Jim is a great guy! Would go to him any time. He was very busy, but took to time to find someone in the area that could fix my awning quickly. So good to see RV Service guys working together to help one another out for the customer. That shows they care and they like what they are doing! Thank you Jim for recommending Paul to me. Had Jim out to the RV twice in 3 weeks for microwave replacement (non-emergency) and a broken black tank valve. Since he is very good, he is booked up pretty solid during the winter season so be patient. On the valve replacement, Jeremy came out and was a great guy and fixed a challenging problem. And prices were reasonable. Would highly recommend his service.

Jim is just a quality guy! We used his service about a year ago and was pleased with his work. We had another issue that needed addressed recently so I called him back and he was more than willing to help me figure out my problem over the phone and even squeeze me into his schedule same day if necessary. Turned out it wasn t and he saved me a service call. Its pretty rare these days a business owner puts people over profit.Thanks Jim!

Jim took the time to walk me through my AC wiring, when he could ve been doing his work and making money, but instead took the time to give value to me and my family by getting me going in this Arizona heat and didn t even charge me a dime. My Dometic refrigerator died. No power. I did some trouble shooting at midnight, but in the morning, I called Jim's and left a message. He called back within two hours and walked me through further trouble shooting. He is very knowledgeable and took me step by step diagnosing the problem. I took the part to a nearby RV parts store and replaced it. Jim said that if the parts store didn't have it, to text him back and he'll look in the back of his van. Jim was instrumental in getting my refer fixed in the Arizona heat.

Jim charge me service call which was 65 dollars, which I fully expected to pay. One of my air condition units was leaking when it rain and the wind had to be blowing for it to leak. My electric seat was not working. My problem was he didn t fix a thing and charged me a total of 185 dollars. All I got from him was how and air conditioner work and if I check the wiring I would find the problem with my seat. I was very disappointed in his visit, would not recommend him.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

I highly recommend Jim's RV service. He is very knowledgeable and fair rates. I had a problem with my heater. He diagnosted over the phone with me andknew exactly what the problem was. Not the 1st time Jim saved our butt! This time our AC in our motorcoach went out in the middle of a HOT AZ. night. Called Jim next morning, he explained over the phone how to get AC back online temporarily. Ordered the part that morning and came out in 110* and installed the part. Mind you... this was Friday of Labor Day weekend! Very RV knowledgeable, even explained how our coach splits and uses amperage for all of our appliances. We used Jim's RV repair service multiple times when we purchased a brand new Forest River camper and it was a complete disaster off the lot for 5 years. You name it, it was defective on this camper. We were working away from home and the dealer we purchased it from so we needed help where we were located. Jim was always professional, kind to our situation, provided excellent service and repairs. He was always on time and very thorough in making sure all the repairs were made. I can personally speak to the fact that Jim likely saved my life during a blizzard and power outage that lasted about 14 hours by telling me how to run my furnace by hooking up the truck to the camper. We are thankful to have had such a professional mobile repair person where we were staying. You can't go wrong with calling Jim to take care of your RV needs.

We were travelling from British Columbia to Casa Grande and on a tight schedule. Called him, left and message and surprise, surprise actually received a call back, rare in this day and age! We told him of our tight timeframe and he was so accommodating to help make it work for us and we set up an appt. Luckily, my husband was able to fix our issue. We are tucking Jim s phone number away should we ever need work done, just had a really good feeling about him and his professionalism.

Called 4 RV Repair services Jim's was the only one to return my call that day plus texted me staying in touch. Jim was able to order a new AC unit that day and let me know when it arrived and offered to deliver it to me or meet me however I wanted to do it. More than pleased with Jim's RV Service.One other place called me back the second day and never heard from the other two

Jim returned my call (left message Sunday) promptly on Monday morning. Said he'd come later on Wednesday, called when on his way. Great, efficient, friendly guy. Had a water pump problem. Offered a few fixes, did what I asked and on his way. Highly recommend Jim's RV Service.Not pricey, just right.Janice D.

Jim called me back pretty quickly on a Saturday morning. Furnace has been malfunctioning for a month plus. I replaced multiple parts with no success. Even though Jim could not get out to help before we leave town, he was able to diagnose problem and directed me on how to repair. Even manufacturer couldn t help.

Jim was great! His phone number is now part of my contacts favorites. He quickly diagnosed the problem, let me know how to fix should it happen again, and then stayed around to discuss black tank cleanout...all with no charge! This isn't why I'll have Jim work on my rig in the future. He was knowledgeable, and knew exactly what to do! I'll definitely call him again!Service: Air conditioning

ive never left a review based on reading the reviews but since there was a couple that clearly were less than honest and Jim handled it like a pro. ill say im impressed just by the reviews and i will be calling. im at searra vista RV park and one of the RVs out here has a pretty nice looking fridge that is not factory to the RV that is plugged in to and has power but wont power on. looks as tho someone was in the process of removing it as the LP line was not attached. Any way, calls coming and im sure it will remain 5 starService: Electrical

I've lived in a 5th wheel for about 3 years now .....When i got this 5th wheel it was a mess !! I knew nothing about them ... Jim & his crew have been amazingJim has always called me back.... I was in need of an oil change and pretrip inspection for my RV. I had called several of the large RV shops in the area and none of them had anything available in the near future. I called Jim's RV Service and he very politely and regretfully told me he didn't offer that service, but said he might know if someone who could. He went through his contacts while we chatted and, when he couldn't find the information right away, he told me he would find it and text me the information. True to his word, he sent me the info within 30 minutes of my call. This man went above and beyond to help me and I will be contacting him when I return to Arizona in the fall to have some A/C work done on my Class B.

Had problems with fridge not want to light with propane Jim was kind enough to walk me through a few tips very thoroughly and even set an appointment to come out if I couldn't get problem fixed on my own top notch guy very honest and personable will definitely keep him saved in my phone for future use to fix my camper.

Arrived in Arizona for the winter, it was 100 degrees. We have a 42ft 5th wheel only one air conditioner was working. I contacted Jim's rv and he called me back. He had us do a few things and it straightened the unit out and it was working again. I will recommend Jim's rv to everyone. Very professional , honesty and reliable. The heat went out over night, and Jim was so busy he couldn t come to work on my rv. Yet, he diagnosed the problem after I described it, and he guided me through doing the repair myself. Had a problem with our refer in our rv . Called and left a message Sunday afternoon. Jim , responses about 11am said he d do all his calls and would stop possibly late Monday afternoon.
