We recently purchased a new jeep from this business. I told the salesman we wanted 10,000.00 trade in on our old jeep which had engine problems. While finalizing the financial papers I noticed they were only giving us 3,500.00 trade in. The salesman never said a word. He just handed the paperwork to me for my signature. We said NO we would keep our old jeep. Several days later the salesman kept calling us to do a review and we would get a free tank of gas. Before our purchase he had also mentioned an oil change. Finally we went in to do the review and get our tank of gas. The salesman had us drive a short distance from their business and park in a dirt lot. He asked for my husband's phone. He noticed my husband had already done the review however he did not give a perfect score to the salesman. He told us we would only get the gas with a perfect score. This seems very strange to me.

Third time purchasing from them, honestly one of the best dealerships I've been to my whole life. Dave Boston helped me out from the start and made sure I was taken care of and happy with the deal I was getting. I received a follow up call from Brian just wanting to check up on me and how I was feeling with my purchase super friendly. I am ecstatic with my purchase and how I was treated like family! If you are thinking of buying definitely go check them out.

I was very satisfied by the staff at Jerry Seiner Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Joe was very welcoming and also was aware of my needs of what I was looking for. I was upfront with him about my repo and he tells "I'm gonna work my hardest to get you what you are looking for" and he did! Joe went above and beyond for me...thank you Joe and God bless

The sales people and managers all were very helpful, especially Juan, Luis, Randy and Steve and David. They got me in the truck I wanted. I was going back and forth on which truck and not once did they get impatient or try to push me into something I wasn t really happy with. That is rare for any sales person much less a whole team!! I decided to get my wife a vehicle the next day and told them again what I wanted for her and as before, they all jumped in to work on a great deal for me!This is my first vehicle purchase in Arizona and I will never go anywhere else. Seiner has definitely earned my future business. Thank you guys so much !!

I needed to take the time to let everyone know how great of a dealership Jerry Seiner is! I stopped in to just take a look at their newer used car inventory and ended up with my own vehicle! The staff was welcoming and interested in the wants and needs, that me and my family needed. I am so thankful for Tom and his crew and will definitely return for future purchases and continue to refer my friends and family =D

I dealt with Kathy Acevedo and Brian Fierro. Both were very helpful, patient and professional. I am very satisfied with their customer service and ability to address any questions or concerns that I had. I definitely recommend this dealership. I came in for a specific car with a specific price range. They had very good options but they didn't have EXACTLY what I wanted at first. But I started to work with Brandon and he kept looking for me and kept in close touch, within a week he found the exact car I wanted exactly in my price range and immediately called me in to check it out. Of course I went home with it. I was absolutely very satisfied with the service from Brandon, Luis, and Kathy. They were very amazing and helpful. Highly recommend!

Thanks to a fine salesman Willie Dodt our dream has finally came true with the purchase of our brand new 2023 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon yesterday2-19-24. We couldn't believe we had such a great experience buying a new vehicle. Willie was fantastic as was the paper work man Kevin. Setting down to the last part of a buy is hard however Kevin made this experience exceptionally easyIf you are looking for a new Jeep, Ram or Dodge you cant go wrong dealing with a great locally owned company. I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership but would like to thank Steve Johnson for his time an exceptional customer service. We did not end up buying a vehicle here only because they did not have what I was looking for, not for any other reason. He did an amazing job from day one going over all the specs & features of the Limited RAM 2500 night edition. Answered all my questions and if he did not have the answer, he would find someone who did. Thank you again for your excellent service!

Ino took care of my husbands vehicle needs and paid attention to everything we asked for. So if you're looking to buy a vehicle, I suggest you take your hard earned money elsewhere. All they will do is lie to you and screw you over. Case in point, they sold me a used challenger with damage and didn't disclose it to me that it had damage. The GM, who is no longer there due to practices that shall we say not ethical, sold people pipe dreams lied and made bad deals. I approached a manager with my issue and concerns, and all that he could muster was well he ain't here, sorry for what he did.I'm putting out all his fires now. They would not make it right, so we live and learn, and with 100% certainty, we will never buy, recommend, or give a good review to this dealership. They are not about making lasting relationships they are about screwing over their customers.buyer beware.

Exceeded expectations. The staff at Seiner CJDR treated us with the utmost dignity and respect. They wasted no time and gave an outstanding offer upfront. They beat all the valley dealers pricing and were honest the entire time. This place also gives 3 free oil changes when you buy from them. I was also preapproved at a low rate from my credit union that the Seiner team was able to beat. I will most definitely be back again.
