First off, let's start with my driver Frank! That dude is the bomb! He went above and beyond his call of duty for me this morning! Not only was he early, unlike AAA ever is, he made sure that my truck was properly locked down and secured OVERLY!!!. He also gave me a ride home, which he didn't have to do, but out of the goodness of his heart he did it anyway! This dude is great! Star towing, give my man Frank a raise! AND.... Me and this dude were the same age, and he looked like he could be one of my kids! I was a little pissed and jealous about that but I'll get over it lol... All and all, great service all the way around! Well done Star towing, Make sure you take care of Frank. He's a keeper!

Star towin is in my book for dependable and reliable service!!! Was broke down and when they got the call to come and help they were there fast!!! The driver Frank is a very respectful man and is a hard worker!!! If you want service with a smile and fisrt class service call Star Towing!!!! Ask for Frank he'll get the job done!!! Hallelujah

Michael Allen is the nicest tow truck driver I've ever met. It wasn't a simple tow, but he made it work and got me where it needed to go. This towing company is fabulous. My car broke down on I-10 half way between Phoenix and Casa Grande. I was on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere, and AAA didn't notify the towing company until an hour after I called (an issue with AAA, not the tow company). The driver arrived, was professional, friendly and helpful. He noticed the possible problem with the car, loaded it up and drove it back to my repair shop in Tempe. He suggested I call my car insurance company, as AAA only paid for 5 miles of the tow, and the bill was $272. He emailed me an invoice which had the VIN on it (important for the insurance company). I called my agent and American Family is paying for the tow! I wouldn't have thought of claiming it if the tow company driver hadn't told me to try. A great driver, company and service!

Two weeks ago on a Saturday I needed a black Ford Mustang picked up at a restaurant and take it home because of a transmission issue. Robert from Star Towing came out and changed our tire after an accident in Casa Grande. Robert did a great job and is such a nice guy, we were totally impressed buy the service, quick time and customer service experience. Through AAA, we were connected with Star Towing when we ran out of gas in our RV, after the fuel gauge quit working. The Dispatcher and Robert (Tow truck operator) first made sure we were safe, and upon Robert s arrival, he was friendly, helpful and then checked on us to ensure we made it to the truck stop, where he was helping another RV client with a flat tire. He went above and beyond and we sincerely appreciated his upbeat personality and his assistance. We highly recommend Star Towing!!

Robert S/ Billy Bob rescued me after I fried my car on Interstate 8. I had a long distance tow to Tucson from Casa Grande. Robert is high energy and wastes no time, he had my car loaded and we were rolling only a little bit slower than nanoseconds! He made the trip super enjoyable and fast to my destination. I have another nickname for him, Mr Personality! You will be pleased if you request this Five-Star driver and Company.

I called AAA as my car would not start. Robert was very pleasant and professional. Had my car started and running within an hour of placing the order for service. Thinking my car s battery was only a little over a year old he check and responded with 3 years. No pressure to purchase a new one. Great service!!

I couldn't say enough good things about Star Towing. I tried to use the recommended company my insurance provided and it was over 2hours before they would let me know when they were coming. And the fee was going to be more than double to take my car about a mile and a half up the road.Customer service is great and the driver was also very helpful. I wasn't in the best of moods being stuck by the freeway and really appreciated their kindness. I did have a wait and the woman who answered the phone was upfront and apologized so appreciated her honesty. I would recommend Star towing to anyone in a bind.Service: Car towing

Our Jeep broke down in Tucson and needed to get to Peoria (196mi). I have a premium AAA membership that covers a tow for up to 200mi. Every AAA tow truck company in Tucson wouldn t pick it up because they didn t want to leave Tucson. I called Star and they sent a truck out right away knowing it was almost 400mi round trip for them. The driver was nice, professional, and did a great job loading it on the truck. I would 110% use them again!Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling

I called them to ask about something extremely simple, how much does it cost to get my car jumped cause my battery was dead, it was late and I didn't have anyone available to help me until morning. I ask this simple question and he says "lemme look" or something and puts me on hold, and just never picked it up, wonderful elevator jazz until the call disconnected. Other places said $60 to do it, why would you pass up $60 for basically nothing effort wise? I sure as hell wouldn't.

Got a flat on my way to work between Casa Grande and Phoenix this morning around 7:00am. Called a relative to pick me up and take me to work and to purchase a spare tire, which I was going to change out on my way home from work. Long story short, when I get back to the area that my car was left, it was gone. Turns out that the tow truck driver for this company called it in to DPS as an "abandoned vehicle" and lied that he drove by at 5am and "saw" it abandoned on the I-10, which was B.S. Looks like this company has some shady employees and business ethics if they're going around town "seeing/finding" abandoned vehicles to make a quick $233.45 to tow "abandoned" vehicles as they call it. Shame on you!

First time having to call a Tow Trucking company and the service all round was a breeze from customer service to the Dispatcher (Rob) himself. My car had different plans than I did this thanksgiving season and I was an hour from home. They helped me get myself and my car home. And had good conversations and laughs that made that hour drive home fly by 10/10 would use again.Service: Car towing

The driver was rude and seemed to not like the fact i had to ride along in his truck with him.. but he arrived very quickly within 20mns I was surprised bc they usually take 20mins up to 4 hours LONGER than the *one hour* AAA tells you they might take to arrive. . But I GUESS if you're inside casa grande city limits they are fast and efficient. (But hey I can handle some rude bs as long as you're that fast! ) so yeah for that I say 3 stars!

Dispatcher that answered the phone was probably the rudest person Ive ever encountered. Couldn't believe a business would employ someone that could treat customers like that. I took my business to Knights towing as they were so friendly unlike Star Towing.

I can't recommend this company enough! I needed a tow from Riggs road in PHX to Tucson and sat in my car for over 18 hrs waiting for a tow. No tow company in PHX would take the job. Their dispatcher even called and showed empathy towards my situation after her company was finally offered the tow job by AAA. They communicated and were extremely professional. Tow truck driver was a safe driving and also very nice. Honestly one of the best towing experiences you could hope for. Thank you again!

Robert from Star Towing in Casa Grande towed my Nisson Pathfinder to a repair shop in Oro Valley. He was very friendly and enjoyable to get to know. He showed up to help us very quickly and professionally.

These guys are awesome!! I got my semi stuck in some sand at the corner of Lawrence and Thornton and robert B came out to rescue me. He was a very professional tow driver who tried to pull me but had to go get a larger truck. I suggested any size as I was barely stuck so not their fault. He came back very quick and got me taken care of. From start to finish was maybe an hr. I called around and was surprised to find that other companies here try to rip you off, but these guys were very fair. I will recommend them 10 fold. Great job star! Thank you...

Dispatcher or whomever answered the phone was unprofessional, rude, and short.It may be a great company, I don't know about the services offered because I was hung up on when I asked a question the person either couldn't or wouldn't answer.Their competitor got my service instead.

My insurance reached out too the and gotten confirmation on a tow waited 2 hours call them to verify and a very rude person name Tamara has major issues when supposed to send a driver and when my insurance called them she wouldn t send a tow truck due I was rude and what she need to know one monkey don t stop no show. I will be informing everyone I know never to used their services for any reason and will be reaching out to the corporate office to file a full complaint.

My autistic son's car was towed on June 5, 2022. On June 10 I was finally able to learn where the car was. The cost was $315. I was denied the car with a legal power of attorney and his registration because they require it to come from the jail. My son was unable to communicate that he needed a new POA so I could get his car. Finally on 6/21/22, I realized I could go to MVD/DMV with his POA and change his registration and title to my name. Cost was $36 and we lose old registration paid. I was given the car at $675. We as American Citizens allow people at such establishments too much power over our vehicles. First they could have accepted the legal POA. Second they could have suggested I go to DMV. They are overpricing labor and storage of vehicles. The windows should have been cracked open while the car sat in the Arizona sun. I would avoid this place when possible.

So let's just say that through some very poor choices I found myself stuck in a very bad situation with my vehicle. Someone recommended Star Towing to me and I am still thanking God above that he did!! From Roseanne in the office to James and Alvin who came out to help this company treated me very well. They were prompt and courteous, and they took the time necessary to figure out the best , safest way to get my vehicle back on the road. The fee was reasonable and I will use and recommend this company.
