I was traveling and approximately 2000 miles from home with an immediate need for 2 front tires. Found this shop online and called them. They were only 10 miles from where I was. Jake was great to work with! The put me right in and got me back on the road in time at all! Super friendly staff! Highly recommend!!!

The guys at the front counter could stand to smile and engage occasionally.Update: I wrote this review right after a rotation. So about 2 1/2 weeks ago I was there and not only were they rude and miserable but they rotated bald tires and never said a word. My guess is they haven t been doing their job.Dallas. You just lost a customer. Make excuses up all day. This behavior is unacceptable. 3 bald tires. You put my and my passengers life in danger. I trusted you and wanted to do the right thing by keeping my money in my community. You gotta do better. Discount it is. That s where I was before and that s where I went back. I was willing to pay more and this is what happens. Adios.PS I had an appointment. No one was fitting me in

Excellent service and atmosphere. You can tell the people who work here have a passion for cars. I don't trust anyone with my Corvette but Giddens is the place for the best service. Will be back for sureThanks everyone!

Did a great job putting a new belt on my truck and changed my oil. Great customer service. The only thing I wasn't happy with was when they brought my truck back to the front when it was done, the mechanic got grease all over my steering wheel cover and my door.

First time visit. We had that random damaged tire. Walked in and was greeted and helped instantly. The service center area was very customer friendly the staff very helpful and confident. Jake helped us right away and we were in and out pretty quickly. Definitely will be back for a new set of tires here.

We've been going to Giddens Tire Pros for over a dozen years, mainly for tires and oil changes. It's always been an excellent experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. They try to meet your needs and don't try to upsell. The owner, Dallas Giddens, is an iconic local business figure and is always entertaining. They have a nice indoor waiting area and a spacious outdoor waiting area with food and beverages (also known as Sonic). Their prices aren't always the lowest in town, but they are competitive and worth it for the great service you receive.

Blew a tire just out of Casa Grande... called around on the way into town and they had the tire we needed and had the better price. They got us in right away, with awesome customer service, great waiting area and coffee was a bonus. We recommend Giddens Tire Pros to everyone!

Been here multiple times trying to give these guys a fair chance but just not up to par for service time. Staff upfront is very polite and friendly, had to drop a star, I was informed about the employee/techs are always slacking off which I was curious about & seen it first hand is true three times now, it shouldn't take 5hrs for 4 new tires to be install, and over 3hrs to do tire rotation nor should it take over 3hrs for an oil change but it does here.

This place is so much more than tires. My f250 almost went up for sale.Then I hooked up with these guys.Know there stuff very friendly very busy 10 stars.Give em a try.

these guys are professional anddo care about doing their customers right, would nottake my vehicles anywhereelse ...still professional, still do customers right, still wouldnot take my vehicleanywhere else, these guysare very dependable andthe bathroom is alwaysclean my car is a little older, butthese guys have kept it running good for over ten years now, highly recommend their work,they are really nice peopleand are very patient withall my questions, and sometimes i have a lot ofquestions , wouldnt takemy car anywhere else

I would give Giddens Tire Pros zero stars if it was possible. I drove from Florence for my scheduled 3 PM appointment for a alignment. I arrived five minutes early only to stand and wait for 10 minutes as only one guy was working the front desk. I told the man who claimed to be the owner of the shop, who was working the front desk that I had a 3 PM appointment. The supposed owner told me that she did not have enough time to get me in and he was just too busy. I tried to explain to him that I had a 3 PM appointment but he did not care. He told me that that s just how things are . I wish they would ve had the customer service or the courtesy to call me before I drove from Florence. To make matters worse, I took off of work two hours early just for this appointment.

Always use Giddens Tire Pros for our car needs in Casa Grande. They are locally owned and operated trust then with our modern cars and classic vehicles. Dallas and Brandon run a tight ship and take care of issues that arise and always let the customer know the status of their vehicle. Been using them now for almost 15 years. They have worked on our 71Charger to our 2016 Challenger. Never disappointed and always price competitive.

We needed our brakes replaced on our Honda Fit. They got us in quickly and worked diligently to get our parts and on the road. They will be our go-to shop in Casa Grande going forward!

I'm saddened to have to change my 5 star review to 1 star today. I brought my car in a few days ago for an alignment, but was told I needed other parts replaced first. They ordered the parts for me so I could have my friend do that for me, but had every intention of coming back for the alignment. Today I had to bring my car in again as it sounded like my rear brake pads were bad. I asked how much that would cost before bringing it in so I wouldn't waste their time if I didn't have enough money. Had enough, so I brought it in. Turned out I need new rotors and a lot of other stuff done, so I could no longer afford the repairs. Dallas told me I'm wasting their time and made me feel so bad. I tried apologizing, it was not my intent to waste their time. After all, I had the money for what I thought I was bringing it in for. I've been going here for years and loved this place, recommended to everyone. Now I'm heartbroken and I truly feel terrible and like an embarrassment. I will not be returning for that alignment or for any other reason, which I imagine is what they want anyways. Would have been happy to pay for the diagnosis if they had a charge for that, but I don't believe they do or they'd have charged me. Farewell Giddens, you were good to me up until today. I don't have credit cards like I used to so unfortunately I can't pull money out of nowhere for extra repairs that I didn't expect. I would have had you guys do brake pads anyway, but you advised against it. Wouldn't even give me the paper that said everything that is wrong with the car, so I guess you guys are getting even as Ill have to waste my own time on a new diagnosis. I'll be sure to go somewhere that charges for a diagnosis so I don't upset other mechanics. Greatest (and sincere) apologies. I won't waste your time in the future.

My wife and I were in a very tight spot. The timing chain on our F150 pick up failed. We had to drive back to Idaho by 3 April and Ford could not get us in until the 16th. In a panic, I called brandon at tire pros, and he got us right in, was very fair with the pricing and took care of the problem. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!!! I will always be in your debt brandon, thank you

Giddens Tire Pros have always been my local go to guys. They have done a great job with my automotive needs. I just had a lube, oil and filter service completed. They were ready for me when I arrived and they completed the service work in a very reasonable time. Thanks guys! I appreciate your efforts over the years.

I ve been going here for a while for solely oil changes since my grandpa had been going here for years and recommended it. My AC went out. This was my first major service needed. Giddens gave me a quote for over $850 to fix it. They said the hose was cracked and it needed a system recharge.I went to another major shop who was honest and told me that my hose was not cracked and everything was working perfectly. They gave me a system recharge, new air filter AND an oil change for $250 !! Giddens tried to steal $600 from me. I don t know if it s because I m younger or a woman but I hate when the public struggles to find an honest company to service them and not rip them off.

The first time my battery died across the street in Fry s parking lot. I walked across the street and not knowing me they got me going and after a couple of visits I have found that Giddens is now where I go for all my car and pickup needs. I drive a few extra miles just to go there. I am so happy that I have found a very good and honest repair shop for all my tires, battery s, oil changes and auto repairs. They always treat me very well.

This place tried telling me my AC blower was out, and tried charging 500 to fix it that and my temp gage.I knew when I took the car in that there was some air coming out. So long story short my fianc� and I took the car apart ourselves and noticed the blower was unplugged. These people totally tried ripping me off, and I feel sorry for the ones that they already have ripped off!You tube will teach you everything, never again will I go to a mechanic, especially this one!They also told me my wild shield fluid reservoir was not broken, when I got home I filled it up, and it was leaking!!Also in the reply below, if it was less than 500 why did you tell me it would be 500 bucks to fix? So you just round up? Didn t know that was how that worked!

Being female and trying to get honest shop work done is difficult, that being said I would like to say a HUGE thank you to Giddens. I had front end work done and needed an alignment and at first I went to break masters who told me it would be roughly $80, I had a coupon. Not very long after I dropped it off they said they couldn't do it because it needed more front end work and they would need another $180, totalling $260. I immediately took my car back, called my step dad, and he sent me here. Not only we're they able to do my alignment but they found nothing but missing grease fittings and cotter pins which they said would not prevent an alignment. Texted my mechanic and he said he is on it, thank you Giddens for treating me like a human being.

Dropped in unannounced and they made time to rotate my tires. The service is always professional and never over-priced. In fact, half the tire issues I come in for, they fix for free, including today s rotation. Excellent as always.

I have taken my car to Dallas and Brandon for 12 years. They always do the work efficiently and professionally. Now I have a classic car, too, and they treat my baby as their own. I'm never pressured or upsold. I trust the people and work at Giddens

I found a screw in my rear tire on the way home to Buckeye, AZ and I called Giddens and Tire Pros and they were able to get me in at 4 pm . My tire was not able to be fixed, but they put the spare on for me so I could get back on the road! So thankful for the nice service and saving me a tire change on the side of the freeway.! Def stop here!!
