Update to our review.We came in for our first oil change. Without us knowing all the 'whys' it took a lot longer than we were quoted. A 45 min oil change took nearly 3 hours. Not just for us, but 6 other individuals.We loved our visit to Jerry Seiner's! The sales people that helped us - Gilbert Riviera and Destiny Cervantes, were both SO Amazing! Very helpful and courteous. I recommend you ask for one of them on your visit!

Last year I purchased a jeep gladiator from Kathy and I truly enjoyed my experience. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and overall focused on my needs. Sadly I got in an accident where it was total. I reached back out to her and she was not only very empathetic but she partner me with one of her sale reps Brian. He was super Knowledgeable and Patient with me as I was truly new to Chevy brand. He helps ease my anxiety of purchasing a new vehicle. There was zero pressure and truly focus on my must have Features I was looking for. He took the time to listen and locate the exact vehicle I was looking for. I will say, hands-down, the best experience I ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. I am now a proud owner of a new 2024 Chevy trail boss. We have bought 2 vehicles off them in the last 2 months. We bought a beautiful 2017 black suburban premier with great mileage back in December. There was a few issues that need to be fixed but they had no issues handling that for us. They treated us soo well we went back yesterday and bought an additional work truck for our small company. We found a 2020 3500 diesel with 44k miles still under factory warranty for an amazing price we couldn't pass up. We appreciate Brian F, Ruben, Cathy and Spencer for helping us navigate this most recent purchase.

First time at Jerry Seiner and did not disappoint. Traded the '09 Civic for a gorgeous 2021 Chevrolet Equinox. Danni Moncivaiz assisted us into the trade-in and made the entire process very fluid and streamlined. Danni, along with Kathy took time to answer all my questions and concerns and never made me feel pressured and allowed me to feel comfortable and that our purchase was the right one. I went in to have a service preformed with balance and rotation of tires and alignment. Unfortunately the experience was not pleasant. They gave me my vehicle back with a steering wheel that was not straight and fluids were not topped up tire air pressures were incorrectly set and oil was left 1/2 qt low. I took it back for them to correct the alignment and straighten the steering wheel. They gave me the vehicle back a 2nd time and and there was no change, took at back again (#3rd time) and they were after 3 hrs. of me waiting they were unable to correct the issue. Told me that this was the best they could do. I had to take the vehicle to another dealership to have diagnosed and realigned. The second dealer corrected the issue and the steering wheel was straight as it should be. I went back to Jerry Seiner service and asked that they pay for the repair that i had to have fixed due to the work they preformed that was incorrectly performed. The refused and said i did not give them a chance to correct it. Nor did they offer to fill the oil and other fluids that were low. Remember I took it back 3 times. This is really bad business an i purchased this vehicle ( $98,000.00) from them and paid cash., I guess that they don't feel loyalty to their customers.

My name is Benny Roseman. I visited this dealership 3 different times. The first visit was to set an appointment for the next day at 7:30am. Second time there, I was asked questions about my car. I waited 9 hours before I had to ask what was going on with my car. I was given the run around. That was after being passed by all day . I feel there was No respect for me as a customer. I still today , do not know what is wrong with my car. Now after spending a full day setting, with No help, have to go back 6 days later, just to be told what I spent time time at this place. No respect for customers at this place.

Amazing service. My service writer Justin Malott has serviced both of my Silverado s and consistently keeps me up to date on my vehicles progress and never over promises. If you get your vehicle serviced here I d request him. Even offered a shuttle service to drop me back off at home free of charge. Thanks again!

I initially brought my truck in hoping for a warranty-covered fix due to a similar issue last year. Was recommended a fluid change for the transfer case at a cost of nearly $500. Unfortunately, this did not resolve the problem, and I was then quoted over $4000 to replace the transfer case, which I declined. Communication became a challenge as I struggled to reach the service department, experiencing multiple unanswered calls and texts over four days. Finally, after contacting the Salt Lake City dealership, I was able to pick up my truck. Disappointingly, there was no apology for the inconvenience, and my truck was returned to me in a dirty condition with muddy tires, unlike when I brought it in. Overall, a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience.

Thank you to Juan, Randy, and Kevin for the whole process helping me get my brand new 2023 Chevy Bolt! They were very knowledgeable on the new EV tax credit guidelines, gave me all the proper paperwork associated with the credit, and even were able to take the credit off the price of the car! I live about an hour away, so their willingness to finalize numbers via the phone/text was a godsend for my peace of mind and an added convenience. They had much of the paperwork ready to go when we arrived, so the purchase process was far faster than most dealerships ever could be. They understood our unique situation and were willing to be flexible to make it work so that we could make a deal.In addition, thank you to Kathy and Randy for their assistance with an after the fact promotion from Chevy. They took the time to figure it out from their side, even when it had been about a week after the purchase.

We are very pleased with the dealership. We are in town from Canada just for a few days and our truck needed an oil change. They took us in immediately. Tracy set up the oil change. In our conversation we mentioned an issue with our Maps app and the DEF gauge .nothing to do with the oil change but he had both checked out and a solution for the Maps. Turns out the DEF was not an issue. Tracy went beyond for us and really appreciated his efforts. We would recommend the dealership to anyone. And we did tell the management at the RV park that we are staying at. Thank you Tracy! You are the best!

We were very happy with our service here!! We went next door (where we bought our car) to see about getting our battery checked and replaced because it should be under warranty. They stated that they didn t have anyone that could check in until Thursday. This was Saturday morning. I asked if we could remove the battery and bring it up and they said no. I said that there was no way that we could go for almost a week with no car so they said we could check with someone else. We brought it here without an appointment and they said we could leave it and they would have someone look at it. They called a couple hours later and it was done. Terrific customer service which is hard to find nowadays and we will definitely be back with all of our service needs.

I wish I could give a minus 5 which reflects The customer service seiner provides.Called in for my free oil change I arrived and was told they would need to contact the sales department which could take several hours or I could pay $200 and just have it done myself (so much for free huh)This is not the only issue I've had with this so-called dealership. Not only cant the spell customer service but Seiner has no idea what it actually means. Do yourself a favor don't EVER buy anything from these idiots

My Fianc� and I worked with Joe Aguirre with the purchase of our new truck. Joe is awesome! He s honest and really listens to your needs and concerns. My wife made an appointment for an oil change. 12:30 pm. They said 90 minutes for the oil change ? Never even had the vehicle in at 3:00pm They have the worst service ever and need to be honest about it. You could have told her when she dropped it off it would be delayed by 3 hours. And it s happened before . Note the first time using this dealership. Same treatment both times. Never again.
