Jones auto service has let me down. I've reached out and left messages to their service writers on a couple of occasions and never heard back, no message or text. I bought several vehicles from them and been happy on that side, though.

They don t tell you that they need your vehicle all day or more when you make a service appointment. But when you get here, they are MAD because you don t want to leave it all day, or more. AND, last time they changed the oil, the oil drain plug was left hand tight and the filter was way too tight, the opposite of how things should be. I only come here for warranty work and wish I could go elsewhere.

Stay away!!! My truck has been in this shop twice and both times I was told what the problem was and after they fixed it there was a different problem well this time they flat out lied left my truck in horrible shape. Do yourself a favor and go else whereService: ElectricalService: Electrical
