's for my car. Then I just left there a few minutes ago getn two new tires for my daughter's car. Got all that work done in just a few days apart!!

Very nice, curtious ppl that work here. The gentleman spent a copious amount time searching for the tires (Used) that would best fit my vehicle and current situation. Thanks Guys

I had my car towed in because I had two flat tires, accidentally the wrong tire size was installed on my car, but I didn t realise that till three days later, I called them and they told me to come in to explain what happened, then they installed the correct size without giving me a hard time. I think it s a professional business.I will return if I ever need tires.

Waited about 30-45 min yesterday for them to change one tire right after work.. I made it home everything was fine until this morning. While on my way to my moms house on the 101 freeway, the tire that I had JUST purchased popped and I swerved into the next lane almost hitting another car. I don t usually sit in the waiting room when work is being done on my car and I usually look at the tire before it s put in but for some reason I chose to trust them, big mistake.

Fixed my car but they said they close @ 7 I came before 7 to pick up my car and they closed early. I called before hand and someone picked up and pretend not to hear me on the call. Which was so disrespectful and I'm never using there services again!!

Literally they have had my car for over a week keep pushing back when I can pick up the mechanic has horrible customer services this place is just horrible they don t answer the phone they don t work on the car like they supposed to they waste peoples time has us come for the car wasn t ready was calling for a whole day the phone didn t go through was supposed to get my car today he s not there still and my car is still not ready a whole entire week later I have a kid and I have a job this is not how u treat ur customers I will never bring my car and no one should go there

Went for a catalytic welding.. looked at the catalytic and quoted me how much and i agreed. Put the car on the lift and cut off the catalytic and charged me $40 more because he said im short of about 4 inch pipe. $40 more for a pipe he already cut.. What a crook. This is not a good business practice.

Called these guys for a allignment... they said ya but wanted me to wait a hour so when I called back they acted like it was a issue and said maybe Monday.. Mind you this was 4 hours before they even closed so I'd not bother with them and waste your time.. Guess they make to much money to want to do a job they advertise they do.. what a joke

Came for a used tire and didn t even last 48 hours. Big hassle to get this guy to exchange it because apparently they don t guarantee on used tires. So basically they can sell u a bad tire and not even refund ur money.. Pathetic!!

Car broke down, left it here and the keys when Towtruck came to pick up my car no one here knew anything of the car I asked him who was the guy that owns the SUV they re all a bunch of liars do you know else probably

Very good service and good prices
