We had a large warranty claim through Norris RV. The administration looked after everything, and Mike got us back on the road in a morning. Several items had to be custom ordered for our motorhome, which, of course took time, but as soon as the arrived, we got our rig repaired, at our campsite. Convenient, professional and very efficient.Thanks Norris RV!!Highly recommended!!

I have to say Lee was very helpful over the phone. My friend went in and they saved her almost $100 by helping us troubleshoot her thermostat instead of letting her buy a new one when there was nothing wrong. They are certainly honest and they rate a 10 for customer service in my book

Unfortunately we lost the cover to our motorhome air conditioner. I called Norris RV and they ordered the cover. It was available for pick up the next day.Customer service was excellent from the time I called until we left with the replacement.Thank you for the great customer service and how quick you were to get the part we needed.

Norris Rv has the best customer service in Arizona.there staff are very knowledgeable about all Rv related issues.plus can't beat there price on propane.the grounds is kept up nicely.

I went in for an estimate but I had gotten one from another place and the person Larry looks me in the face and says if you already have an estimate why do you want one from us I proceeded to explain to him all this kind of stuff that usually people get more than one estimate so that they know whether they're being overly jacked or not this was on a Friday it was before 3:00 in the afternoon I was told I would have to wait until Monday was a

Top notch! 10 super stars! They really came though for me. Did everything possible to get my coach fixed before I had to leave. I was in the area for only a week. It was handle quickly and professionally. I consider them as part of my family now. Paul, Tim and Matt thank you so very much!

Definitely the place to fill your propane. They do have a nice selection of supplies and accessories. The people are super friendly. The only issue I have with them is that one of the gals working their told me, since my new RV came solar ready , meaning I just needed a solar panel, that I would have to buy the $600 Go Power panel because the connectors were proprietary. Didn t sound right to me so I held off, did some checking, and saved several hundred dollars by buying a different panel elsewhere. My solar works great and I have twice the wattage than I would have for less money.

Filled up my propane today. What a wonderful place this is! Everyone is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The store has lots of selection and reasonable prices. Huge parking lot, easy to drive around If you have a larger RV. I felt like I was like family! I spoke to four different employees and all of them were extremely kind and helpful. I will definitely continue do use their services.

Went in to get a new sink faucet back in August or September for my travel trailer. Not only did they have what I needed in stock, but they were really helpful and beyond knowledgeable about what other things I should be mindful of in my TT

I went into this establishment pretty much in the blind as to how to repair my city water intake valve. I left with the proper valve for my RV and thanks to the boss the knowledge to make the repair on my own. Thanks to the entire office staff at Norris

They want to help, no judgement on poor fools like me either. Parts and service and advice. Some businesses main goal is profit, but some still work hard only to do the best by their customers they possibly can. People will pay extra for the difference, and then the profit will follow naturally. I think that's something a lot of other places have forgotten. Not here.

This is the best Rv repair shop. I had an extra air conditioner put in and they did fast work with top quality. It looked like it was always there. I was given exact estimates and the price was reasonable. They also put in a new toilet that we had trouble with ever since we bought the fifth wheel. Now perfect and looks great, not to mention the price was the lowest I got from anywhere else. The staff was great and knowledgeable I can t say enough about Norris Rv shop. I will never go anywhere else as long as they are in business.Service: Air conditioning

Incompetent workers, the guy that fills up the propane. Saw us waiting to get out tanks filled, two trucks pull up after us and the has the nerve to try and crack a joke saying we need to wait. No! You Never using this business again.I have been going to your establishment for years and have never had a problem with people knowing how the line works.if it starts behind your building, I suggest a system that all your customers and employees are made aware off

Called and got a pretty rude response when I asked about parts. Then was told they DO NOT SELL PARTS besides things like septic hose lines, water hoses etc but no actual rv parts for any years.....

We had our air conditioner replaced at Norris RV. Timely service. Fair pricing and labor costs. Everyone was helpful from making the appointment, dropping off our RV to picking it up when the job was done. We hope to not have any major repairs again but if we need them, we will definitely take our RV to Norris RV. Thank you for a job well done!Service: Air conditioning
