I have been going here since Sep2023 and they are great. Their customer service is spectacular. I like having the texts sent to me with the updates of the service process and the detailed service report. My 2011 BMW recently had the manifold replaced, differential seal replaced and the motor mounts replaced. They pay attention to the details. Absolutely 100% satisfied and I highly recommend them.

Excellent service with fair pricing andpeople who genuinely care about their customers. Frank and Dee were exceptional, from the moment I walked in. They greeted me with a smile, offered me coffee, while I waited for my estimate, shuttled me back and forth that day and finally setting me up with an on site rental since my car was was going to have to stay longer due to parts. I definitely will be returning for future automotive needs and would recommend any day of the week.

My 1969 Ford Mustang left me stranded on the side of the road. I called in for help. Frank came out and diagnosed the problem. I had the car towed into him. He had the car back on the road the next day! It was an oil pressure switch.They did a great job, and I was more than pleased.Tim Luger

I had been searching for a local alternative to service from a dealer as not only the expense would be high but the wait time would be long. I also prefer to favor local businesses when possible.Service from Desert Car Care was immediate and thorough. The report of the work performed was very detailed and personal prior to and after the service.I m very pleased.

You can follow cars progress on your phone and what s really convenient is they have loaner cars. Can t go wrong taking your car to them.

I had my MB serviced at Desert Car Care of Cave Creek on Oct. 26, 2023. The new owner has renovated the previous location and not only are the times for service extended, but the ambience, customer service, full vehicle repairs, as well as plans for future updates to both the inside and outside patio areas. I was satisfied with the inspection and explanation of needed vs. recommended repairs. my car, a 2007 mercedes benz sl600, has nearly 90,000 miles but has been timely serviced and repaired whenever needed or recommended. various issues emerged after it had been on chargers over the summer, so i brought it to frank. david kept working on solving the various issues and now the car runs beautifully. they also serviced and repaired my now over 90,000 mile 2017 bmw x-5, for a fraction of what the dealership said they had to charge. i cannot recommend desert car care of cave creek high enough. they have a fabulous operation!

They inspecited my Jag XF and figured out the noise problem and given the cars high mileage decided a tune-up was also needed. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and both Frank and Dee were very friendly and awesome to work with. The noise repair was done quickly, but the tune-up took longer then the estimated time. The business maintained their high integrity, didn't rush the job, and only charged me based upon the estimate, all of which was greatly appreciated. Once I got the car back it was running perfectly and made no more strange noises. I would highly recommend Desert Car Care for anyone who has car problems or just wants routine maintain on their car!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning

I love this place! I was a reluctant customer of the previous operation located in this same space (Close by, but with only okay MB services) and WOW! Such a difference. I had some pretty major repairs completed recently, and they even brought the repairs in for $1,000 LESS than their estimate. When does that ever happen? Nice new parking lots, seriously improved customer waiting area and upgraded service bays. Desert Care Care is terrific. I had an immediate problem with my car and without an appointment, I drove to Desert Car Care, met Frank, and he agreed to look at my car to provide an initial diagnosis. Several other car shops declined to even look at my car. I was desperate since we were hundreds of miles from home. Frank and his team took the time to go over the repairs and answer my questions.They are true professionals and I highly recommend them.

I appreciate the awesome look of the shop and the professional I encountered. My truck had some things I was not even aware of and they called me to go over everything before fixing it. They also fixed it well before I even thought they could. Great experience
