Wrong part ordered two times on two different parts, this lack of understanding for what they are looking up coast people money and time. I won't be returning. They had ordered me a universal power steering pump for a car. They had just looked up completely wrong. Part waste of my time and then has the audacity to question me as to why I'm returning it so late? The fact that I had the wrong part and have spent hours of my life trying to fix this car just to find out that they ordered me a universal part for a car that requires Specific parts. I just feel like the ladies their need Retraining on how to look up items properly.

Worst place in town there are two lady s inside that can t even take a look at a battery, very rude and don t know anything about cars. Would ve thought that this place hires people that know about cars. I went in there an to see if anyone can help me check the battery bolt and the two lady s in there are very rude and they keep saying we are not a certified mechanic I wasn t asking them to take out my battery just to look over it but never coming to this place ever again and I would like a corporate number

I was there with my mom on Wednesday 1/24/2024 about noon, an older retired guy helped us check the battery, he was wonderful, help and had a great attitude. We bought a battery from him for her Hyundai Tucson

Purchased 4 different oil filters for 4 different cars. Go back 2 weeks later because one oil filter is wrong. Correct filter is found and am told it's $3.00 more. I ask Carlos, the manager to override the extra $3.00. He would not consider that. I ask him, how can I come and ask for an oil filter for a 2002 Silverado and am given an oil filter for a Honda and now it's my fault. Carlos advised that the computer takes the information that I give them and that's how I got the wrong filter. In other words it was totally my fault. Asked them to refund my money and went to NAPA purchased the correct oil filter, for more money and was happy.Funny how a $3.00 error can cause a lifetime of me not doing business with O'REILLY again.Edit: I spoke to corporate after this incident and and was told they would speak to parties involved but was never asked "what could we do to entice you to return to our store ".So basically I got the same response from corporate. I will NEVER spend another dime in your stores.

there customer service is spot on.to me that is what makes come back over an over again to this particular O'Reillys auto parts I always do my business.they are so friendly,knowledgeable about all vehicles shapes an sizes,an helpful .so thank you to all employees an staff for helping me get my vehicle up an running.

O'Reillys is always my 1st choice pick for parts i need. Example, wifes car positive terminal broke while trying to get it off, YES was old and corroded. Needed to be a specific part. Went to a DIFFERENT store they gave me a part, said "this should work" get back home part didn't work, not even close. Went to O'Reillys, explained what happened and what I needed. They took the time to look it up, even talked about the part. Had one in stock. They made it easy and convenient. Their customer service is always on point for me. Thats why I've been going to them for years.

Waited in line today around 7pm for nerly 20mins just to get to the front and the guy pick up the phone n answer looking for customer parts instead of telling me to hold on. The only other employee finished up and got to me and said she had to take all the customers first before me..as we got down to last more came in so basically after a very long time i still never got helped and went to AutoZone..much better go to Autozone they have great customer service.

Been in this store 3 times in past 10 days, saw at least 6 people supposedly working in store yet customets are waiting because only 1 at counter. Not very friendly, didn't seem to really care about trying to help me. Not a good O'Reillys store

Excellent the water pump was on stock. They didn't have the tool for rent but call around and found one. Prices were reasonable service was great. Found out that I needed other information they didn't provide, I should have checked "You Tube" and knew more about what I was replacing them I could have asked the proper questions.

Normally have all the parts that I need in stock. Anything else they can get the same day or next day. They do get busy but it is worth a little wait as their prices are hard to beat. The staff are more knowledgeable than most other auto part store chains.

08.22.22Bought 2 cans of glass cleaner to get fog off inside windshield. Windex smears does not clean auto windows. Staff went to aisle to show me where glass cleaners where stocked took the time, 5 stars & the product cleaned glass like new. No smearing. Cleaned glass like magic. Thanks O' Reilys. The best!!

They are a no fuss auto parts store. They get what you need quickly. Their employees are awesome. Never disappointed when we go here. Highly recommended! Better than the other guys by far!

I just went in to get a Keyfob battery and the nice lady there (didn't get her name) switched the battery out for me. She didn't have to do it, she just did. This is the kind of customer service that will keep me coming back to this location. Thank you!

I enjoy going to O'Reilly's they usually are a little short on help no matter how many people standing in line when I was there the other day there was four people five people in line and only one cashier but that I still like the product that you carry there I was a little disappointed this time I went in to buy a crucifix to stick on the trunk of my car and I found it you had none and there was no even the blank spaces didn't advertise at you carried it anymore but you had lots of skulls and I was kind of disappointed in that

Consistently good service. Aaron the manager is a true pro. Things always seem to go smoothly when he's there and he knows how to treat customers. I'll always try to come here first as long as he's there to help.

Tried to buy a battery. The system says they had one. Wasn't found. It was suggested that it may be in new unwrapped shipment out back. Far as it got. Happens. I went to Auto Zone and bought it.
