We experienced loss of tail lights, brake lights, turn signals, and back up camera in our motorhome a few days before a 1300 mile trip home. A phone call to Eddie was rewarded with a listening ear, relevant questions, and assessment of possible causes. It was instantly apparent he had knowledge, skills, and experience. He earns confidence. He made an appointment for us the next morning. Kenny, 'who likes working with wires' quickly traced out the issue which was a loss of ground. He added a ground which resolved all the issues. Great staff, clean shop, reasonable rates. Plus, a fun place to wait while work is being done. The place was full of classic cars! Thank you Eddie, Kenny, and staff.

Took my car here for a tire rotation. Expensive service, waiting area wasn't clean, and the next time I rotated my tires somewhere else the mechanic found a lug nut cross threaded and it broke the stud. So I had to spend $180 to replace the wheel stud.And I had even spoken to the mechanic personally beforehand and asked him to be extra careful about torquing the lug nuts for this exact reason. I'm aware this happens sometimes, but these are just the facts.

If you are considering doing business with Middleton Automotive I would highly recommend them. I have a classic car after meeting with Ed Middleton and putting a plan together they went above and beyond to make sure my car was perfect. This was a major job complete engine rebuild and tons of other things. It wasn't just completing the project it was the follow up on additional things that popped up they covered at no cost great service. Ed and the team treated my car like it was his they even delivered it to my house when finished.

I ve been taking my vehicles to Middleton for three years at least , and have never been so disappointed with a shop in my life. I owned Tire stores for 30 years and retired from the business after 42 years. ASC certified 35 years. I canceled an appointment in Washington to have Middleton do the work. Drove 2200 miles over the recommended service mileage to have them do the work. They had the car 2 days and preformed the work . After receiving the car back I noticed a feature called auto stop didn t work. Stopped by got an appointment to solve the issue. Car runs fine but the auto stop doesn t work and it did when it was taken in. Left the car two days . Called and asked to pickup the car. Wife went in to get it. She was handed a piece of paper and told they weren t charging us for the diagnosis time and given the keys. We didn t receive any information other than what their tech found written on their invoice. He found three codes showing lost of communication to the transmission. Three codes can be set in the 3 or 4 days we had the car back but no check engine light though. Their invoice says we refused the service they recommended. No service was verbally indicated from them to us , would have probably let them try. But we walk out with a car not fixed and no help from Middleton last time. To bad I was one of their biggest supporters . They are unable to fix the vehicle .

I have struggled to find a good shop for a while now and Middleton Automotive definitely ended that search. I will continue to go to them for all my future vehicle repairs. They actually care about their customers and are able to get the job done at an honest price. Replaced my fuel filter and it did not last a year! I believe you knew when you put it in that it would not last. Horrible unreliable untrustworthy service. I paid more for the Benz dealer to fix again ! Will never recommend or use your service again

We have used Middleton ever since moving to Casa Grande for all our vehicles. We have always found them to be reliable, professional and friendly. Their prices are reasonable and their service is great. With my boyfriend out of town a lot, it is nice to know I have a mechanic local I can count on and know I will not be taken advantage of simply because I am a woman.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Air conditioning, Oil change

On 1/18/2023, I came in to do a radiator flush and refill on my Toyota Avalon using the recommended Toyota Super Long Life radiator coolant that was stated in my owner s manual. I was totally satisfied with the service I received and, most importantly, the price was right. I was also informed of the work that was done and notified of any upcoming issues I need to address. I was also impressed that prior to having the above work done, I was furnished with a print out detailing the number of quarts needed to fill the cooling system and the Toyota recommended type, which corresponded to what was stated on the owner s manual. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that the attendant had an ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) patch on his left arm sleeve. This is what I was looking for service-wise and I will definitely do business with them again in the not too distant future.

Changing to stock exhaust from headers for restoration project on my classic mustang required. Custom work to make this work. The crew did this in a short time at an exceptional low price. Took my car that was running rough to them. After tearing my engine apart and costing me thousands, it was determined that my engine head was cracked and not worth putting thousands more into the car. I declined the repair but they turned my car over to me with nothing put back together. I now have a car with the engine in pieces and thousands spent! I was able to drive it before taking it to them and now the vehicle is junk. I asked them to return the car to its original condition but they refused unless I paid thousands more to reassemble the vehicle. Not what I expected when bringing it to them.

Took my daughters car in for repair after getting rear ended. We got the quote, person who hit us agreed to pay. They paid the shop directly in advance. Shop stated that if it was going to cost MORE, they would call us before hand.. 9 days later go to pick up the car and they state we forgot to add paint supplies $178 additional. Great, so how do you forget and why were we not told before hand. Response- unfortunately we forgot and that day was busy. How is that the customers problem Nothing but a screw job.

Having AC experience myself, I knew there was a problem with my new purchase of a 2001 Chinook concourse with just 54,600 miles. when the weather warmed and the AC wasn't cooling as it had a week ago. After they did a diagnostic and found a leak in a hose/line I had expected as much. They're ordering a new one to hopefully fix it tomorrow. They provide good service and they are personable people ready to help you with your problems.

Amanda one of the leads has the worst communication ever. Dropped of my car for repairs on 4/11/23 and its 5/23/23 and still don t have my car. I was told repairs would take 1-2 weeks. I would call for updates and nicely requested to be updates in a regular bases and was never even called or emailed. When I would call for updated Amanda loved placing me on extended hold time over 10 minutes just to tell me a new excuse about the same part of the vehicle all i asked for was to have communications an impossible thing for them to have. Worst costumer service i have ever received. Still don t see how Amanda can be a so called Lead. Wouldn t recommend this place to anyone who is getting repairs for the vehicle especially not accident repairs.

The absolute worst expensive I ve had with an auto shop. My Jeep has been sitting in the lot for 3 months untouched. I ve received multiple calls claiming I need to pay different amounts for services I have not approved of. Once the actual problem was diagnosed I was presented with yet ANOTHER invoice stating I need to pay more money.I put half the payment down, was told my Jeep was going to be done in 5 days.5 days later not one person called me.I have called every day since with no answer for a total of 11 days later.(on a Monday)They then told me my Jeep was going to be done NO LATER then Wednesday.Wednesday came and again, no call.I got dropped off at Middleton auto assuming my Jeep was going to be ready but was told that it was STILL wasn t. At this point I was beyond livid with the service I have been receiving so any other sane person I requested to get my keys back so I can take my business elsewhere and was denied multiple times. I asked for the owners name and was also denied the information multiple times. After 30 minutes going back and forth I was told I would get a call 9am the next day.I DID NOT RECEIVED A CALL AND HAD TO REACH OUT YET AGAIN.When I called Keith answered with another run round on why my Jeep is still sitting there and that THEY WILL GIVE ME A CALL ONCE IT IS COMPLETED This auto shop is completely misleading, they do not communicate with their customers and have put me in a difficult spot getting to and from work. They have COMPLETELY lost my business and would not recommending them to anyone else!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I don't write reviews a lot, and this one is a few years late, but Middleton Automotive came in very clutch for me when I was making a trip out west in 2019. My car was overheating and just about ready to blow, but they were able to get parts in and completely fix near the close of day so I could continue my trip. Great people and great service!

I found Middleton Automotive as an accident. I traveled from Sacramento to Mexico to coach children on how to play soccer. On i-10 before getting to Tucson Arizona is the the town of Casa Grande. There I stopped at the Arco to fill up the tank at around 4 a.m. to my surprise my minivan did not start. To my surprise I could not find an available mechanic. On the mechanics I called recommended me to reach out to Middleton. There Kith inspected my car and noted that a wire from the starter became unplugged. Kith was honest and told what the issue was. I offer to pay for his phone inspection. He did not take the money and honestly told me it was nothing. Did not take him a lot of time to plug it back. Kith save the day and I was able to continue my journey to Mexico. Keith's honesty is a refreshing. Thank you Kith.With confidence I recommend Middleton Automotive for your mechanical needs. Great service, management on short notice. My muffler fell off due to a bad hanger. I was in & out in 90 mins. All workers & staff were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I will you them for all my service needs.

My '92 Honda del Sol was diagnosed as needing the main programmed module. This part's not available at the dealership, so Keith searched until he found the item for me! It took a while, but he never gave up. My vehicle is running and all sounds great. A big thanks to the entire staff who kept in touch with me daily, from start to finish. This was my first use of Middleton Automotive Center and I was impressed and 100% satisfied. I have always done my own auto maintenance but those days are gone because of my age. My truck was there mainly to have the brake wear checked and they were within limits, but getting close. The mechanic, Art also did the 35 item inspection check list, the only recommendation was a flush of the power steering, I plan to have this done and several other things done in the fall, Oct, or Nov. After the worst experience ever, I discovered more issues. Keith admitted the "tabs they attach to electrical lines to the dash gauges "dropped off". After I picked up the car, my clock and turn signal illumination no longer function. Not only didn't they fix the a/c, they charged me over $900 and caused additional problems! No way I can't trust them to touch my car to repair the problems they created! When I took my car to a mechanic to get the a/c repaired, it was discovered that it had been reinstalled with the Bolts only finger tightened and could have become loose and damaged the engine. In addition they used the wrong gaskets! Iran only hope they were incompetent and not because I was so angry!

Middleton is awesome. Check engine light came on and were able to get me in and out in a timely manner. The amount due was less than what they quoted me. Repaired and replaced some VW has special engine upgrades and after an accident the entire front. They put through full diagnostic and found a few leaks and issued unknown. Unfortunately it took a few weeks and gad to bring back twice as oil leaks were not completely stopped. The front office staff treated me with kindness the first time but since then they have changed staff and service has not been a primary focus. This last time I brought another car for repair and felt disrespected and pushed off every step of the long 6 days for a 2 day fix which it was originally. They delayed and didn't return calls promptly. It was very disappointing after spending over $4k in last 6 months there. Not master mechanics in my opinion as they couldn't locate a simple sensor issue that took lil old lady me 1 hour and $30 to fix myself when they quoted over $1k. Sure does raise an eyebrow on trustworthy local repair shops. These guys are fantastic. They do very good work and treat you like family. I was skeptical at first because it s hard finding anyone who s willing to work on a 6.4 Powerstroke diesel, but they ve proved me wrong and did a fantastic job. Started getting very stressful because it s a business vehicle, but at the end I m glad and happy that they did the work for me. Already put a few hundred miles on the truck within hours after getting it back, and she s driving better than before. Eddie, Hannah and Keith, thank you guys very much for having to put up with me. Hanna does an awesome job as the front person. She is pleasant, efficient and very personable. I actually enjoy calling which I can't always say for other businesses. Even when she had a minor set-up and forgot to call me back with a quote, Hanna immediately owned up to it, no excuses, apologized and the situation was immediately rectified.When I took my truck there for them to check my airbags, the owner? immediately came out, crawled under the truck, diagnosed the airbags were toast and recommended appropriate replacements.I look forward to next week when I take my truck in to have the work done, as so far I cannot say enough about the quality of their customer service.Great Job guys!PhilService: Steering & suspension repair

As a first time customer, I can't recommend this mechanic enough! They were so friendly and accomodating, and worked hard to squeeze me into their busy schedule. The moment they had my car I knew I was being taken care of, and upon driving my car, it runs great! Hannah stayed late on a Saturday to make sure I got my car back so I can get to work Monday morning! I feel so cared for, which is rare with mechanics!
