Best customer service by far! Raquel was such a great help from day one. She helped us with figuring the dimensions, date of installation, and framing. All this is standard, but she worked with us several times and didn't seem bothered at all. They were very accommodating with scheduling that was within a week and we were able to get additional mirror placement for a small fee.On install day, Jim and another service guy, unfortunately we missed his name (daughter's birthday is today 01/18/2023), they were on time and very professional. It was impressive to watch them work and they left no mess. Jim was so meticulous with his measurements and had great suggestions for the other mirror we needed hanging.If I could give any suggestions, go to them and you will not be disappointed!

Sommer's Glass has been a huge help! They are awesome, never fail to take care of my needs! Chris the owner always makes it happen somehow, whatever it is i'm needing. This is my third time doing business with them and they sure have not disappointed. I can see why they're still in business after 65 years! Shame on those that have made bad reviews, i don't see how that is possible. I guess some people are just snotty and feel as if they're the only person on earth. Overall this is a great company for all glass needs residential or auto.

What was supposed to be a quick and simple window installation became a day-ruiner thanks to oversight by a faulty dispatcher and quite the rude owner. People have lives, schedules, and obligations, and when a technician arrives 2 hours later than they were expected due to a dispatching mishap, these failures ripple into the lives of others. Perhaps consistent accounting of work orders and an owner that actually lets people speak on the phone would warrant a proper experience.

I have a chip in my RV windshield and need a repair. I ve called three times and have been promised a call back three times. I ve not received that call back. If the company does not want to do this job, tell me. I need to find someone to fix my windshield. I won t call them a fourth time.

Awesome people. I called to have a couple of windows replaced and had an appointment within a few days. The salesman was on time, courteous and very professional. A quote was given to me that day which was accepted and within 2 days the windows were done and being installed. Great company to work with. On time, efficient and actually do what they say they are going to do! Love it!

We had sun screens put in by sommers glass. Francisco came out and took the measurements and we had sun screens in a couple weeks. Francisco is the man! He built them and installed them. I would recommend this business and I would ask for Francisco, he a hustler! And the screens look beautiful.

Excellent customer service and very reasonable prices. Our window got broken a few days ago and the manager himself came out so they could squeeze us in between appointments. In about 15 minutes we had a new pane installed and the sun screen put back up. I highly recommend Sommers Glass

Stopped in on Monday morning cause my rear view mirror fell off on my way to work. The very nice and pleasant girl in the office said they could fix it right now. Wow the installer had me in and out within 15 minutes . Great customer service was 10 stars all the way. Thanks guys

I called and got a quote. I was scheduled an appointment for 3 days later. I showed up to my appointment and my window was fixed within 45 minutes. Everything was done so fast!! I really appreciate the work!

Can't beat the services of these older mom and pop shops! Overall was in and out complete sliding window glass replacement in one day, today ha!! The young gentleman helped my daughter and I unload and load in my truck. Just had surgery on my foot, and was unable to help. Very good quality work at a decent price!! Highly recommend these guys!!

Friendly family run business. Did a good job cutting glass for me and quickly even though they were busy. I ended up here because Ace had no glass and the machine at Lowes was broken. From now on I'll just go to Sommers. Great family business.

Amazing and super friendly staff. The tech kept informing me about what he was doing with the rock chips in my windshield and the office staff were always pleasant on the phone. Will definitely come back for any future needs!

Jim and helper came to my house and replaced my master bath shower glass enclosure, frame and door. I am very happy with the quality of work, materials, swiftness the job was done and very manageable cost. I really value Sommers Glass and Mirrors and have already written a post on the community page recommending the company to all of my neighbors. So happy with results..

Appears to be quality work at a reasonable price, but poor phone communication between installer and customer. I now have black caulk bubbling out around a recently replaced window in a motor coach. Two phone calls with messages taken, but no call back to me in 7 days.

Go somewhere else..there trying to charge me 250 dollars more for a 40 dollar part on amazon that they broke wasn't broke..

We had problems with a center bay window that needed some maintenance. The slide portion was loose in the frame, daylight was showing thru, the plastic interior trim was brittle, cracking and falling off. The tech came over early calling ahead, and worked on the window, but had the misfortunate of breaking the window just as he was finishing up. Within two days he was back with a new window and finished the project. We are pleased with the work, and had some concerns with the bad luck on the job what the price might be? We were treated VERY FAIRLY with a price that was just little less the original quote. This is our second experience using Sommers and they will continue to be OUR WINDOW COMPANY.Roger & Janet ECasa Grande, AZ

I had broken a window to my vehicle and a friend highly recommended this place. Company did not disappoint. Same day service, expeditious work, price for work is way cheap compared to thier competitors and excellent friendly staff. Can't say enough good things about this business!

Got a windshield replaced from them thought everything was good until I went to go get tint put on and the guy told me that they didn't put the sealer around the windshield back in

Excellent windshield repair work! I considered replacing a windshield but these guys did such a great job I will wait for a few more battle wounds before I change it out. Great service and great local business in Casa Grande.

Have tried many times to get someone to come to my house and give me an estimate for work that I needed done and they didn't come by. I guess they were just to busy to take on more work.

Had them replace a windshield twice, and each time it's quick and professional. Marilyn is a bit chatty but a real sweetie! I've also had them do site work for glass windows on housing, without any difficulty. Good company, great representation for Casa Grande!

Sommers Glass designed and installed screening for our car port at Palm Creek. They did an excellent job, beautifully done and very professional. They even painted the screws and hardware to match the aluminum. Jim and his crew are great guys! Posted by Whitnell/Charville

Had to get my car window and regulator replaced. They did it super fast and at a very reasonable price. Also, their customer service over the phone and in person was just amazing. I highly recommend their services. Thank you guys.

Wonderful experience. They quoted me a price ordered the windshield and found out later that they should have ordered a more expensive one. They stuck with the original quoted price, without hesitation. Most businesses would request additional money.

Best glass shop in casa grande! Great customer service definitely recommend over safelite, Coolidge glass, and jewells glass. Sommers will get you right if you need auto glass, residential glass, shower glass/enclosures, and screens.

If I could leave 10 stars, I would!! Sommers Glass went out of their way, above and beyond, taking care of a broken window after a break in -- on the holiday weekend!!! Thank you Francisco and Chris for the EXCELLENT customer service!!! Not to mention, you saved us two weeks and hundreds of dollars compared to the other estimate we got. THANK YOU!!!!
