Pro's: Not too many too say about them, they're professionals, they did the right job, very courteous, while waiting you can self serve with a freshly brewed Keurig coffee. Also the restroom is clean, and unlike other shops, there is soap and paper towels!Con's: A bit too pricey, compared to other places where I had to change the oil.

Great service! I have an AC so tall and the guys put me at ease the bay was tall enough. I asked if they had checked the tires and guy who checked me out not only said yes but the correct numbers. I can't tell you how many places have said they checked them and didn't or put wrong amount of air.Additionally I mentioned I was leaving on a long trip. I was told that I can stop at any Jiffy Lube in the country and they will top things off or check if I need. I am older and alone so that is nice piece of mind.

Delia Was very informative and talked me through the different oils I can use for my car. I was able to pull up and get my oil changed quickly. She have amazing customer service skills and the best attitude.

Tammy was very helpful listing and explaining everything to me. She was courteous and professional making me feel comfortable right off the start. The shop, office, restroom and waiting area was very clean and welcoming. I always use JiffyLube for my autos.

I think it's fair to say that jiffy lube is one of my favorite places to go to for service on all my vehicles. But the main reason I continue to come back is because of your employee Tammy. Tammy is by far a shining example of what a employee should be and represents the best part of the company with her knowledge and and great personality and her desire to make every customer feel welcome. I don't know what you pay this young lady but whatever it is, It's not enough. I know that if you ever lost her, you would lose a large percentage of your customer base. So thank you Tammy for always making my experience welcoming.

I would highly recommend Jiffy Lube in Casa Grande I went today and again was welcomed by Delia and Raul with friendly smiles and great service. Apparently Jiffy Lube in Casa Grand is so successfull they do not need business. I sit outside waiting for someone to check me in for over 5 minutes. I watched employees inside standing around Ignoring me.Since service is that bad I can't trust them to do a good job on my oil change.

They only put 5 quarts in my 3.6 which takes 6. Also overtightened the HECK out of my oil pan bolt. Spent 3 hours trying to get the stripped oil pan bolt out.At the end of the day, If you want your oil change done right, just wait till you can do it yourself.

Be Careful! I spoke to Carlos in Detail in regards to a 100,000 mile service for my Tacoma,.. We went over Details, Oil Type,, What Service They Can & Cannot Service ( Differential No Service ) Transmission & Radiator can be serviced at 9am Saturday morning, No more appointments that day, ( Friday ) Awesome,, See you tomorrow! I pull up & Tammy greets me,.. I say I have a 9am Appointment,, Before I let Tammy know if my appointment details, Carlos yells from underneath a vehicle We don t service those Transmissions,, I heard him but asked Tammy what he said,,.. Carlos Was Not Ready To Work Saturday Morning,.. These 2/3 Hour Jobs Weren t Happening Today!! Wow Tammy Deflected & Deflected when I asked How She Could Possibly Say They Don t Even Service Transmissions At This Location,.. Showed Tammy a 15 Minute Call To Her Location!!!!!

Apparently too busy for more work. I stood 15 mins at the counter today. Had several employees see me but no one checked on me. I had two that passed next to me twice. It was apparently more important to get the bottled water out of their car.If this is the case for new work, how do they treat people getting work done?I have used them in the past and it was difficult to get help and slow.

Tammy took care of my vehicle. I had a lot of work that needed to get done. And their work was high quality and Tammy made great suggestions like adding an additive to my oil to improve my gas mileage. Great staff. Great service. Highly recommend. :)

Had a hard drain plug but they managed to get it done only thing is the lil fight I noticed when I pulled up. Treat your employees better he was kind and went home instead of staying since everyone seems a lil lost this morning
