I had some water line blockages in my system. I contacted Paul and he came out and was able to clear the blockages after a few hours of work. Discovered my dometic toilet filter (built in) was plugged solid as well so had to replace the oem toilet with a, new Domestic 310 unit. Paul did a very good professional job all around. I highly recommend him to anyone needing rv repair work.

Paul saved our weekend at Country Thunder AZ when my AC went out... he came out the same day and ordered me a new unit and installed it in less than an hour... very friendly and professional...I highly recommend you call him first!! Thank you Paul!!

Called late with furnace�issue with my 1996 Coachman while passing through town & he was able to fit me in next morning. After quickly diagnosing the issue he was able to order the part in next day & got it fixed & running smoothy. He is friendly & very knowledgeable about older RV's� with fair pricing. Thanks Paul for getting us back on the road�so quickly!

I had a problem installing a toilet bowl gasket and gave Paul a call. He was in the area and said he would come to our location in Palm Creek. I decided to replace the toilet when he arrived and he ordered a replacement. My wife pointed out that the slide out seals were going bad. Paul indicated he could order the replacement seals and install them. Paul was back the following day and had everything replaced and repaired in 3 hours. His prices were very fair and it was obvious he had over 20 years in the RV industry and 7+ years as a service tech. Great personality and very much into cutomer service!!!!

While staying in Az City my coach fridge quit. Got Paul s number from Norris RV left him a message around 4pm. He called me back pretty quick that same day. He walked me thru afew things and I sent him pictures. He knew what the issue was and said he d be at the park in the morning and he would swing by when he was finished with the job.He got us back up and running in no time.He was nice and a pleasure to talk to.I highly recommend him and he will always be my first call.

Paul, great guy and great service . We were out far in Arizona and he came to our RV and took care of every issue!!! I will keep his contact and call him anytime I m in need of any RV repair. I strongly recommend him ..Affordable as well.
