Yesterday I waited till 7:30 (they open at 7) and they still couldn't find their hand held scanner. None of the 4 employees could do anything with out it. How about change my oil then when you find it you can charge me, but start working!Now the next day it's 7:10 and I'm second in line at the door and no one is doing anything...I use to love them as they charge $19.99 for an oil change and don't try to screw you but if they can't get to work in the morning?!?!??

Customer Service is definitely a 1 Star. If I could rate a negative star I would. I called several times after being placed on hold and hung up on repeatedly. I finally just drive over there and I know why. The phone is being left off the hook. I had no choice considering they were the only ones open on a Sunday and with my size tire. Wait time was not long because I brought in my tire instead of the whole vehicle. Yes, fully understand if they are busy but to put someone on hold and then hang up and hold times were 23mins or more. I waited at 23 minutes and no one come back on to say hold.. I don t recommend this place.

Horrible, just stood there looking in my direction. Didn t come to the car like they usually do. I m assuming they didn t want to deal with another vehicle.

My car wouldn't start after they changed my oil. My 16-year-old son called me at work so I could talk to them but they just pushed his phone away and then my son was trying to show them why it wouldn't start and they grabbed him by his shirt and yanked him away from my car. They ended up jump starting it and I had to replace my battery. They also had my keys with the wrong paperwork. They also said they filled my windshield wiper fluid because I had made sure my son asked and they said they did but it came home still empty. I will definitely be going somewhere else for my oil changes from now on.

They took us in after getting a nail in our tire on the highway 5 minutes before closing. We hated to be *those* people, but we re so grateful for Daniel for taking us in and getting us on our way to our destination.

I love all the employees here. They are all knowledgeable professional efficient and deserve 10 Stars. Mark is awesome, Walmart should compensate employees with skills like this. We had to call 5 times to get an answer and when she decided to answer the lady had an attitude and made it clear that they close at 7. When we arrived Daniel was very attentive and quick to help us. He really saved the day for me and I appreciate him dearly. Very Thankful!

Went in for tire repair and the service person was very authentic they could not in good conscious fix it. But maybe another tire shop would. But 2 tires so bad it was a hazard out side of town. Recommended replacing all tires but they couldn't do for 6 weeks. Loved the integrity and authentic recommendations.

Prompt and courteous service, ordered my tires online, took about a week to arrive. Pulled up to auto center, took me right away and about 90 minutes later we were out of there. $15 charge each tire for balance, valve stem, install and discard

Our battery died and we got a jump and drove to Wal Mart where we had an exceptional customer service experience. We didn t want to turn our engine off before we knew we would be serviced. Helen made sure we got taken care of instead of waiting for two hours. She was very helpful. Brian checked the old battery and assured us we had a weak battery and proceeded to install a new one. He explained the warranty and was very nice. Both Helen and Brian are assets to your store. They were upbeat and thoughtful and did an outstanding job. Such a breath of fresh air from some employees at WalMart who act like they hate their job. I hope you will let them know how much they are appreciated.

Really bad customer service on the manager side.Had my mother in law take my car in for a serve before a trip. We went on a 700 mile round trip and when we got back notice a oil stain on my drive way. Looked under the vehicle and it was cover in oil. Check oil level and it was low. Took it in so they can look it over and they found that the oil pan has a cracked right on the drain plug. Keep in mind that this is a 2016 vehicle and they have been servicing it for the last two years. They said that the unit had an oil leak prior to them servicing it. When I told them to check their record's for the last two years. They didn't know what to say and came out wit all kind of excuses and management was berry rude. Now I have to fix their mistake

Took these guys over an hour just to tell me they havent even looked at my car. All i needed was a tire repair/replacement depending on how bad it is but 30 minutes later still waiting***update*** two in half hours and theyre still not even close to being done they told me 20 minutes after the first hour and there was only one guy ahead of me and no one ahead of him the guy before me said he also has been here for over two in half hours these dang workers have no sense of urgency or any sense of purpose just casually walking around moving like molasses this is straight irritating!!

I called to ask for a pricing for my tire sensors, the perd�n who answer said that she didn t have that information that I need to talk to one of the specialist but they were very busy at that time. She told me she was going to ask them, put me on hold for 10 minutes and then she return asking me how can I help you I reply I was still waiting for the pricing which she reply oh yes, let me see if I can speak to one of them and put me back in hold and after another 10 minutes of her not returning I ended the call. Bad experience for me

My husband has been using Walmart lube facility for a while give him a fair price they're quick and always let us know if there's something else going on with the car I don't know why all the low star reviews this place doesn't bother us best in townService: Oil changeService: Oil change

You do not want to know about my experience with real mart service center. Several years ago I had to replace my battery in my car. I wanted to replace it myself but they said they had to do it. I had a friend watching the so- called man who was doing the work. Turns out, he was the people-greater. He was trying to impress one of the women there. He crossed the battery cables to where He put positive to neg. And visa-a-versa. He blow up my new battery- my alt. and a few other things. I went to talk to them. The denied wrong doing. I wrote to the Corp. office. Have you ever tried to deal with a big-box store??? I ended up selling my car because I could not get all the little things repaired. So.. My answer is....I WOULD NEVER IN CLEAR CONSCIENCE RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. MY TSTING IS ZERO...OR EVEN LOWER.

Waited over 4 hours to get a battery replaced. Tech who was working on my SUV went to lunch and let me waiting unnecessarily. Terrible customer service.

Walmart is so packed. Need cleaner restrooms. They make a lot of money. I guess not enough to keep bathrooms under control. Everytime l come its super super super disgusting. I hold my breath and close my eyes. I am dreaming. I always go too am pm to use restroom. Walmart needs to step up. They want our money. ..but dirty

Good oil service. Just go 40 min. before they close & they will get you out fast. Otherwise, wait is usually 3-4 hours

Stay away from the Auto center. Spent 5 hr's waiting. Took 45 mins to change my oil. Just oil, no vacuum, no washing windshield, no fluid checked, didn't even check it filter. Then 4 tires changed. That took hour and 45 mins. Grand total 5 hr's. What a waste, never, never, never will I go back!

We hit a curb and caught a flat tire on the way to a party in Vail. It happened on Black Friday, Walmart was the only place open. But the service was quick and courteous. Brought my stress level down quite a bit.

They are awesome the TLE staff are helpful and very well at communicating I came in today A SUNDAY of all days they were booked for the day thanks to Brett I was able to get in an appointment for all four tires to get done man he was a lifesaver today I highly recommend you come to CG Walmart s TLEService: TiresService: Tires

Waited in the auto service line for 1/2hr as the only car in line, told repeatedly to wait for a service writer to come to my car. The writer came back from lunch only to give me attitude for waiting in line. I left, can't trust them with an oil change. My fault for going to the lowest level of auto servicer.

I'm extremely disappointed in this TLE. We have a tire under warranty that has gone flat multiple times in the last week. The manager told my husband that he thought "someone was messing with (us)", insinuating that we were being pranked, because they couldn't find anything wrong with it. Mind you, we live on 2 acres, with only one set of neighbors, and they are an elderly retired couple. No, I don't think someone is filming us for Punk'd. I think we probably have a nail or some other road hazard stuck in our tire, and they just don't want to bother with taking the wheel off the rim to inspect it. The biggest rub is that my husband is an employee, and they still treated us like crap. Props to Walmart for driving their own employees away.

Very helpful. Didn't take them long to check my battery and confirm it was bad, and their batteries are (unsurprisingly) cheaper than most other places. Very helpful.

So i just had to wait over an hour to have them change out my bad tire gor my spare because after they vhecked me in everyone decided to go to lunch all at once. So over an hour wait for a $5 job.... While my kids are screaming impatiently i really appreciate it

Took two trailer rims in to mount new tires on that the store had in stock. The employees that came out said i couldnt get tires without an appointment. You lost a customer Wal-Mart.

Tire installation and balancing perfectly fine Good service, a little bit waiting time because the quantity of jobs they have, but it is understandable
