Purchased our 2019 Ford Edge SEL here on May 3, 2019. This is the fanciest car we have ever owned. Don t remember the salesman s name but he was very helpful explaining everything on the vehicle. Had Ford points after we bought the car so was able to use them for free stuff and The Works which is oil/filter changes and other regular maintenance items. Everyone has been helpful and friendly in the service and parts department.Edit: 2/21/2024 Saw this notice at the cashier's area.

we were treated very good up front talk no blowing smoke, all the people we meet at the dealership were great. There was never any pressure, our deal was made over the phone, and we are very pleased with our purchase. If you are thinking about another vehicle, we highly recommend Jones Ford in Casa Grande, AZ.

Absolutely impressed at the no pressure sales at Jones Ford Casa Grande.Norman was our salesman. He asked what we were looking for by talking to him on the phone. Called us back a bit later and told us what he found. We purchased the truck over the phone, and went to pick it up three days later. This was the first time we saw it. We were so impressed at how much more this truck was, there was no way that this was ours!! Norman found us exactly what we had asked for. A Salesman that listened, didn't push all the extras, how refreshing. And then delivered more than we expected.When the customer walks out of the dealership feeling as though they received a great deal. At the same time, the salesman thought he made a good deal. This is a true success. The Jones Ford of Casa Grande way, our new dealership!

Worked with Norman on my purchase. He answered all my questions promptly and if he didn't have an answer that moment he found one and got back to me with it. I live in phoenix and was not able to go down to Casa Grande right away but he still worked very diligently with me to insure I was able to get the car i inquired about before someone came in and bought it before i could make it down to them, which i was extremely greatful for. They worked with me on my trade and made sure the car was inspected and ready to go before it left the lot. Was a great overall experience and would recommend them to everyone. Thanks again Norman.

Dishonest. Sold me a used car that was towed within the first week. It cost $750 to replace the battery & alternator. When I reported them I got a call where a manager yelled at me over the phone "what do you want?!" Get a thorough mechanical inspection (I went to a mediocre mechanic) and negotiate low enough to leave room for repairs.You might as well be buying off an individual. If you have the money go elsewhere. They clearly knew there were starting issues and didn't reimburse for the repairs. Be cautious especially if you are a woman.

Was charged 190 to be told can't fix the seat, but for another 800 can sell you a used one. I should not have bothered with them as there are multiple videos online showing how to fix the seat. Or the service person could have simply said it was beyond their capability. Also, I thought they had to tell you first if there would be a charge, not four hours later. Is this how the service managers get paid now? Now, I'm not even confident that they did the recall work on my truck. I'm regretting having my vehicle taken there.

Jones Ford in Casa Grande had exactly what we were looking for, so we went in and met with Glenn Kilburn. This purchase was truly THE BEST experience at a dealership that we've EVER had. We felt that we were treated fairly and the truck we purchased fits us to a tee. Easy people to work with, so go and see Glenn Kilburn and see if he can't get you into a great vehicle too!! PS.. it was definitely worth the drive from Yuma!

I would give a zero stars if possible. Going into full details would be lengthy. I will NEVER take my vehicle there again for service. The unprofessional treatment, lack of customer service and snarky emails were beyond acceptable. Natasha was my service advisor.The financial burden of paying for a rental car will take months for me to catch up. But they don't care. As a former Ford employee and speaking to the service manager I use to work with they were appalled by how I was treated. Not to mention NO response from the Ford survey. NEVER again will I step foot on that dealership or recommend them.

I ve brought my 2022 F-350 to Jonesmany times for service since I ve had it. Every time I do I have problems with the service team. I ve had a scenario where I was told my tires were rotated but were most definitely not. I ve been informed that my fuel filter needs to be replaced every 30 thousand miles, why hasn t maintenance ed that before ? My latest visit I was getting an oil change, batteries, DEF, and the usual maintenance . When I was leaving my check engine light was on and codes were thrown that were not on prior to my visit. The solution was new batteries. I thinks it s very funny how the timing worked out that codes were thrown the same day as my maintenance. I truly feel hustled and played. The timing seems to unethical in a way. I d say this ford house needs new mechanics and better QAQC. I ll take a day and drive to a Ford Dealership in Phoenix before I go back to this piece.

Salesman Chris McGuire was great with us in looking for a brand new Mustang, no pressure he showed all the options they had on the lot, also let me look at his Dark Horse.Sales Manager Christina Keeling showed us different options of payments if traded in my Wife's Truck or just my 2016 Mustang Ecoboost. I fell in love with a 2024 Mustang GT High Performance Package. Everyone was friendly and absolutely no pressure on us getting the car. We left and decided to purchase the Mustang mentioned above, came back around 5pm to to the paperwork and final sales when they close at 6pm and Chris McGuire stayed over as well as the financing person which I forgot his name. The test drive before we did the paperwork was what definitely made me excited. Chris McQuire showed me all the functions of the car and how to work the SYNC 4 and it's options.

Had the opportunity to come across this dealership and get assigned Travis to assist in my purchase. I must say that this has been the easiest and hassle free experience I have ever had with a car dealer, he immediately got me a great deal and even delivered the car to my doorstep. I never leave reviews but this was great business and I recommend this place even if you are far away they will hook you up!

Went to Jones and it was a great experience! I don't have the best credit and they truly worked with me to get me in a vehicle with an awesome monthly payment! I'm enjoying my new car and the staff their are amazing! Highly recommend and I will definitely continue doing business with them! Plus the owner was super nice and personable! If you need a vehicle, go to Jones!

Brought my truck in for a few things. Parts would take a week to get. Well one week turned into three weeks as the truck just sat there not being touched until I started to make some noise. My service writer didn't return calls (Nataha) and only called when she had to boost the estimate. Also the price of their parts is robery. $25. A gallon of anti freeze, $180 for 8 spark plugs. But again if I'm paying close to $4000 in repairs I expect to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Having my truck sit in the lor for over a week with parts in is unexceptable. They lack of communication is even worst I will have to think twice before I do business with Jones Ford again.

Shot out to Norman Castillo, and the whole Glen Jones.. Norman was very professional and walked me through a few vehicles before he was able to help me find a great vehicle. They went above and beyond for me... Not only did they come through for me they were able to help my wife traded in her Malibu and get her into a better vehicle but got her better payments and the interest was lower! Thank you Norman Castillo , and Glen Jones for the professional work and help. Highly recommended

Travis is the Greatest! Hassle and pressure free experience. We didn t have to sit around waiting on him to run back and forth to get our questions answered. It can be so frustrating when shopping for a new car and the salesman has to run off every five minutes to get your questions answered, Not with Travis! Very knowledgeable of the differences between the models. Thanks for a great experience.

They were quick with the approval. I wanted a used mini van, low mileage and newer 2018 or up. Angel was awesome and got me everything on my checklist and in my price range. Highly recommend this car lot! Vince was also very helpful with closing.

We stopped at Jones Ford in Casa Grande on Friday and wanted to price out a new SUV. We were professionally greeted by Naz who was genuinely interested in our preferred vehicles to check out. He was quick to get the keys so we could take a look and test drive to see what we thought. He was extremely knowledgeable when we wanted comparisons of the Ford vs. the GMC models. He was not pushy or overly salesy - he was honest and considerate. He also didn't try to push one make over another nor did he try to upsell based on what we shared was our price point. We didn't intend to buy but the deal was too good to walk away from. Next we dealt with Brady for financing and he was very courteous, professional and quick to process our paperwork and we were on our way. It may have been the fasted auto deal we have ever made in our life. Great job to the team at Jones Ford! Everyone else we encountered at the dealership were very kind! Top notch team!!

Had a great experience! Picked up my Bronco on Saturday. Everyone at Jones was great. Christine Keeling and Chris Barrett kept me informed along the long road waiting a year and a half since reservation. It was a very pleasant and easy experience. Will definitely buy my next vehicle there.

In Nov. of 2020 I moved my (day 1) 2021 Bronco reservation to Jones Ford. Despite Ford's manufacturing issues and terrible communication, Christina w/ Jones Ford was nothing short of spectacular. All throughout the process she did her best to provide as much information as possible. I asked question after question over the year my Bronco was reserved and she answered each and every single one within the same day. I cannot thank Christina enough for all she did during the wait -- she is awesome to work with and I would happily do so again!Finally, in Nov. of this year, my Bronco was delivered. Jones Ford honored our original pricing agreement (contrary to MANY instances for other Bronco reservation holders at other dealerships). Again, Christina was so helpful during the delivery process. The 2.7L Bronco has a known issue with its coolant hose and Christina was able to get her team to resolve that for me prior to pick up. At the dealership, Christina, Rick, and Craig were all wonderful to work with. They really went the extra mile to make me feel like a valued customer. I'm one month into owning my Bronco and I could not be happier! I will be recommending Jones Ford to all of my family and friends who are considering a new vehicle. You can't go wrong with these wonderful people.

I scheduled an oil change, and tire rotation. Iwas told I could not use the "works" coupon because that doesn't include the synthetic oil, and my truck is not a Ford. And also because the work order wasn't written up as "the works" even though I shared the coupon before work was started. I was told to show the cashier the coupin once work was completed. Cashier came back and said she talked to a manager and they said no as far as changing the work order to the works. I paid the full amount and left, I will find another place for service going forward, as well as the other 2 cars I was having serviced here. Last-When you open the terms and conditions of the coupon it says it DOES include synthetic oil up to 6 quarts, it said it expires on 10/31/23and does not say it has to be a Ford or any other particular make or model. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this location, and will find a different dealer for all cars, and services going forward.

Just wanted to thank the two gentlemen that helped me today. I am from Canada and my car overheated towing my travel trailer. I came in, it was scanned quickly, assurance that it was just overheating, not a major issue with my transmission. I arrived safely in Tucson with no further issues. They were so polite, helpful and kind. Kudos! from Canada!

Sales team was excellent, friendly and professional. The financial team... not so much. We drove 2 hours to look at the car we purchased. We brought more than enough proof of residency, insurance and employment and, we had cash to put down (30% of the purchase price). While our loan was being processed, my husband and I waited in the lobby. Anytime the financial mananger had a question, he would yell from his office and we would get up walk to the door to answer him, we told him we didn't want a warranty, but continued to push it in our faces, I personally was interrupted several times when speaking as I was not in the room. Then, after all this, we drive our car 2 hours home and the next day l, he calls needing "more proof of residency" for the loan to process. We had brought all we had and more than a sufficient amount of proof. This left me to scramble around to find more proof after he shook our hand, congratulated us, and told us we were "all good". The whole financial process was a complete unprofessional mess of emails and phone calls. We would have given 1 star, but the sales team was great. Not buying from them again.

Made an appointment a week prior to November 9th, dropped off my Ford Ranger on November 9th and almost two weeks later am still waiting on what the book says takes 7.5 hours to do..... It is my work truck and not working for TWO weeks is not cool but they seem to NOT care at all..... Avoid this maintenance shop at all costs......

Defiantly the best place in town to get a new vehicle. Travis was the best salesman that I had ever bought a car from. There was no pressure and they found what I wanted in my budget.
