This was a good experience. I only had one vehicle in mind, the Buick Envision. I had a good running car, so this was really just a personal luxury I wanted. Manny didn't try to sell me a different model or color. I told him the exact one I wanted, the nice black one with the nice 18 inch rims. And that is what he did. He made that happen for me. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I could get a luxury car like this Buick. It is one of those times that when you leave the dealership, you don't have that knot in your stomach about a car payment, or wondering if you did the right thing. No doubts here! Manny and I had been discussing this car for a couple of weeks. He set up everything! Financing was approved, my trade in value was established, and I knew what my payment was going to be, and my interest rate. I had no pressure and no surprises when I came to pick up my new Buick! And that is the kind of experience I love! It was very pleasant and the easiest car buying experience I have ever had!

Was very dissatisfied with the All experience with the service department at the dealership where I purchased this vehicle six months ago I was never notified about the status of my vehicle. I had to call them 24 hours later being that we were approaching a weekend and want them to keep mytruck when I did contact them, they were very knowledgeable about the status of the vehicle and claimed my truck was going to need a brand new motor and that I was going to have to dish out thousands of dollars I advise them I had an extended warranty she said, didn t matter it probably wouldn t cover it. I feel they are trying to scheme customers and high volume debt. I told him to release my vehicle that I would be picking it up the next day and will be getting a second opinion.

Tyler Hoffman helped us with getting our new family into a Used Yukon Denali. He did a great job at streamlining the process for us so we could have everything ready to go when we got there. You had my VIN number and needs for about 3 weeks. When I arrived, you didn t have the items needed to complete the requests for my vehicle. You sort of remedied that by saying you would either send a mechanic to my house on Monday (this was Saturday) or communicate with me to update the status. I agreed and made other arrangements for my transportation to and from work. You never came. I tired to follow up but no communication was successful. I made arrangements for transportation to work on Tuesday. I heard nothing. I heard back on Wednesday for Thursday but I had no opportunity for alternative transportation so we made plans for Friday. Your mechanic arrived Friday but, as I found out later, still did not replace my rear wiper. I still do not have a rear wiper at all. And no return communication on why. So, I still need my rear wiper. One positive, Myrna was nice enough.

Absolutely AMAZING!! 10/10 definitely recommend coming here for any service work. My only complaint would be the difficulty actually getting through to the service desk to actually schedule the appointment. I called a total of 5 times. The first 3 were on Monday, on the third call that day the receptionist for the dealership took my name and number and said she would ask someone to call me. Well, that never happened. Tuesday morning I called twice and finally was able to get through and schedule my appointment. So that would be my only complaint. The actual service appointment the day of was amazing. I waited for my vehicle and start to finish total time was 1 hour. Be patient with trying to make an appointment and you won't be disappointed!

This place is an absolute joke. Especially when it comes to vehicle service. I have a warranty issue with my brand new GMC, and I wanted to bring it in to have them take a look at it. When I pulled in, I was trying to explain the problem, and she interrupted me and asked me if I had an appointment. The woman was extremely rude and then told me that they were eight weeks out before I could even get the vehicle in. In my opinion this is completely unacceptable, I called Van Chevrolet in Scottsdale, where I originally purchased the vehicle, and amazingly they could get me in the very next day. Obviously, I d rather not drive to Scottsdale for a warranty issue that could be done here in Casa grande, but the drive is certainly worth an eight week wait. Again, terrible business. I would just stay away from this dealership altogether.

Had an appointment for an oil change , there was over an hour delay in commencing due to being short staffed that day. It was no big deal to me , the folks I dealt with were most pleasant and efficient.

I was happy to meet my Service Advisor, He was friendly, and got my car in right away. When I got my car back all the items I asked for were taken care of. The cashier was very friendly also, I told her I had a service rewards account, after she looked it up, I was able to use my points toward my service charges.

Excellent staff on arrival thru delivery of our car. Super friendly and offered to pick car up if we ever needed anything else. We didn t buy our vehicle here as were outta state, but would certainly give them a shot next time

I had just purchased my GMC Sierra Denali 1500 a month ago from Jones when I started having issues with the brakes. I called them up, explained my situation, and brought it in. Jones found the problem was covered by my vehicle's factory warranty and got me on the road at no cost to me. Thank you.

The last couple of times I ve been there I have received the worst customer service not sure if I want to continue at this location or go elsewhere. Your staff always makes me feel like I m bothering them then when I went to pay the cashier was extremely rude I asked her if I could use my ford points like I had previously used and she said no this is a gmc you can t used ford point on a gmc I tried to explain to her I did before and she then continued to tell me that her manager was pissed off that they used my ford points prior. Which I don t understand why since I bought my ford truck from jones and I had points so what does it matter? You re still getting paid!

Update: my husband called and spoke to the manager, Sam, and he got the ball rolling and my truck was ready for pick up next day. I was told my truck would be filled up and washed when I picked it up. It was filthy and had a new ding on the back quarter panel just for good measure. Sam set up a detail for me at Wash N' Roll in town. They did a great job! However, Junior, shouldn't be a service advisor. He never once introduced himself to me, never followed up or provided any actual service.Worst experience at any dealership. I have had to call every time but once to find out the status of my vehicle repairs. When I was supposed to get a call back with an update, my service advisor was off that day and the message I left for another advisor was never returned so I had to go into the dealership to find out the status of my vehicle.The dealership has had my truck for over a month. It sat last week while the mechanic was on vacation. No effort has been made to make sure this was completed in a timely manner or that I was given updates.It's amazing what a follow-up call with a smile in your voice can do for your customers. Customer service is dead at Jones Buick GMC Casa Grande.

Took my truck in for a charging diagnostic check. Was told If I could have it there by 7:30 AM It would be first into the shop. Dropped the truck off, never heard anything all day. Tried calling but only got a voice mail, left a message. Tried calling the next day same results. Drove to the dealership and spoke with a service tech who advised they had more cars than mine to work on. I told her I had an appointment for first thing the previous morning and she advised I didn't have a appointment with the service department just with the advisors. I ask for my truck back as it hadn't been looked at yet (a 20 minute diagnostic check) and went some where else.

My service advisor was very friendly and quick to get me in and out. The supervisor even went on a short ride with me due to concerns I had about a "noise" my car was making. I was very satisfied with the attention I received.

I purchased a 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 this past December and can't speak highly enough of the team who sold me the truck. I'm an unsatisfied costumer. I have a tire monitor light that won't go off. I would have to pay $145 to repair the tire valve affecting the monitor. I have a $125 credit from OnStar that no one would take the time to figure out how I could use the $125 credits towards my repair. I called OnStar they told me they would walk whomever would call them through the process. I'm not happy that this dealership does not already know the process and would send me away unsatisfied.
