We had a new shower door to install, thought we could do it ourselves, uh.....no. So I called Jewell Glass, they had an installer ,Dustin, out the same day to give me a quote and was able to come out the next day. He was very professional and did an awesome job! Price was very reasonable, and they also gave us a military discount!! Will recommend to others!!

Had an emergency, had two broken sliding glass doors and they fixed it within a hour! Best glass shop in town! Affordable, Punctual, friendly and fast service.

I only had a small window of opportunity to get my windows tinted over my lunch hour. I called and the nice lady said they could fit me in over lunch that same day. As soon as I got there, Danny (the tint guy w/ 20yrs experience) had me pull my truck in and he got right to work.I chatted with Mark, his wife and Danny- they were all such nice people. I was out of there in under 1 hour with perfect tint on my two side windows and a sun strip. The price was reasonable as well. Lifetime guarantee on the tinting too.I will definitely use them again for my tinting needs and recommend them to anyone.

Called for an estimate. Had a combative attitude on the phone while asking me to do his job and take measurements and send them to him for shower panels. On top of that had a previous bid (that took him over two weeks to show up to) that was three times the going rate than every other glass company in AZ. If your looking for good customer service and a fair shake DO NOT. use jewel glass. Pathetic

I was used to the old facility. When they re modeled I was lost on how to get into the front office. A few months ago I took in some window screens to be re screened and a new frame made. They did a great job. I asked one of the shop employees about fixing the chips on my windshield and his reply was "if you were smart you should just get a whole new window". And walked back into the shop. I gave the benefit of the doubt by saying he was busy ??????

I had Sun shades installed and after a short time realized once I opened my windows files were coming in! Was told they didnt installed Bug screens, but sun screens. They never said I had to keep my screens on plus the ones they installed!. All I wanted was for them to come and check and see if any adjustments needed to be made or possibly a few more screws to hold them in place. The entire window should be covered which it is not on some. They would not even come out to check and I probably live less than a mile away.Very rude to their customers after the job is done as well as high priced.Will not recommend to anyone.

Extremely poor service. I had an 8am appointment. I arrive on time, walk in and the receptionist says they cant replace my windshield today because everyone was out working on another job. Poor, poor customer service. You would think a customer service call would have been the appropriate thing to do. But the receptionist said; I was just going to call you. Right. After i get there? Lost my business for sure.

CASA GRANDE ::::BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible Customer Service, Horrible Attitude and an owner that has no interest in keeping loyal customers.Some of you might know that Jewell Glass is under new ownership, Ma and Pa Jwewll you would be horrified to know that these new people are running the business into the ground.I have NEVER been treated so poorly by anyone in my life. Customer Service well that went out the door when Angela and Mark Mitchell took over the business. HORRIBLE.I was a loyal customer to this establishment for 17 yrs. I moved up to the Valley 3 yrs ago and recently got a crack in my windshield, called them up made an appointment and drove an hour to make it there 10 minutes early. They were horrible, I sat outside in the heat on the phone and when I came inside, was told that they did not have my glass, ok, so hello, what are you going to do to fix it? The situation was horrible and they did not offer any good solutions.I would never recommend this business to anyone. I drove right over to the competitor and was treated like a customer and with excellent customer service. If you need glass or windshield repair visit Sommer's Glass, there you will be treated with respect and courtesy.

My wife and I called a couple of places looking for window tinting in Casa Grande recently. The courteous staff, including owners Mark and Angela, answered all of our questions and provided an awesome tint at a competitive and appreciated price. Nothing but happy here! Thanks guys!

Was given a two hour window to come and give me an estimate for home windows. When they were late I called and was told we're busy and it's going to be another 30-45 minutes. THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME. I will use Sommers glass from here on out.

Wish I could give no star took forever to get the screens once on we realize there was gaps all over called them thay said we installed sun screens not bug screens with in a day the screens were falling off only used double-sided tape to hold them on call them that came back out and put screws on but had to wait another month because couple of the screens were busted but they didn't secured all of them couple more fell off a few weeks later we called them and that never came back out 4 months and nothing from them also that fixed a spring in one window and it broke within a month we left 3 messages no response horrible company

Had a wonderful experience. Took my car in for window tinting and received excellent customer service. My car looks fabulous love the window tinting, would defiantly recommend to family and friends.

AVOID! Horrible attitudes and incompetent: I paid in advance for a simple residential window pane replacement, 1 week later the WRONG pane arrived, after another week the incompetent installer put the pane in the frame CROOKED then it began FALLING out of the frame! Angela was useless and ignored my repeated requests for repair, then demanded a SERVICE CALL FEE to return to repair the danger they created!! The installer Mark also stole the trim from around the original pane then said to my face "they were never there". Horrible unethical business, go elsewhere !

Its a small business, so they're not too busy for you, like the other place where you can't even find a place to park. Fast, friendly service!
