Mr. Lopez is the best at what he does. He treats all his customers with so much care and respect. He and his staff take the time to make sure each question is answered and go above and beyond when you need help. I will recommend them to anyone who requires repairs! Thank you for all you do! :)

After moving to Arizona I started driving for Uber and Lyft. Being new to the area and not knowing anyone I started to ask my customers what they knew about the various options I had for service and maintenance on my vehicles. Lopez Advanced Automotive was recommended.I have been taking my vehicles to them for the last 7 years and do not have a single grievance. It s just the opposite. I have only praise. My friend who was visiting me from Ca commented that her experience while accompanying me to the shop for maintenance on my car was the most pleasant experience she d ever had at an auto shop.I ve never had to bring back any of my vehicles because something wasn t done correctly. The service maintenance and repairs that have been performed have always left me feeling satisfied and safe.I had my AC repaired on each car, breaks, batteries, headlights, transmissions etc .When I decided to purchase a used truck I was able to bring any that I considered buying to the shop for an inspection.The shop itself is always clean. I ve never seen the restrooms dirty or unstocked. There is always water or coffee available while you wait and the waiting room feels like your own family room or den.I am so thankful to have found Joe and his team at Lopez Advanced Automotive. I do not hesitate to recommend them ever.

Best Quality and service you could ask all within an affordable price. This shop is fair and understanding. They even replaced a faulty part from another shop replacing for me and corrected the warranty for me. Not many mechanics would do that for another mechanic. Awesome all the way around. Highly recommend.

excellent service Gus helped with my 1995 dodge dokata he has a nice disposition & efficient work ethic as a result, i avoided a significant fine by my hoa Gus responed on the same day & keep me informed when could get to my house

I was super impressed with the quality of work and they had the best prices in town. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I would be safe on the road. Wife and I are from Oregon and brought our Yukon XL 1500 in for a water pump and starter. This place is amazing. Mr Lopez was welcoming, friendly , extremely knowledgeable and was well priced for the work done. Mr Lopez and his team are just amazing people. We will be back. Our new go to mechanic shop in town!! I called Mr. Lopez about a dash light on my car and he had me bring it in and told me what I needed was easy for him to fix. It was a bad battery. He had one delivered and put it in and I was back on the road. He is very helpful, professional and polite. I will go to him the next time I need service.

I wish I could give this business more than 5 stars! This company/owner is one of the nicest & honest I have worked with for a long time. I had special needs - I needed work done ASAP and I needed my car back quickly - he accommodated me on everything!!!! And the work was done at a very reasonable price! I am glad I decided to support local business and not go to my "robotic" car dealer for service. I have an older vehicle that I take great care of to keep her running and I will only trust Lopez with her from now on!! I was visiting Casa Grande when my car wouldn't start. I called several local auto repair facilities and no one had availability to take my car on short notice. I called Lopez Advanced Automotive, Joe answered and stated they could fit me in. I had my car towed to the facilities and they got me in and out. The service was outstanding. The were very welcoming. It made me feel like family. The shop manager Craig, came and introduced himself to me. I was introduced to the technician servicing my vehicle, Bradley. They explained everything that was needed thoroughly. The completed the work quickly and efficiently. My phone died while I was there, Joe even gave me a charger. I don't live in this city but I am willing to make the drive for the service. They were AMAZING.Service: Battery

Starter went out on my 2012 Durango on Sunday. After researching auto shops and calling the dealership, who took forever to call me back. Lopez Automotive called me back fast and professional. He gave me a general estimate so I had my car towed to the shop and he fixed my car same day! I'm a little knowledgeable about car mechanics, and I found him to be very honest and reasonable. We've been using Lopez Automotive for our company trucks for a little over 2 maybe 3 years now and I can say they are amazing! So I decided to send my personal car to get some work done on it and Joe the owner is amazing always makes sure the vehicle is good to go and doesn't try to get you like most places do by paying for something other than what you sent your vehicle in for. He is honest doesn't lie about what your need done and doesn't do extra work that you don't need done. Would recommend him to anyone in need!Service: General repairs & maintenance

First the owner was very respectful and professional. Fro. What I saw during my visit was he personally checked the autos first himself and then gave instructions to his techs. Afterward upon completion he verified that the job was complete and cleared up any issues that may have been in question. If original parts were not available he contacted the customers and explained why you should or should not use an off market brand. I feel honesty and integrity plus a job well done is the high points of his business. I would highly recommend his shop and will definitely return if I have any further issues. Doesn't look like a high quality shop from the outside but the results and the friendly staff makes the difference. Thank you again for a job well done. Al Johnson

Excellent work at a reasonable price is what makes this shop the best in town (and I've been to many). What made me take the time to write this review is the level of care I received from both Rachel in the front of the shop and Joe in the garage. First, they were able to help me out quickly, despite having a busy line up of work to do. Second, despite their busy day, they called me up after looking the car over and gave me a detailed, honest assessment of what was wrong. The quote for the work was reasonable, so I told them to have at it. Not only were the repairs done quickly and done right, they came in UNDER BUDGET! Joe also took the time to show me all his work and explain the ins and outs of his repairs. Despite clearly having a busy shop, he treated me like I was the only customer who mattered at that moment. It was clear to me that instead of just looking to making a quick buck, Mr. Lopez and his shop are interested in making life-long, loyal customers. This shop is a beacon of light in an otherwise shady industry. From now on, I will trust no one else to touch my vehicles and you shouldn't either. Don't believe me? I dare you to try these guys out and prove me wrong. You won't be disappointed

Amazing service! Would definitely recommend. Recently moved to Casa Grande and needed quite a few repairs on my car. Joe took care of everything. He took the time to really look into my car to troubleshoot it. Explained everything that was wrong and needed to be done. Gave a fair price, not even once trying to upsell me more. But what separates this shop from all the others is how friendly and welcoming they are. On top of having ASE certified master tech and knowing their craft, they went out of their way to provide exceptional customer service. They went out of their way to give me a ride home, offered to pick me up, as well as replace my windshield wipers just because they noticed they were in bad shape. I found the shop I will go to from now on. Good honest hard working people. Cannot praise these people enough.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

We feel so lucky to have found a local automotive shop that is reputable, knowledgeable, and responsive to our needs. Finding Joe and his business was like finding a needle in a haystack. Solid business owners who really focus on providing excellent customer service are hard to come by these days. Joe really takes the time to listen and understand the situation. Save yourself the trip to a big city vendor. Give Joe a try; you won't regret it!!

Excellent Service!! Lopez went out of their way to help us and get into their schedule. We had a broken fan belt on a hot day with two large dogs and a ways from our home. This is a small family-owned business and Lopez is usually always around to give you his advice and talk to you personally I like the attention to detail he has no problem with keeping it straight with you I recommend this place due to the fact that the owner's personable knowledgeable and respecting

I highly recommend Lopez Advanced Automotive. I was looking for an honest, reliable and experienced mechanic. Finding a good mechanic is very hard to say the least. I went online and looked at reviews and Lopez automotive had the most reviews and highest customer rating. Before I decided on where to take my car, I called 5 places for quotes and Lopez quoted me the lowest price by far. I am very happy with their work and service. I m even more happy to have finally found a mechanic who I trust. I highly recommend Lopez Advanced Automotive. You will not be disappointed.

I ve been in Casa Grande for about 15 years and have gone to just about every auto mechanic I could find. Here and out of town. I came to the conclusion that there was just no honest mechanics or dealerships for that matter. I truly didn t think people like Mr Lopez existed anymore. I noticed that he received a lot of positive comments on NEXTDOOR so I thought I d give him a try. Let me just say that after 15 years, I ve found him. I can send my wife or daughter to him and not have to worry. He s the real McCoy. You can stop searching.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

By far the best experience I ve ever had at a repair shop. Got estimate within 30 minutes which is unbelievable as the competitors took days. Very friendly service. Explained everything that they done to my vehicle when I picked it up. Cost of repairs was under the estimated total. Shuttle provided. Come on people! This is the true meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would recommend this shop.5

After our car had been in another shop for 5 months waiting to be fixed and then broke down only 2 months later we took our car to Lopez and he fixed our car in less than 24 hours. We will never go anywhere but here for our car repairs and services!!! Great service and friendly, helpful staff.

Mr. Lopez has excellent customer care skills. He made sure the correct part was ordered from a Phoenix area car dealer and installed it, per the appointment, two days later. The price was fair and exactly as quoted.

Don't understand the reviews of fair prices. This business has outrageous prices. They Quoted 380 to replace a sensor not even the dealership charge that much. Don't waste your time asking for a quote.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance
