Awesome customer service. Ended up with the wrong part due my lack of understanding but Jeff was a great help and helped me fix the problem. Great customer service and good prices. Highly recommend

These guys always have everything you need and if they don't they will have it later that day or first thing the next morning. Even hard to get parts. Top of the line parts and great customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS

If you make a return and pay cash they won t give you a refund they don t have cash there they will only do a store credit due to not having cash but if you use a debt you get a refund what store doesn t have cash to do a refund

Nick went above and beyond helping us when we had to swap out a battery and the vehicle was stuck up the road. So far Merle's has had the best customer service in CG everytime we have gone there.

They sold defective alternator and will not pay labor to replace it. I have a shop and work down here sometimes and all other parts stores and dealers pay for this type of mistake. They are extremely rude and you would think since they overcharge for same autozone parts they would make up for it with service. Absolutely horrible integrity and responsibility.Autozone will pay my labor for defective parts with a smile, these guys are mad that you ever bring it up. They only suggested I charge customer for thier mistake.

Premium quality parts that are so far superior to the discount parts stores in town that they can t even compare. The economy parts that Mereles can get are way better than the top of the line parts at the other chains of discount parts stores here in town. If you want to work on your vehicle and make it better then get your parts at Merle s

None of the major auto part guys had anything but garbage wheel bearings for my vehicle. This included Phoenix, nothing but Chinese "lifetime warranty". Merle's had real parts and in stock, just wished I went there first instead.

Jeff has to be the Part Guru..if he doesn't have it in stock he order's it..stopped going to the other guys ..great prices has beat all other quotesfrom shocks for my Tahoe to wires and plugs for a sons honda civic..great group of guys..
