I have been a long time Jiffy Lube customer for several years now, and I have never had service as good as I have had here. They did a full thorough inspection, extremely fast, were very detailed about the results, and was not pushy about sales. Highly recommend.

The custom service was really good . I didn t appreciate having to sit inside without any ac working . That s totally unacceptable as any company to not have the ac working for not only the customers but also the employees. That needs to be fixed . We are having 100 degrees weather . The last time I went the ac wasn t working then and now it s still not working for over a month . I will file a complaint. I will continue to check in to see if this matter has been taken care of . Keep up the good work with the staff but the owner I am not happy with

I am an industrial refrigeration mechanic with automotive background. I sent my girlfriend to this site to have her oil changed as I work long hours. I regularly take my company truck to other locations without issue. They informed my girlfriend that they did not have her filter and no auto parts stores nearby had it and asked her to call the other jiffy lube down Florence. She drove to the nearest O reilly auto parts and they had the filter in stock, and also stated they did not receive a request for this filter. She returned to the location, filter in hand and they did change the oil and filter for her but they did not check other fluids and air filter as stated on website for your basic oil change. They did not go over any other system checks that they are supposed to perform during their time with the vehicle wether they were good or needed attention. I expect the bare minimum when paying for a service and we did not get that. Also not impressed with oil stains on the front of the vehicle. This is a 2020 vehicle and I thoroughly inspected the vehicle when I got home from work and there are no oil leaks that could have caused this oil residue. Do better.Service: Oil change

Excellent customer service. We love the new manager as well. I got my oil changed on a timely manner and they even vacuumed the inside of my car mats which I really appreciated. It doesn t go unnoticed! Great team.

Tray & Jacob helped me with all the questions I had. They made me feel so comfortable while they worked on my car. One of the guys was playing games with my energy.One of those that do it right there, but on the low if you don't know better.Trying to pull my energy and stuff.They're satanic.Another guy that works there took notice.Other then that the service was good as usual.It's the satanists that work in places that I don't like.

Quick, easy, super nice guys working here! After leaving the dealership who I had an appointment with, who told me I would be getting an oil change 2 hours after my appointment, I am so glad to have come here and been in and out so quickly and easily! I will definitely come again!

Worst experience ever for an oil change. I'm sorry but $128 for an oil change (not including air filter) is excessive, and charging $30 for an air filter that the parts store has for $17 is highway robbery. I was the only vehicle there upon arrival but when others came in they seemed to stop working on mine. They told me my transmission was past its due date for a fluid change, THEN asked if it was manual or auto. When I said auto. she said it was fine. They tried selling me a tire rotation, front and rear differential, fluid change, antifreeze and everything else. If they charge $158 for an oil change and air filter there's no way I'm going there again. Two stars only because they checked lights. Big deal.Service: Oil change

I called ahead to check appointment availability and was told it's a first come first serve basis and only one car currently there, great news!When in I got there, they were fast about getting me into a bay, checking my lights and fluids while Marco assisted me with getting my vehicle all set up for the change and also was able to inform me my coolant was low. Overall they were fast, effecient and on point with helping me. Very easy experience!Service: Oil change

Went in for an oil change and ended up replacing the battery and air filter based on recommendations. I knew I needed to replace them so I went ahead and did it. Had an issue with the new battery, it was dead and they did not have another one readily available. They did however go and get me a battery and offered the same warranty. It added an extra 30 minutes to my service but overall I was satisfied with the service and the professionalism of the staff.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Battery, Oil change

Pleasant experience and great teamwork from all the Jiffy Lube staff! Cat will always take good care of you and make sure you leave with a smile! My experience at jiffy lube has always been good at both this location and the other jiffy lube on Florence Blvd in Casa Grande. I had an oil change done today and I also needed a new filter and had a rear light out on the license plate. Everything was done quickly I was in an out in less than hour and I had another customer ahead of me in line when I arrived. I think the cost is a fair deal because I know everyone working there is trained and I like how professional they are about everything. I will be going back for my next oil change and everything else that I can get done here because I know these guys will do it right.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Electrical, Oil change

I wasn't sure what time this location closed? Didn't even google it b/c I was overdue on my oil change. Anyhoo, Sergio directed me into the slot and James got all my info needed to do the service. I appreciate the great customer service from both gentleman. As a woman, you hear the horror stories about going alone to get your car serviced. I did not have that type of experience at all.
