Fantastic service center! Rich changed my bad wheel bearing on my 2004 Porsche Boxster S. He even went out of his way to drive to the Porsche dealership to get the part for me. Extremely friendly guy and a very affordable price! Thanks Rich!

poor service..3x for the same issue..and all it was reset the computer..I've have paid two new battery and alternator this year plus towing to his shop 2x and now $495 in towing from phoenix this weekend..i have been out pocket for $1800. all together..so there is no way i will go to them..

Very rude and unprofessional on the phone when I asked about a price he said 150.00 for a diagnostic then I asked if that would go toward the price to get it fixed he said MAYBE! What does maybe mean I said he said maybe it does and maybe it doesn't. Very rude to me on the phone for no reason.

Rich and his mechanic did a great job. He was honest and didn't try to over charge me for replacing the clips that fell off for the cover under the front end of my Suv.

Water pump replacement, and timing belt replaced. Check engine light came on afterwards. The reason was difficult to find, but Rich didn't tap out. My vehicle is running fine now. Some repairs are not as easy or straight forward. This guy backed up his guarantee.

Brought in my wife's Charger for diagnosis and repair after multiple issues with the Check Engine light coming on. We had taken it to our old mechanic in Tempe and they had it for 2 days and couldn't find anything wrong with it. After if broke down again in Yuma, I was prepared to leave it for a few days but Rich had called me up after a few hours and already had the issue identified. What really impressed me was the transparency and communication by Rich. Not only was the vehicle repaired and ready to go the same day, the total bill was lower than the original estimate. My wife is happy to have her car back and I'm happy that we have found a new honest shop that we'll be taking our vehicles to from now on!

Made the appt for front end noise. Took me in within 10 minutes of arrival, diagnosed and ordered parts, arrived in another 10 minutes, and the install took a little over an hour. I am pleased with the timeliness and the price.. Very fair.Yes I'd go back to Rich again

Boy did I get great service, I've always worked on my own cars but as I'm getting older I needed to find a good honest repair shop. I didn't realize I would find a great one. I use my car a lot driving to Phoenix to work. Talk about one day service I impressed. If you need a great shop for your automobile this is the place. It's great!!!

We have a 2015 Nissan Sentra! We were stuck in a jam from traveling from Mexico to San Diego!! He didn t hesitate on helping us! Told us to come right away. He was so helpful and got us back in the road the next day!! Thank you for you help rich!! GREATLLY APPRECIATE YOU!! can t thank you enough!! He s a great guy. Helpful! Down to earth and doesn t break the bank. Very honest!!! Straight forward!! Thanks again!!

My girlfriend turned me on to this location. I had a "check engine" light come on. Tried another location, they spoke "Greek" to me...not understand problems...If any. Took it to Rich's...He did same diagnostic. He told me it could be this or that in layman's turns I understood. He cleared message, no problems since, but cautioned me if happen again...He could fix it.

My go to place rich could have ripped me off for 400 dollars I insisted it was the water pump. A day later rich calls me himself and says come up here. It was my belt wich he told me to check when I initially called him. He runs an honest affordable business.

They had my car for almost 9 days and they didn t know what wrong with it but they did damage my car with white paint and removed some wires they never bother to call or anything I wish I should of taken it somewhere else in the first place I had to towed my car to another shop and once they look at it they knew what wrong with it and gonna fixed it right away not freaking 9 days I suggested not to go there and also gonna report to the bbb for awful and poor service not a very professional manner at all!!!

Took one of my cars to this place 3 times with no fix, payed what he asked and was given sub par work. Then go back to have a part installed and get the cheap excuse that he doesn't make enough working on a hybrid. Charge what you feel your times Is worth

Had a minor fender bender which left me with no transportation. All the work I needed was to much for me to afford. Rich was able to get me back on the road with a minimal cost. Good mechanic and thanks for the help.

I called about having some work done to my truck. I was told he would not do a small project and he didn't have the time. I didn't even get a chance to explain the other work I needed done. I will never call this place again for any reason!

Rich tried to run me off the road and threatened me because I was "driving too slow" for him. I had my mother and sister with me, I highly recommend anyone reading this tells others about this place because this is the kind of man he is outside of his shop.
