The mechanics in the shop were not only great mechanics , but their concern for my needs was unexpected.. They stopped and listened and answered each of my questions completely. I'm 65yrs old and I didn't think places like this were still around. Thank you Aamco for all the things you do . God bless. Us army veteran.

The staff at this AAMCO location really went above and beyond to get my vehicle back on the road. They worked great with warranty services to correct issues created at a different repair company, and I was always made aware of the status of my vehicle and claim. Thanks, guys!

They had my car for three months, and it runs worse now than before I gave it to them. While my car was in their care, the rear window was broken (didn't find out about it until it was time to pick up the car) and subsequently vandalized. Never received a single call as to the progress of my vehicle and now I'm in a position to take it to the dealer because I don't trust their work ability even if they honored the warranty. Do not waste your time and money, find a different shop.

I just had my cord f-150 serviced here and would highly recommend!! Great service and Julio/his crew were friendly and knowledgeable. Took my car in, told them need new battery and AC looked at. Left vehicle overnight with them. Got a call the next day letting me know how much the battery would be. I asked about my AC, he said the machine is broken, and they have no way to check it. I ve been nice to know that before I left my vehicle there. The price he quoted for the battery, he did not tell me there was $100 labor fee for it. Most places don t charge labor to install your battery.Services: Air conditioning, Battery

Bad customer service and professionalism, if you don't have a ride and want to wait in the lobby while your vehicle gets diagnosed "YOU CAN'T". Apparently you're only supposed to drop off your vehicle and leave.Accusing the customer of wasting other peoples hard earned money is unacceptable as well especially when the customer was going to pay their hard earned money for the repair and services.

Called to see if they could service my '72 Ford F250, and they stated they could. Had seal replaced and a new pan gasket. Had a leak from the pan on my C6 a few days later, and they're currently looking at the truck to let me know the outcome. I'll follow up after I get the truck back. Marco has been pleasant to deal with both times I've been there. The first time, the estimate and work performed were on point. Hopefully, the leak gets taken care of in a timely manner.***The leak was taken care of right away. The gasket on the pan did not get seated correctly. Thanks AAMCO

I had a transmission re built on my 1999 GMC suburban, which took 2 week to get parts and to complete I thought going to Aamco it would have be done right the first time . But after i pick it my truck up on the first day I took it to work and it leak all over the parking lot from the the transmission . I had to put 5 qt in order to drive it back I gave Dave the receipt for buy 5 qts but no re action . .AAMCO DOES NOT HAVE A TOW TRUCK i also I asked to get reimbursed for ,$30.00 they still have not said any thing . So then i took it back to the shop and they told me it needed a in line cooler. After having that done addition to the re built ,I took it to work and for 1 st time it leaked again at work all over the parking lot . And they told me for the 2 time that they had test drove . And it was complete so I'm back again because it is leaking again . After they installed the in line . Its still leaking from the same area . I thought being AAMCO the Tranmission Experts i would not have problemsService: Transmission

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!!!!! Called in yesterday morning was put on hold for 10mins before I was hung up on. Called again this morning, attempted to explain what was happening with my vehicle and was told that the person needed more information and was gonna call me back... Never got a callback so decided to call them again only for the person to try to tell me that he was under my vehicle (when my vehicle isn't even there and was calling about services needs). Got an attitude as I was trying to explain that that's not my vehicle and was hung up on..... IF ANYONE IS THINKING ABOUT GOING THERE FOR SERVICES, DON'T!STAY AWAY!!!

Took my truck there for a overheating issuse... I got the best customer service ever... I went to a different shop first and they told me a whole different story... J R. Was awesome.. I wish I met the techs that did the work.. but they found the issuse and got me back going again... The owner Mr. B .. made everything work with my budget... Hands down .. I will be back for my next set of work.... .. They were totally a one stop shop

do! not! go! here! my car has been in and out of this place for MONTHS with issues that i PAID for to still not be fixed. they definitely don t have a clue what they re doing here. they cannot even fix oil leaks. I ve spent almost 4k at this facility and I truly should of taken my money & car somewhere else. I spoke with numerous mechanics telling me they ripped me off price wise. I m not even sure if anything is fixed properly in this car. I had one oil leak that was a costly job but they advised me I d be okay for a few months and it wouldn t harm my vehicle. Nissan dealership did an inspection and labeled it a FIRE HAZARD. do not trust this place, period.

I had my transmission replaced by them and it was rough. It took six weeks. They said it was the supply line. I understand that. I had to reach out to them for every update. They did not call me until the transmission was fixed...... six weeks later. Truth, honesty, and transparency are important. One call would have been nice.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Hade a ford escape transmission replaced with a used transmission. I noted it was sluggish. I initially thought the transmission was slipping. But when I looked underneath the car. drive shaft was completely missing. Somehow aamco lost it.

David was my savior today . I had locked my keys in my car and almost broke down crying cause I live a hour and half away from His shop.He helped me very graciously and would not take compensation so I asked if I could give a hug a he accepted!!! Huge shout out to Charlie and his team! They not only answered the phone, took great care of us and fixed our truck well under the next closest bid, but they set a proper expectation of time. Everything is on backorder... they can help that, but they let us know what to expect so we could plan. After we were paid and gone we have a random unrelated issue that popped up and they took care of us again. Appreciate their honesty and willingness to go above and beyond. 4 weeks waiting for transmission repair. Part is still not there today as was promised. Not Suprised at this point ridiculous! Terrible communication- they do not seem to know what is going on in their own shop. Too bad we cannot drive the vehicle to a different place- the job is started but at a month later not satisfied at all. Curious to see how they plan to make it right with us.Service: Transmission

Came here based on the reviews and I was not let down at all. I had my brakes and struts done. Charlie was very professional and had great customer service. The dealership said we had to buy an entire new $7000 transmission with a 6 week wait. No other option. We just needed new cooling lines put in. This place has great communication and keeps you updated constantly. We got through this at AAMCO for about 1000 bucks.

The people were friendly and social. They, as far as I can see, did a good job with my car and charged me a pretty good price for the services I got done to my vehicle. On the other hand, there were bugs lining the front of the lobby, in the lights overhead and the smell of smoke was almost intoxicating. No surprise here, but my car also smelled strong like cigarettes. I'm not mad, but professionalism is just as important as being nice and social. Clean a little and stop smoking in people's cars would be a nice start.

Would love to give these guys 3 to 4, even 5, but this last experience is not as good. The biggest and the worst issue for me was communication. I dropped off a vehicle 4 weeks ago for a very simple repair for a transmission shop. Something I could do myself but considering the tooling, etc, they had and my past relationship with the owner I felt I could spend some money on these guys and the owner is local. Well, after 2 weeks no calls, I called and just simple question when will it be ready, parts needed, just a basic etic. Advised I was in no hurry, but please communicate. Got a firm. Yes, I will call you. No call after 2 days, again called, 3 different times. Long story short, every time I called, I got the response that they would call back the day of but did not. Again, I don't care, but please communicate. Nor receptionist, just one guy getting overwhelmed. Resulted in police incident while I was in office to pick up vehicle. Not me, but a seriously irrational customer from what I could tell horrible communication or really lack thereof. The customer was wrong in approach and could have resulted in serious harm due to a firearm being almost drawn and police being called. While the owner had every right to defend himself the company puts itself in peril with horrible communication. 99% of the customer's fault of going way over the top, but the business needs to help itself quickly or just say no if work is overwhelming. I feel this is a national issue with the service industry failing miserably due to parts distribution, lack of workers, on this country, shootings, assaults, people trying to get buy. We are becoming 3rd world. It's not guns, it's our fd up govt and society as a whole is getting destroyed. China already won.

These guys were great. Rebuilt the transmission in my H2 a few weeks ago. Went in today for my checkup. Decided to have my oil changed as well. They were 800 - $1000 under my normal repair shop so went to them for transmission. They were honest and seem trustworthy which is tough to find. Will be going to them for future repairs. Thanks to Don the manager for all his help!

I brought my car in for a check of my transmission, they told me it was burnt out and not worth fixing it would be 4500 otherwise. Well my car was still driving fine before I went there and now it is significantly worse and it smells like gas in the car which was NEVER an issue before, it s so loud too. Based on the last couple reviews seems they have been scamming people. Find some where else to go and check ratings.Service: Transmission

They are incompetent. I don't mean that as an insult, just a statement of fact. You would not continue to return to a doctor who could not properly diagnose your symptoms because they have proven themselves incompetent to practice medicine. Likewise, this "mechanic" is incompetent to work on cars. I needed my A/C fixed on a 2005 Mazda 3. Three visits and $1500 later, the A/C still does not work. It's not even the amount of money I paid, although it does seem excessive. It's the fact they can't solve the problem. I don't doubt that AAMCO replaced parts and put in labor, I'm not accusing them of fraud. They just replaced parts that weren't relevant to the problem and labored for nothing. In my estimation they know as much about cars as I do, which is nothing. Please, take my words seriously as a dispassionate customer offering you an honest review of the services I received: spend your hard earned money elsewhere at a mechanic that actually knows something about cars. Whatever this business does, they do not fix cars.(It is also interesting that you cannot find this business listed with the Better Business Bureau. I wonder why they choose not to participate?)

These guys are amazing! They truly care about their customers. They do exceptional work and know what they are doing. If you want someone to take care of your vehicles and treat you with honesty and respect they are the shop for you. I have not seen a mechanic shop like this in a long time, and as long as this shop is open I will not take my vehicles to another mechanic.
