I love going here early mornings to nap when I have time between my work schedule and I always see durrel here and he's amazing he checked on me when I was asleep the first time now he knows me lol he's so polite and beautiful smile that's makes u smile back!!!! Keep up the great work

Every time we go, Durrell is pleasant and courteous! He s one of the main reasons we go to this specific location, but their services are great! The vacuums, towels and freebies always keep our car smelling fresh and looking clean. Well worth the monthly payment since we wash our car often.

I had such a great experience with Savannah ! She was very helpful & professional ! She tended to my needs for help and also warned me about something having to do with my car that was concerning ! She s such a great employee ! I always look forward to seeing her when I go !

So glad this car wash is open. It s the best in the city. Amazing staff with everything you need to get your car cleaned. I especially appreciate the air hose to fill up your tires.

10/10 experience at this location I went to today ! Daniel the assistant manager was so helpful with any questions I had. great customer service , the vacuum areas was clean and stocked couldn t have had a better experience and thank you Daniel for being helpful and polite

10/10 car wash with amazing service and awesome people. As someone with social anxiety, I was thankful that they had a girl working there that was patient with me and helped me set up my membership. Thank you and keep up the good work <3

I love coming to this particular express car wash, every time I drive up, it s always clean looking, and the attendants are well groomed, and presentable with a friendly smile and attitude. He explains the different washes, and membership in full detail, thank you Oscar for your tremendous service. The tunnel associate, which I found out to be the GM, Durrell, who was very pleasant with a nice smile, greeted me professionally, and sent me off with a, thank you for choosing Superstar car wash and our services and hope to see you again soon, very polite gentleman. The lot was well kept, had plenty of towels, and window spray, loved the 90 s music while vacuuming out my car. Oh and the restroom was very clean, well kept, and smelled pleasant. Great all around experience! My go to express car wash. Keep up the excellent work and services.

As I ve grown older I ve realized the importance of customer service as it relates to choosing and maintaining an establishment. Joseph is a stand-up guy and tries to develop a sense of community with customers at this location. My preferred car wash

This location is very clean and time efficient! The employee Savannah that assisted me and my husband was very helpful and polite! We are very satisfied with our wash and will definitely be coming back!

Just canceled my membership. I use/used the newer Florence Blvd location the most. The wash is just fair. I've noticed far too much water spotting to believe their deionization process is working or at least not working well. I have a 1/2-ton pickup. Whoever designed the Florence location needs to go back to engineering school. The lane is too narrow and the turn radius to enter the wash is absurd. It's hard not to curb your tires. Just look at how black the curbs are from all the tire rub. And then you simply cannot turn into the wash entrance without backing up first. It's a horrible design. Ridiculous. The Trekell location is a bit better but still too tight and poorly designed.

Great car wash! They have towels to dry your car after the wash and bottles of glass cleaner and you can even put air in your tires. The customer service was amazing will definitely go back!!Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuumingServices: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Always a pleasure going in here when General Manager Durrell is working don t know what I ll do when that guy leaves best Carwash in all off casa grande ! -can t say the same about the other crew member but this guy always keeps me happy

I like super car wash because they provide towels and great free vacuums. I travel, so one time I showed the manager the bugs on my front bumper. He said go through a second time at no charge.

This location is always stocked with everything I need for a sleek clean!! Darrell is so friendly and helpful!! I bring my car almost 3x a week. Take advantage of the unlimited plan!!

When I first went to Super Star, Stormy explained to me each plan very well and answered every question I had and she talked me into the Super Protect plan (which I love!). I get my Jeep washed at least twice awake and everytime I'm there Stormy treats me like I'm family.

Great car wash it s always clean and neat here.. when I first pull into the entrance Oscar is there and he always greats me with a smile the assistant manager I think he said his name was Daniel he always has a smile on his face and even goes out to the vacuum area making sure everyone is satisfied with there washes and has even asked me if there was anything he can do to improve
