This was my third visit, and their consistent service impresses me every time. I really appreciate how they always seek my approval before adding any extras and take the time to show me the oil level is full, ensuring transparency and trust. The complimentary water bottles are a nice touch, adding to the comfortable and customer-focused experience. Moreover, it s clear from their attitudes that the employees enjoy their work, making the whole atmosphere more welcoming. Highly recommend!

The staff were totally friendly and polite and started with a bottle of water for me. They kept me informed of what they were doing with my car. I was pleased with the service I got from them. They worked quickly and I was out of there fast. I will go back when it's time for a new oil change.

i wish i could give more. but i cant. and i wont. the people were extremely nice. i went for an oil change. the service was fast and everything. i was very happy until today. i drove an hour away. got to my exit stop light when my car filled up with a horrible smell. i rolled the windows down because it got so bad. i even turned the air off and there was hot air still coming out with the whole system off. and when i was driving to my destination my car was making a horrible, fast, ticking noise it got me to my destination until literally the last second, my car just completely stopped. i couldn t accelerate. my battery check light came on, my check engine light turned on and my oil level light came on. i pulled into the parking spot and popped my hood. the dip stick and cap were still on. but when i looked under my car a HUGE pile of oil was on street. i couldn t get under my car because my car is so low on the ground. luckily my car decided to break down right by a brake masters. they came over and checked it out for me. they pushed my car into their shop and put it in the air, my drain plug was completely gone. they were very nice and did it for me no questions asked. the entire bottom of my car was covered in oil. i used to go to oil depot for oil changes and for some odd reason i changed it up. this was only my 3rd time there. and i will not be returning. and i will be going back to oil depot. i m very thankful this didn t happen on the freeway. but it was still very dangerous. as i was driving for an hour and had no clue. all i m gonna say is, if you re working in a place that specifically works on cars and is supposed to be helping people with their cars you should be doing your job right. and making sure everything is on right and tight. also lucky nothing else happened to my car. now i m not saying nobody should go there and that it s going to happen to the next person. just a series of unfortunate events. but still very upset about this.

Very fast service! I went right after work around 5. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. They took their time but they were still done within 20 mins. I am definitely returning and recommend them for keeping up to date on my vehicle maintenance.

I've been going here ever since it opened, and the team is amazing. They really care about giving good and personal service. They even installed an air filter I bought from somewhere else for free. One of the last places left who actually seem to care. Thanks to Pete and the rest of the team!

Never had an issue being a female at this establishment. The workers are very kind and welcoming. I've been there twice and it's always been under 30 min, even if I'm waiting behind someone. Biggest pro about this place was I wasn't bombarded to get other things done or got told my engine was going to fail if I didn't replace something. They even topped off my motor oil for free when they noticed it a little low. 10/10 recommend

Drive up and stay in your car. You are greeted with a bottle of water for each passenger in the car. Drive into your bay and the very professional team takes over. I went for an oil change and was done in 15 minutes with tire pressure checked and all fluid levels as well. I couldn t have imagined or expected a better experience. I completely recommend this establishment

Really enjoyed the service here. You saw everything they did to your car. They take off the air filter in front of you and let you decide if you need a new one or not. You stay in the car the whole time, and we were in and out in no time. Very nice guys and they had a great system all working together to get everything done in a very timely manner. We will definitely be using them again. They even double check everything they do. We were impressed.

This was my first time using this company. I was so pleasantly surprised with how nice, friendly and knowledgeable the mechanics are. Quick, friendly, informative, guys all seemed like they knew what they were doing. Issac was very upfront about price and service needs. All around good experience. And i double checked my fluid levels and filter tightness just because you never know. All was good. Thanks guys great job!!

It was GREAT customer service! I was greeted with a smile and a bottle of water! They were super friendly, glad to be at work and showed me my oil and after we were done they wished me a Blessed day!!!!!! And they were super fast!!!!! I highly recommend them!

Customer Service is top notch. Checked through the car, checked tire pressure, showed us the dirty air cleaner and replaced, in and out in 10 Minutes. Will definitely return there

What a great experience! Before heading back to Canada after our winter in Arizona we needed an oil change for my truck. Nicole and her crew in bay 1 were friendly and efficient. The bottled water was a nice touch. Nicole was very professional and polite. She answered all of our questions and carefully explained the steps in the oil change.Highly recommend Take 5 in Casa Grande.

Paying almost $100 for an oil change you figured they would of told me about the transmission leak I called in to see why I wasn t notified all the guy could tell me was ya we just leave notes on there didn t exactly explain why I wasn t notified. Also noticed oil leaking and my oil light on definitely won t be going back.

Loved my experiences here. I have bee. here twice and each time recieved exceptional quality. Zack Casey and David changed the oil this visit and they went above and beyond my expectations for customer service they were extremely accommodating and they were quick. They offered my kids fruit snacks which no car place has ever done and I thought that was the coolest nicest thing in the world. This team deserves good acknowledgement for their hard work. Thanks guys!

This place is amazing! You sit in your car while they work on it. First thing they did when I pulled in was hand me a cold bottle of water. They work as a well oiled machine and they are fast and it's fun to watch! They are also very affordable and personable! Awesome crew! Every last one. I will never go anywhere else! Highly recommended experience!

Service was great. Employees very friendly. Only thought price was high for my little car since it only take three quarts of oil and your prices are based on five quarts. Makes me feel like I am taken advantage of. Not a good feeling. I think that your prices need adjusted.

I ve already left one review on one account, but I had to log into another account just to leave another review. Ethan and Neil are superb. This is the best take five out of all three I ve ever been to and that includes New Orleans and one out in Tempe or Chandler, this one is for superior than any other one I ve ever been to quite frankly the best change place I ve ever been to. It s worth the price even though it cost more.

Very prompt and attentive on my phone call and service! Plus i got a coupon via text and a free water. I was in and out with no hassle. Got my tires checked and they even showed me several times my fluid level. Amazing team work. Definitely recommend and especially the manager coming over to check on my service plus I got a "have a blessed day" on my way out.

The only place I will get my oil changed! The staff is always friendly and they show you the oil status all the way through! You never have to worry about a forgotten oil plug being NOT replaced (which has happen at jiffy lube!) take 5 is hands down the best casa grande has! Thanks staff and management for always taking great care of my vehicles

Best oil change shop out there, they are well knowledgeable about any car and do an excellent job and treating your family like there s. They will suggest accurate issues and offer free top off to customers. Anyone looking for oil changes or filters and etc ask for Isaac he is one of the best.

First time experience. Everything was great. Manager Alex was very knowledgeable to the specific needs of my vehicle model particularly. Impressive. I'd throw out reminders/concerns and he was already aware of what was needed precisely. Friendly and professional. The staff was great too. I'll be back.

I went to Take 5 oil change yesterday for the first time. What a pleasant experience. The Staff were very knowledgeable, experienced and so friendly and kind. They explained everything they were doing and what the cost was. No hidden costs or fees. I will certainly be back. Oh , and they will send me an email to remind me when I need another oil change plus coupons. Win-Win situation.

I am very happy with the service I was given. Their safety checks made me realize my regular oil location failed to inform me that I needed and engine cooling replacement. I have been stressing for some time thinking it was my freon for why the a/c wouldn't work but it was simply the engine coolant. Also great place to go if you need a quick oil change before a road trip.

I ve been exclusively getting oil changes through the dealership, and that won t happen anymore. I was extremely empressed by how friendly, efficient, and decently priced this location was. The techs were very personable, and didn t try to oversell items we didn t need. I would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be returning in 3000 miles.

Unbelievable service! We felt so pampered, being offered snacks and water while we wait. Everyone was super friendly and professional. They even knew how to reset the oil change indicator when they were done. Can t wait to tell everyone I know that Take 5 is definitely the place to go!
