My transmission in my 2014 Dodge Ram went out. I was looking for transmission shops that would work with my extended warranty company and I came across Arizonas Reliable Transmissions. They were actually apart of the preferred network of shops for car shield so I went with them. They made the whole process very easy, all I had to do was drop my vehicle off with them and they took it from there contacting the warranty company and getting everything rolling. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and had me back in my vehicle within a week.

My transmission was having issues in my family s 2017 Dodge Caravan, I called a few places but couldn t really get any solid information about what could be wrong. I came across Arizona s Reliable Transmissions and they were straight to the point, they told me what the possible issues could be and I then just dropped my van off with them for a few hours for a free external diagnostic. It was just a solenoid pack issue & they had my vehicle fixed the same day! I m forever grateful they saved me so much time and money!

This location is so professional and always ready to get anyone in as fast as they can. I went in today before work and they got everything done so quickly. I have a 2018 Chevrolet Suburban that was having weird shuttering issue. I took it over to Aamco they told me I needed to have the transmission rebuilt. I took it over to Arizona s Reliable Transmissions for a 2nd opinion, come to find out it was just a matter of a fluid exchange & a transmission computer module update. Took it in on a Monday got it back on Tuesday running perfectly. Saved me thousands of dollars. I would highly recommend

Sean and the guys do amazing work. I have trusted them for years to handle all of my transmission repairs. I'm a partner in a shop next to his but I did do mobile repair for a number of years prior and Sean at AZ reliable was always my guy

THE PLACE for your transmission needs! Sean and his team are seriously amazing and honest.Back at home in California I have my own project cars and tools in my garage, but out here I was pretty stuck when I needed a new clutch installed (my car could barely move anymore with the existing clutch). Transmissions are a serious mystery box and can be a real pain to deal with. My car started off at another shop here in Chandler that I caught straight up lying regarding cost and what the OEM parts were for the car. I had heard AZ Reliable was honest so I had my car towed over and was very happy with Sean right out the gates.I brought in an 07 Altima that needed and clutch kit installed. While in there, they found out my flywheel and starter were pretty much destroyed(showed me pics) so I was able to get them those parts to toss in while they had it opened up. The car is buttoned up and works perfectly again. Had such a great experience that I'm bringing my 01 Trooper in which is having shifting issues.This is the kind of honest work that is VERY rare in the automotive world. Check them out!

Craig,Shawn & crew got my truck in and out, in 2 days since I told them I needed my truck for work. Craig & Shawn kept in contact throughout the rebuild and recommended only what I needed. I m definitely referring them to family and friends and will be doing more business with them down the road. Highly recommend them!!

I'm very particular about my muscle car, and I needed lots of details. I even picked a different clutch at the last minute, and they worked with me being positive about it. Extremely unprofessional. They did fix the transmission problem I had, but they caused my AC to fail and refused to take responsibility for it.Edit: in response to your question.Yes, there was dye in the lines because we put a new compressor in it a little over a year ago when we bought the van. It has been running flawlessly and was running like a champ feezing us out when we dropped it off at your shop. Explain to me how when we came to pick it up the AC had completely failed and you had nothing to do with it? That seems oddly convenient to claim it just happed to happen while you had it. I do not know what you did while you had it but I do know there were zero problems with the AC when we dropped it off and now it won't work.

Car has been shifting hard, so I took it in to A.R.T. Very friendly staff, and they test drove it for a long while but couldn't get it to shift hard (my curse with vehicles). Since they couldn't find anything wrong with it, they said they couldn't provide a diagnosis and didn't charge me anything. I went ahead and had them do a transmission service anyway and they were quick and reasonably priced. Will be back when the shifting issue becomes more frequent.

I purchased an aftermarket clutch kit for my mustang and I needed a transmission shop to install the new clutch system. Sean was extremely polite and cooperative, which made me feel like I could trust them with my vehicle. Affordable pricing and they even changed the old, worn seals with new ones. It only took them a day to install the clutch and I was back on the road. Everything is working perfectly, these are the guys to go to for transmission work!Service: Transmission

Great experience w/ Sean for the whole process. They came and towed my vehicle from home and instead of taxing me for a full replacement they informed me of how it can be inspected for a rebuild and if possible could be done. It was able to so i saved some $ and now my vehicle runs like new. Definitely recommending to friends and family Service: Transmission

Arizona's Reliable Transmissions is the best place I have found. Been going to this shop for about 2 years and is the only shop I recommend to go to. From top tier service to your car needs being met. Sean definitely takes care of each and every one. I went to Arizona Reliable Transmission because I thought I needed a transmission rebuild. They were extremely helpful and had very reasonable prices.After their initial inspection, they informed me that the problem wasn't my transmission at all, which ended up saving me a ton of money.It was refreshing to see that they were not focused on charging me what they could. As a woman, finding a trustworthy shop where you don t feel like you are being taken advantage of is hard to come by. Sean was very helpful and thorough when it came to getting my transmission repairs done, going into detail of what would need to be done to get my Camaro back on the road. I didn't have my car fixed but they did look it over and told me exactly what the issue was. I will definitely use them again when I need to. Definitely trust them over the big name transmission shop down the road.

An honest & trustworthy transmission shop. I had my Chevy Silverado at another shop, they said the transmission failed and needed a rebuild. Took it to Arizona s reliable for a 2nd opinion. They did not charge me for the diagnostic an turned out to be a faulty computer. They had me up and running in a couple days at less then half of the cost of a rebuild.Service: Transmission

Would not recommend. I showed up on time for my transmission fluid drain but they had me come back 45 minutes later because they were falling behind schedule. A phone call ahead of time would have been nice. When I returned at their request it was taken for a test drive and told the transmission needed to be rebuilt. That might be so, but I doubt since the Ford Fusion Hybrid is only two years old and runs smoothly even though it has 84,000 miles on it. Someone could have given a test drive BEFORE having me return because they fell behind their schedule. They claimed putting new transmission fluid may make the transmission worse. Who would take that chance? I don't mind putting money in the car if it is needed. I just didn't feel comfortable with what I thought was not an accurate diagnosis. I would give them the benefit of the doubt but I rearranged my morning just to get there on time. I took the car to another shop and was told the transmission is fine as it is and could easily replace the fluid without problems. It was not a transmission shop however.

It is beyond belief these days when auto service provider does the right thing! Arizona's Reliable Transmissions was the only shop out of 7 that I called that had a transmission available for my Ford pick up truck. I was sure that the transmission was slipping and because it is my primary work vehicle it was paramount for me to get it done asap and back on the road. I got it over to them at about 11 AM .I needed a ride home and they provided one for me at no charge. At about 3 PM they called and told me that they had good news... that the problem was with my throttle body and had nothing to do with the transmission. Also during the diagnostic they determined I was over-filled by about a quart from the last service I had had done recently and they rectified that as well (they had to pull the pan as there is not a drain plug on mine) When I picked the truck up they handed me the keys and I was astonished that there was no charge for the diagnostic work done or the pulling of the pan, etc.. To say I was thrilled is am understatement. I would have been happy had I gotten a new transmission and been none the wiser. I could not more highly recommend them and will be a customer for life, even though there are transmission shops closer to my home!!!Service: Transmission

The dealership said my transmission needed to be replaced since it was a cvt in my 2012 Nissan Sentra. I took it down to Arizona s reliable transmissions for a second opinion and they were able to rebuild it way less than the dealership replacement. Had a full transmission rebuild and they did an excellent job in a timely manner for a reasonable price. They were quick to answer any questions or concerns I had while maintaining a friendly disposition.

Had them builder a custom stage 2 transmission for my truck, and at first had a couple hiccups but without hesitation they got my truck back in a timely matter to look through it again they replaced a couple sensors for free and made sure my transmission was what I was asking for and I very much would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly, and quick work team then these are your guys!Service: Transmission

If you're having issues with the infamous 4l60, this is the place you want to go to. I replaced mine 3 times before coming here and each time they failed within 6 months.. Im so glad I did.

From the time I walked in I felt belittled because I'm a woman..my car was broke and with 2 kids was even offered a ride home was told to call Uber..the repair took 2 weeks longer charged me 2x more than quoted and now my car sits in driveway leaking fluid and I was told to bad....terrible place

OKI don't know what's up with automotive but for the amount that it was going to get me to have my vehicle fixed I can buy almost a new one for that over $5000 to fix my transmission are you kidding not even worth it
