They seemed professional and knowledgeable. They were recommended to me as honest mechanics and their hours have recently become more accessible. With so much vehicle competition here in Casa Grande, it gives me peace of mind to think I've chosen well. Their prices are comparable to the rest of the shops around.

Took my Gran Marquis in to repair several items and some routine maintenance. Shop area was clean amd well lit. Service rep (I forgot his name, sorry) was friendly and quick to help. Repairs and service was completed the next day. Prices were very reasonable. Also received itemized list of work completed. Highly recommend this place for any work you may need!!

We recently moved to Casa Grande from Idaho and took our Ram Promaster City to Highway 387 Automotive to have the AC repaired. We had taken it to two different service facilities in Idaho and both times spent money and left with no AC. Talked with Steve at 387 Auto and they diagnosed quickly and accurately what was wrong and gave us options to fix it. They fixed it the same day and truly it works better than the day we picked it up new with ice cold air. We will definitely return to 387 Automotive as they truly did an amazing job at a fair price and and completed the job quickly and on time. Great job! I came to this repair shop on a recommendation. I couldn t be more impressed. Didn t schedule anything, dropped off the car on a Friday. It was done Monday morning at 8 (not open during the weekend *not a big deal because the car was not drivable). The shop experience was surprising. The whole building was the shop floor with a customer safe area. Super clean.Now to the fix: Wow I have a new car. I was convinced that it was a huge issue! Got the call on Monday morning the master air circulation valve needed to be cleaned. A hour and half of labor and love out the door I went. They didn t push anything else they fixed my issue and that was it. (They did do a look over of anything else that could cause me an issue)I m overly happy with the results I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. 5/5 stars for my experience. My forgotten grocery workhorse is back and I m very thankful.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Larry, great friendly experience! Awesome job on fixing my rear engine mount & finding a safety problem. The sway bar was loose on both ends! Weird, but they called with an update first before tackling it and in no time finished! No added enormous fees, problems explained in detail and left very satisfied! Back on the road again! Thanks Larry

These guys are knowledgeable, thorough, reliable and affordable. Just had the cars air conditioner replaced. It blows cold as when it was new! And it comes with a warranty!

I got stranded on the highway this morning and had to tow my vehicle to a local shop by my house. I picked this place because of the reviews and that it was open earlier than other shops. They looked over my vehicle and repaired everything needed for it to work properly. They were very fast and I got my car the same day and was very fair in the pricing. These guys are the professionals! I had my power steering pump and hose replaced and they handled it with ease. They are all so nice and respectful. They take the time to explain what is needed and how they will take care of it. There were no surprises cost wise and they had it finished in no time. I have been taking my car here for about a year and will continue to give them my business. Hands down the best auto shop in casa grande

Good honest and trustworthy. Thank you so much. I had a timing belt kit, all timing belt components and water pump installed. Good price, fast and good quality. I chose this shop after doing research on the neighborhood app and what neighbors recommended and they did not disappoint. One thing that was really refreshing and speaks to the honesty of this shop was when I called to get a quote I was initially quoted wrong and Larry called me right back and corrected the quote he had just given me. That really sealed the deal for me. During the repair I got a call with the vehicle inspection from Steve and it was very informative and I also got the inspection printed on the receipt for no extra charge. I would recommend this shop to family and friends, thank you Larry, Dave, Steve and team for the great service we will be coming back.

This shop is very friendly , honest and accurate on their quotes. They have done my brakes, front end suspension, oil changes, shocks, water pump and coolant flush. I highly recommend their service. See Steve! He has the knowledge and experience to answer all of your questions. He is very good about communicating and making sure you get your repairs done right.

They took my car in without an appointment to check out the warm ac system. A little over 2 hours later I had my car back with cold ac. Price was reasonable and they did a great job. I will definitely use them again.

Y all were extremely friendly but.. I came to y all with a faulty alternator. Y all insisted nothing was wrong with it. I stresssed to y all that yes, something is, it s just the tow guy charged my battery for a half hour. They refused to listen and said my car was fine, my car broke down 3 hours later in the middle of no where. So thanks a lot for listening to me. Always honest,reliable, dependable and educational. Anytime i have an issue they tell me what's wrong often show me what's wrong and how to avoid the issue if possible. Seriously these guys are the best and they make sure to take care of you. My wifes radiator overflowed they had it for a few hours and said that nothing seemed wrong just got hot so they made sure there were no other underlying issues and I was on my way with the cost of the coolant to fill it up. Cant praise these guys enough.

This place quoted us $1400 for a compressor and condenser. I got it done for $500 at my regular place in Los Angeles.Which led me to believe they were trying to get over on me a whole $900. I ll NEVER go back here. I could be on the side of the road 5 ft away and I wouldn t step foot there. Dishonest and greedy people.

Larry and the crew take care of my work vehicle. I can't say enough great things about these guys to do them justice! I expect good honest service and I receive good honest service. I always appreciate the fast work, but sometimes forget to tell them. So gentlemen, thanks for keeping me on the road and safe!

My vehicle was not shifting properly and it was starting to overheat, so I came over to this place since it was the nearest to me in my emergency. I dropped it off for diagnosis. Next day I get a call from the shop guy that I needed to replace some hoses and a bunch of filters and windshield wipers (I thought was unnecessary about the filters and wipers). I wanted them to diagnose the overheating issue and my transmission. I thought the quote they gave me was too much so I told them to put in a new battery and I would pick up my vehicle. I was disappointed in this place. That s my experience with this establishment. Nothing more.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I have been sending all my vehicles to them since they opened. Anything from oil changes to major repairs. Always quality work and fair pricing. The personal service is the best I have seen. I recommend them to anyone and everybody.

I was leaking transmission fluid from my truck. I called in a state of emergency they took me in even though they had no more space and got me in and out in under 10 minutes. Larry and the rest of the crew were super helpful and knew what to do and quickly. Would recommend to everyone easily.

Great shop! Super clean and the guys are friendly, fast, and very knowledgeable. I broke down on i10 and they found the part I needed and had me back on the road in a matter of a few hours. Highly recommend!!

Very good service and friendly staff. I made an appt., they got me in fixed everthing in a decent amount of time. Even game me a ride to and from my home while car being worked on. Great repair shop!!!!

Have had oil change, alignment and brake replacement done here. Great communication, work, and reasonable prices. They won't do what you don't need. Highly recommend.

Fyi they can't work on anything older than 96 because if they can't just plug in an obd2 reader then they don't know how to fix it.
