Forst of all it took over a month to get my car back from bumber and electrical damage. Constantly telling me they ordered the wrong part. They discounted me for this which I appreciate. However, my bumper and another part come out Constantly and I have to push them back in myself. A part of what they replaced was broken off and hanging out in my driveway. Please do not go here... my insurance company has already been notified and they are seeking help else where than this location.

During estimate was told would likely take 2 days for minor scratches on new vehicle, and also that rental car assistance available. I made appointment 2 weeks in advance. I knew there was issues when email Mon a.m. "We did receive your vehicle via tow company." I had personally drove truck there Sun Night. On Monday a.m. I called and asked for JH, estimator, to call me re when vehicle would be finished. The lady at front desk said she was likely too busy doing payroll, and that there was no assistance for rental cars and offered to call insurance co., but never did. On Tuesday am I drove by and found truck was not even moved to secure area. And nothing started. When I called Tues. in a.m. desk person said JH could not call on Mon because too busy in meetings all day. I picked the truck up Tuesday before they closed and nothing ever started. I realized that nothing was going to be done probably for a week or more. This was a huge inconvenience for my wife and I juggling cars and work schedules. If they would have called and delayed a week until able to handle, that would have been fine. But totally no communications from management. Would not recommend. They made several promises and did nothing after vehicle dropped off.Service: Body & Trim

I got my car from carvana and they was suppose to fix my the back part of my car. They told me the send information from carvana that they will pay and I did, they told me I didn t need to follow up about it. Now they won t fix it cause them offering to pay for it expired. So just know you may have to blow their line up but honestly I would just go somewhere else. The location I m talking about is in casa grande in arizonaService: Body & Trim

DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP.....As you can see by the negative review they don't care about their customers. I brought my car in for an estimate it took two and a half weeks. Zero communication they just don't care

Customer service is absolutely terrible. It has been 1.5 weeks to write a paint estimate. The shop keeps saying the system keeps crashing and they haven't been able to complete the estimate. Every time I call the manager Jenny who writes the estimates isn't in the office. You would think for a paint job that will be well over 10k they would get the paperwork completed. If the paint and body work is completed at the rate the paperwork is completed things aren't looking good for me . I have called every few days and I'm told they " are working on it and they will get back to me " I'll update how long this takes when it's done.

This place would not even write an estimate. Claimed they were to backed up with insurance claims. Either way it was a lousy way to do business and horrible customer service. I'm determined to let every one know that. Don't take your cars or trucks here.

Had to use Garber due to my insurance, due to being backed into on the front passenger door. I was told due to shipping delays and the paint department Being backed up it was going to take 2 weeks. They had my vehicle over 30 days, Kama did not call me when they said they were going to. After a week or 2 the door that they fixed no longer worked to unlock.. Not with the key fob Bob or the button on the outside of the door.Called for a second appointment So they could fix the door they had already repaired.. Was told the part would be ending 2 days, I've never got a phone call.. Called a week later still no still no part.. After 2 weeks it's the part came in and I had to physically show up to ask about it and make the appointment.

It took almost Two months to get my vehicle back as they pushed the pick up date out three times. When I finally went to pick it up the engine light was on amongst other lights. I had to sit and wait for them to fix the problems. I will say that the staff is very friendly and professional, and the bodywork on my vehicle was well done.

Gerber does inferior work. The original repair was made with cheap aftermarket parts that did not fit, even though I asked for OEM. I had them re-do the repair with genuine GM parts and the fit would have been correct if they had not bent the clips that held the fascia on in the two times they had to disassemble it. It was better, so I accepted it rather than risk having them do more damage by taking it apart a third time. Next problem: 6 weeks after the repair, the paint began to check and sand scratches began to show in an area that was supposed to have been fixed by painless dent repair. The area had obviously been fixed with filler instead. I showed it to the shop foreman. He told me that they would sand it all out and do it right. What they did instead was wet sand it and shoot multiple heavy coats of clear to try to hide their poor work. 3 months later, the clear is shrinking into the underlying scratches and the sand scratches in the underlying work are again showing on the surface. I went there today to show it to them and was told they were too busy to look at it, come back next week. I will now file a BBB complaint.

Took my truck for the second time here for repairs. I was so impressed with the craftsmanship of the work and the fact that they kept updated, I went back the second time. I asked the body man to look for the "idiot magnet " on the catalytic converter. He looked confused and I told him every time I come to Casa Grande some idiot is attracted to my truck. But they do excellent work and on a timely fashion. Clean establishment inside and out to include the shop area. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who take care of their customers. Hopefully I won't be back but if I need collision repair, this is where I go. Check them out and thank you all.

Very professional and friendly. They explain what you need and why. Helpful and considerate. We have plans to have them repair our vehicle in the next few weeks.

Took my mom's van to them for repairs got a call from the adjuster the day we dropped it off was told 7-10 days, time frame gets to the end nobody contacts me, I call them around the 10th day "oh parts are delayed" I understand things are delayed but communication is a great thing, get told someone will keep me posted a week later I am calling them yet again for an update, I called them on Monday to be told that the hood wasn't insurance quality so it had to be sent back ask for an ETA oh we don't know that. I am beyond irritated with the lack of communication on their part as a business communication is a big factor, I wouldn't recommend this shop

Absolutely terrible experience. I dropped my car off for an estimate and was told it would be examined and I d get an estimate the next day. Four days later and I called. They finally sent an estimate to my insurance for $1700. My insurance approved, so I dropped off and was told my car would be ready in a week. A week later and my car was not only not ready, it hadn t even been started. When they outsourced the work to one of their venders their vender came back with almost triple the estimate cost. And they couldn t get a hold of my insurance to verify that was ok. My insurance company never received a phone call or email. My insurance sent an adjuster out and I was told my car would be ready in 3 days. At 3 days I was told it would now be 5 more days. All in all. My car was gone for over a month. My insurance company has never dealt with a worse auto body shop and actually took the shop off their selection of places to have one s car repaired. I honestly don t understand how an auto body place could have worse timing, it was for a few spot of hail damage. Sooo crazy.

The folks from Madison to office personal are great!However, and there's always a however! The guys in the body shop, tend to show up and work whenever. Almost 2 weeks for $1600.00 worth of rear end damage! They had a week to order parts!

Sent me away with a dangerous broken vehicle and when I told them there was still something wrong with it they tried to snake out of it and said they didn't see anything wrong. Took it to a mechanic and found the 2 problem in matter of minutes and then they took weeks to fulfill their obligations. Gerber and Geico are in cahoots with each other to rob and stiff their clients.

I had a nightmare experience with this shop. I am disappointed I did not check the negative reviews from Google before taking my car in.I hate to single out anyone but there is clearly some people working there that are inept and should be retrained at their job. I believe the GM wants to the right thing but at the end of the day if your final product is lousy and the people you are involved with are simply incompetent you will always end up with the the same result. A lot of wasted time(from both sides), money being thrown away and an unhappy customer.They have a tracking record of missing things or basically leaving them broken and unfinished, then you are supposed to go hunting down or wait for them to fall apart wile you are driving, which is exactly what has happened.Few examples: Bottom guard non attached bouncing on the ground (same as the other guy), missing antenna parts, wrong parts put in that don't fit in, missing screws or screws that don't match each other, everyday I discover something ruined. I have never seen such lousy work from a so called professional bodywork shop in my life.I hope this review saves the next poor soul from making the same mistake we did.

Something that was only going to be a day to fix, turned into a week. I was told I was going to receive a call from the GM on an eta. He never called, I had to call to see what was taking long. No one ever called to let me know anything

Terrible service I took my Honda there and they removed the bottom guard and never put it back on. When I tried getting in touch with them they never returned any of my calls. I also tried calling the corporate office and they didn't return my calls either this place is a scam do not take your car here.

They went above and beyond to help me after my accident, not only did they do a great job on the body work but found a faulty cap causing my ac to not work. In Arizona that's a big deal. Thanks alot Zack and crew you guys really got me out of a bind.

Fixed the back side of my car after a tire blew. Looked like new. I did have a problem with my handle coming off twice but they fixed it after the second time i took it in.

Took in my 17 ram 1500 after it got rear ended took 3 weeks to do the repair and when I received the truck it has a imperfections the driver side is uneven from the tail gate the inside cargo lamp is not working and found a spot on the passenger side i found a dent that was not repaired will be taking it back to get it redoneService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
