Most responsive body shop I have ever dealt with. I had an accident close to a potential interstate move,and I drove straight from the accident site to this body shop. Being "fast track" I paid first and They had me fixed in 3 days, ready to go ( beautiful work!)and promptly furnished all data to my insurance company. Their professionalism made what would have been a bad day MUCH BETTER! Thank You Richard Garcia!

Starting estimate was 517$ and change with one day repair. They have had my vehicle for over a week and the cost has risen to over 1,300$. they haven't contacted me once about the status of the repairs. Over the years I've had body work on many of my vehicle's but these guys are the worst.

Recommended by parents. They took care of me the first time last year in march. And again a few weeks ago. They did a great job speaking to the other insurance company in getting my car fixed. Thank you so much

This shop is the most terrible place to get work done. I had to locate my own parts and have them shipped to the shop. There is no communication between the shop and the dealership to get jobs completed on time. I was quoted 24 hrs to do the work on my truck, actual was over one and a half months. It put my ranch at risk and I was out more money.

These guys do great work and fast. And Richard was nothing but professional and super nice. I own a national auto hail repair company and i wish all the body shops i use around the country were this good.

Pro** I am highly impressed with the attention to detail that I was provided by Richard Garcia at Glen Jones Collision Center. No appointment nessasary. I walked in and received my estimate within 20 minutes. I was treated respectfully and felt informed about the repairs that were needed. I had a great experience and highly recommend this business.Con** Although wait time was very short, Glenn Jones Collision Center did not have a Guest WiFi. The main Glenn Jones dealership on Pinal Ave. provides a instant and open WiFi option for customer service. *The benefit from updating the Collision Center's Customer wait experience would be a good option.

Today my car had a flat tire while I was driving into Casa Grande from the Phoenix Valley. I was dressed for a meeting and didn't really want to get all dirty and so my quick thinking lead me eye to realize there was a repair shop nearby. The gentleman that fixed my car was so kind to change my tire and get me sent on my way. Thank you so much.

Slow fixing repair. Been 3 months car still there. Insurance should of not paid them yet till it's done.

Good pricing, and quick repair job.Only complaint is the color match on repaired parts was not exact. It was close, but not the exact color.

Never been there but something's wrong with their phone. Tried calling for some info but the phone just rang and rang and then I heard shuffling and then heard a beep.
