Twice now this company has helped me. Once at midnight in the middle of picture rocks last year that actually required a towing and again a couple weeks ago when Cory was nice enough to help me with my battery and get me up and running when I thought I was gonna need a tow. His graciousness and kindness as I navigate a world on my own for the first time was a breath of fresh air in this Wild West state. Thank you Catalina towing and thank you Cory.

Huge shot out Rich and Cat Tow. We had a car accident outside our dental office this afternoon. Car went through gravel and radiator fluid everywhere. He got here, got car on truck. Then spent the remainder cleaning up site, pushed dirt back into area and placed something to absorb fluid. We have a lot of walkers who take their dogs through. He took the time to make sure it was taken care of and safe. Will definitely use this company in the future. Thank you Cat Tow and Rich

They have very very rude drivers. This jack monkey is blocking a one way road and tells me to get out of his way because I came up behind him. Mind you I didn't pull up right behind him he still had room to block the one way road and get his vehicle on the truck. I wouldn't have minded had he not started the conversation with telling me to move "I'm working here"It's a the only way out of this neighborhood and I don't need that kind of attitude just for trying to get down the road. Never use this unprofessional service.

I haven't met or even seen these folks, but I used them this weekend and the experience was great. They were recommended by Klipper's, so I called them to tow my Jeep from Omni after breaking down. They responded in minutes and towed the vehicle and billed them directly. Easiest tow I've ever had. Thank you, Catalina.

Nate saved me big time this morning when my dump truck ran out of fuel on the highway. He showed up within a few minutes and towed me to the gas station. He s the only person I d call for a tow.

Absolutely amazing, my van and large tow behind air compressor, were stuck on an extremely steep incline and the van didn't have enough power to get up the road and we were sliding down towards a cliff, not much room to get around us but Catalina towing did everything they could to pull us up the rest of the way so we could turn around. Great service, well maintained equipment, and extremely professional.

Excellent service. Fast response for an emergency tow on a Saturday. The gentleman that towed the vehicle deserves a raise. He was extremely professional and helpful with a great attitude. Large truck was towed from Oro Valley to central tucson with no problem at all at a fair price. They offer lockout service as well. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough good things about the owner. I got my truck buried to the frame rails. While on vacation, in their personal vehicles they pulled me out. After having conversation and such I can honestly say these are some of the best people you can call/rely-on. Hope you guys made it to Aurora, we tapped out once we got past the Nevada border. Thanks again.

Having your vehicle breakdown on the side of the road, over 50 miles from home is frustrating, to say the least. Catalina was called to pick up me and my vehicle and their driver Pete was efficient, courteous, and made it out to my vehicle location very quickly. He called on his way out to ask about the condition of my vehicle (drivetrain issues) and give me some pointers on how to keep the vehicle in neutral. On the ride to drop my vehicle at the dealership, he offered me bottles water and was friendly and very pleasant. He really helped make a frustrating situation much less stressful.

Ramses from Catalina Towing was excellent! I locked my keys in my car while with my 2 littles at the park, and Ramses came promptly and got us back into our car quickly. One of their trucks on the freeway had debris fly off their truck and my windshield cracked on the road. I emailed the company and never received anything back. Very dangerous.Response to owner: First of all if your truckers have everything tied down correctly, or nothing on the beds while driving, items wouldn t fall off of the semis. It definitely is something that could be prevented and IS HAZARDOUS for other people on the road. And I know it was this company because I actually did take pictures for proof. I actually sent an email to this company right after it happened and didn t get any response. So before trying to ask me to provide evidence, maybe try looking for something that s already been there. There s absolutely no need to be sarcastic about things. You re probably double or triple my age, so you can act like it. That s not a very professional thing for a business owner to do.

They need a receptionist BAD. I had no idea they were appointment only and I arrived at 10:30am to pickup my car. Everyone was out towing, I had to wait 3 hours and I was late for work. But I. The other hand the guy who finally came was very helpful and nice. So was Wilson.

Always use Caralina towing when my business vehicles r down. These guys r amazing great service all the time. I m always so thankful they can tow my equipment. My vans r huge and heavy and their equipment never has a problem with them. The main reason I chose Catalina Towing to help me out was because of the reviews I read. For that reason, I feel I need to leave my comment for others to make a decision. Amazing service. My car was stuck in a parking lot, so I called while I was at work and explained I needed it towed home. I gave them a time and they were there waiting as I pulled in the parking lot after work. Nate took my call and set it up, and Josh met us at the lot. They were both so nice and accommodating. I recommend these guys for anyone that needs assistance!! Thanks guys!!!!

I broke down while my husband was out of town, I called and they had someone dispatched immediately to me. The driver did a great job of taking care of my car and was so professional.We will only call Catalina Towing for any and all future breakdowns!!!Service: Car towing

Catalina Towing is the best towing service you can use in town and has the best price BY FAR compared to the other towing companies. If you want the short version of my review for Catalina Towing, they are simply phenomenal! If you want to know more, I'll go through the entire process because every step was perfect.I woke up on the morning of my birthday to find that I had gotten a flat tire on my 2016 Camaro the night before - lucky me! I called for roadside assistance through my insurance company even though I was concerned about going this route, presuming they'd contract the lowest cost provider with questionable credentials and a beat-up truck, but was delighted when the clean, shiny Catalina Towing flatbed pulled up. Justin arrived less than an hour after I contacted my insurance company and greeted me warmly. He began admiring my car as he set to work, which reassured me it was in good hands and he was going to do everything he could to take care of it.He got it loaded quickly and we headed to Discount Tire, chatting comfortably about life in Tucson and his plans to return to his home in Nevada. I acknowledged how nice the truck was and he told me that yes, the owner was a bit of a stickler for that and would even make comments when he looked inside one of his driver's trucks and could smell that they had eaten their lunch in the cab. That kind of attention to detail tells you he's running a company that cares about the customer experience, not just hooking up cars and dragging them around town! Kudos to you, sir.Once we arrived at Discount, Justin even went inside with me to respectfully ask where they would like the car dropped. He then proceeded to offload my car and slide it into a parking spot so deftly and precisely that I literally could not have parked it better myself using the back-up camera.My repairs were completed quickly and I was back on my way to enjoy the rest of my day. Unfortunately, I believe Justin has since returned home but if he's any representation of what Catalina Towing and their team of professionals is all about, you can't go wrong! Thanks Catalina - I didn't want a flat tire for my birthday, but this flawless experience gave me so much to be grateful for that day! - Kevin
