I really appreciate the way Albert took the time to go an check to make sure the part was there. Instead of just saying yes it's here... thanks..!! Because it has been too many times.i get there an don't nobody know nothing..

Stood there for 10 minutes, just wanted to buy a case of brake clean. 2 guys in the store, 2 customers total. Guess you rather keep bsn instead of making an easy sale? Considering the construction I guess you guys just don't expect to have customers but don't worry, I won't be back.

After flying from the Far East to the Southwest , ( for a family emergency ) , only to find my rental car malfunctioning , then searching high and low for help , starting with the agency , then another auto parts store ( that shall remain nameless yet thankfully ) who recommended O Reilly s , kind , helpful , and capable Alicia saved us !

They didn t have what I was looking for but did give me some helpful advice. Also, I like changing my own oil so it is really great that they take the old oil for free.Interesting that if you go to an oil change shop, they charge a disposal fee but O Reilly takes it for free. Thank you!

I just started to go to O'Reilly Auto Parts and I have found out that their employees are very helpful and truly know what their talking about!! Plus when the phone rings they are quick to answer it too, unlike other places!! So if you need some auto parts and other thing's to go along with them I recommend going to O'Reilly's Auto Parts!!! ( I go to the one that's in front of Lowe's off of Florence Blvd!!!) Hallelujah Amen

Eli is a great assistant manager.He's knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant.The others there are good also, but if you want the best,lean on him.Great overall parts store.

Today my battery was acting up so I thought it may be time to get a new one. I had some other little things that I needed to purchase today but after this experience I decided to walk away empty handed.When I walked in it was an absolute mayhem. But I waited in line for about 15-20 m before even been acknowledged. When my turn came the person behind the counter, the younger out of the two only employees, sounded like she didn t want to be there or was just tired. Zero energy and 100% rude.I asked her to test my battery, now this is after waiting a good 15-20m in line. She asked me to wait on the side that she needed to take care of one more customer before she could help me. I didn t take an issue with that so I stepped aside.So I waited another 15-20m now my patient is running thin as I needed to have the battery checked to see if I had to buy another one and also needed oil and filter to do a oil change before dark.To my disbelief the person behind the counter kept taking more customers and assuming that my time was not important.I ve been a paying customer for a while but no more.Management is terrible for letting these untrained low energy employees run the place like that to the ground!

It's hard to find a quality parts house these days. I remember looking parts up in microfiche and folks today don't know what that is. That being said, if it doesn't pop up on the computer they at least go to the books and keep looking. Nice thing about O'Riley's is they are all pretty much stocked the same so you know what's there when you need it. No matter what city you're in. As a mobile mechanic that's clutch. So all in all a good place to get parts

Stood in line for almost an hour. Then they didn't know how to ring up the plastic I wanted so I turned around and left. They need more help in the store and knows what they're doing

Great service from Jonathan today. I needed a new battery. He tested it, showed me my options and did NOT try to sell me the most expensive one, which made me trust him. He installed the new one, answered all my annoying questions, and even held the door for me.I was a long time Checker/O'Reilly customer in Phoenix and will continue to be in Casa Grande. I hope management appreciates Jonathan as much as I do.

I went to buy a new car battery and I got a lot of help when we were there. The staff even helped me bring it to my friend's car. This is why I usually prefer O'Reilly's above many others alike.

Pleasant employees. Quick service. Questions were answered. Store was clean and well lit. Prices comparable to other auto parts store. Other parts store did not carry. Got my veteran's discount. Will return again. Only 4 stars because an employee in past has sneered when I spoke of veteran status. This is at 1400 block of Florence Blvd. Part was not in stock at store in 2-300 block of East Florence Blvd.

They made me feel like they didn't want to help me.I called ahead to see if they had the piece I needed. He said, "Yeah! We got it!"I get there and then the search begins... The piece he said he knew he had, he couldn't find. 15 minutes later, he gave me an alternative piece, basically just trying to get me out of there. Then I asked how can I get the part that I need... Comes to find out it'll be a "special order". (So the part that I called ahead about, that he said they had, they really didn't)I buy the alternative piece hoping I could make it work. It didn't. I called to ask if I can return the item because I didn't have my receipt anymore....but it was purchased with my account. No problem. I asked if I could still "special order" the item still. He said he would need to make a phone call to see the turnaround of delivery, but he couldn't call until the next day. With that being said, I requested a phone call back once the information was figured out. Did I get that phone call? Nope.I returned the next day to return the piece I didn't need. I wasn't even greeted. I was just looked at. Saw a customer leave the line because it was taking too long. And he too was not greeted.Big thumbs down for this place. Just a bunch of employees ready to go home already

O'Reilly's used to be a very good place for service and parts.. now they are going down the same road as auto zone.. bad service .. little to no parts pros .hiked up pricing and part quality is getting worse ..not to mention they are paying their employees worse and worse every year with little man power.Get your act together O'Reilly's..Disappointed.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff! Van died in the middle of our road trip and we found ourselves stranded with more than half a dozen kids in tow. They didn t mind the kids running around the store, gave us lollipops, and offered to charge our car battery as we replaced a broken alternator. Thank you so much!!!

It wasent Oreillys fault ..but the person that delivers to O'reillys dident deliver the products that next day and it was paid for..wasent happy.. Needed the product so I could get my truck worked on.. I chose a rethon I wasn't gonna wait any other days and I found it a lot cheaper on Amazon..

I'm sorry Autozone I'll go back I promise ! I've been here way too many times to still be this dissatisfied Thanks to Alexia who has rescued the day on many occasions . The females that worked there well their customer service is not even satisfactory by far they would rather provide misinformation and argue thinking I'm wrong or I find that it takes too long for correct parts or all together I get wrong parts even after confirming .so I may have to go back to my original parts house . Oriellys be thankful for Alexia she makes a difference !

Ginger & his coworker, didn't catch her name but were very helpful on sending me in the right direction for buying a part for my van that AutoZone just couldn't. Thanks for the help & honesty. Got the part I needed on RockAuto & my van is in progress of being fixed.

Willie was awesome! I didn t need new wiper blades, just had them rotated correctly that the last Rep at an Autozone put on INcorrectly! GREAT, friendly, extremely helpful people here!
