I was sent to Toby's after Firestone wouldn't put my car on their lift. Claiming my car had been lifted to many times, and they were worried it might fall off. Really!! My ABS light kept coming on. Anyway,, Verner checked it out, and all it needed was brake fluid. Firestone was to stupid to check that. Great service, with a smile.

Had some work done on truck...since got back I'm 7500 in repairs and just messed up again!!!! Can't get into details online but not good communication or workmanship...not something I wanna discuss on a open platform Toby has my information you can request from him....2021 ram 2500

I had a code come on and come off for a sensor. I bought the sensor ( it was the wrong sensor sold to me) we picked up the correct sensor. Still didn't solve my issue so Verner personally checked the code when I returned. Hopefully my car can get fixed when I go back. Verner is very very nice, knowledgeable, and the customer care is great. I will update later to tell my story, but the shop so far is outstanding. The world needs more businesses like this with personal attention, in a time where that is very hard to come by.

Toby and his wife are absolutely fantastic people to work with! Very fast, efficient, and wonderful people.To summarize my experience, my alternator went out while traveling through Casa Grande resulting in my vehicle being towed. Toby's wife told me on the phone they could have me fixed up in a few hours and they not only stayed true to their word but also provided us with a ride to get food while waiting. Although I was expecting to replace the battery as well, Toby checked the battery and informed me it was not necessary to replace it right now. Surely enough, he was right and saved me hundreds which other shops would have easily up-charged me for. I believe this speaks to his character and honesty in his work and what he does. I would highly recommend them to anyone!Service: Electrical

My car ended up being a nightmare for their team by not only needing a full engine replacement but issues with the vendor supplying the engine. Not only did they cover what the vendor failed to supply properly but they gave me a discount for the extra length of time it would take to fix the problem that the vendor made for them.AND they put a new tire on because one was leaking while they were working on it at no additional cost. I couldn't be happier with this family run business. They work hard for their family and customers. All shops should run like this. Enid is great at customer service and Toby is a great mechanic who really knows his stuff.

Vehicle was disabled in driveway. Verner came by (first time) read the error codes found out it was my fuel pump leaning ( not getting enough fuel). Went to auto shop they found the fuel pump for my 2007 hyundai entourage and had done within the day. wife is the manager my daughter I referred her she had insurance to pay for service the car was supposed to b repaired took it back multiple times I paid for what insurance didn't pay she return the car the wife charge her fee for multiple diagnostic the shop was very reputable at one point his is wife i called her out she return the last payment for diagnostic she hang phone up I called her scandalous I told my daughter to turn her into BBB it sad the way she handle business transaction the car shouldnt been returned multiple times if so why continue charge if they don't work on BMW b truthful I was proud to see Toby excelling I knew him Maricopa wish them the best don't take advantage of customers

I have had my car serviced twice in the past and they did an amazing job. I was satisfied all a way around. And they are honest.
