When I moved to Casa Grande a few years ago, I had no idea where to take my vehicles for service and repairs. I went to a few other places and was never satisfied with my results.I received a recommendation to contact Pioneer Mobile Auto Repair and I haven t been anywhere else since. The mechanics and staff are excellent and there is no other business I would trust with the care of my vehicles.I value communication, transparency, and honesty above all things. What I really appreciate is that they do not pressure you to fix items that don t need to be repaired at that time. They are not desperate for $$ and don t need to create fixes. They diagnose the vehicle, show you what they ve found, and let you know what s urgent and what you ll need down the line. Very straightforward. That s how it s supposed to work. Unfortunately, doing business like this is considered special and not the norm. They were great! Came out when they ppromised, checked my car's engine thoroughly, and did all that was required to get me back on the road. It was kind of funny watching the poor kid working on a car at least 2 years older than Santa Claus!! The s give him 4Paws Up!

Front desk people are super rude. And they are over a week out to try to get you anything and then at that point you're not even guaranteed your car get fixed.
