Took in to fix a coolant leak after a whole week and 930 dollars I go pick up my car still leaking coolant, parts in the engine bay not secured and engine bay dirty full of coolant. After an argument with the manager Jordan Espa�a he says he doesn t not want to do anything for me anymore due to exchange of words, which is fine but I noticed they didn t install the car bottom cover back on. After letting them know they say that cannot find it and to come back on Monday and ask somebody else or I could just go look for it myself. I ve been using Firestone with Daryl in Gilbert AZ, but this location just seen unprofessional. Now I m missing more parts than what the car went in with!! And. How is it possible to not notice a leak like that before calling me saying it s done!!!

These guys were fantastic didn't pressure me into anything more than what I needed and even honored the buy 3 get one 1 free tire deal I set up my appointment with online very reasonably priced with services. Great customer service!! Will definitely be coming back here

Called Friday to make sure they could do an alignment on my Tesla. The representative told me yes. Their website also advertises that they do alignments on Tesla. Got there Tuesday morning just for them to play with my car and tell me that multiple things was wrong and required more work. Just lazy workers! I took my Tesla to brake plus and they did the alignment with no issues and told me to change out all 4 tires. Less than one hour at brake plus for a great job! Take your car somewhere else!!!

I had a rental car from the airport and headed south about 40 miles before my flat tire indicator came on. The rental car company gave me three tire shop options to take the car to for a repair. I chose this Firestone, and although I came just before lunch, Phil was very helpful in getting the car through the process as quickly as he could (there were other cars ahead of me in the shop) to get me on my way. When I started off, the tire sensor was still showing zero and had to be driven to be reset. He offered to jump in and take it for a drive to ensure that would indeed fix it. It did! Thank you, Firestone team and especially Phil!

They were able to take my car in immediately to work on it when it had a coolant leak. The repair was delayed for quite a while because the part they needed didn't arrive in the mail on time, but the instant they got the part, my car was fixed the same day. I worried I was pestering them calling once a day asking if the part arrived, but they remained respectful the entire time.

Beware of prices here. Got an estimate for fixing my AC while they were having a "promotion" going into the warmer months. The quote was for more than $1100. I let them know I was going to "price shop" because that felt expensive. I was told "it's competitive for pricing". That was 2 weeks ago. I just had my AC fixed yesterday and the quote was for $550. Their "competitive" quote was 2x more expensive than Christian Brothers, so I went ahead and had them complete some other services while they were fixing the AC.

We had a flat tire as a result of a not nice pothole on Signal Peak Rd at night. We had the car towed to Firestone, they were great about the repairs. Got us done and back on the road. They have always been polite and very helpful.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever had in my entire life. Do not go here. Super incompetent. They lost the security key to my locks for my wheels, so I ended up having to have it towed back to firestone to get them cut off. They up sold me on some super rare tire that there's only one left in the state. so I couldn't match them when I went to buy more tires. When the tire started leaking. I made an appointment at 9am to have it replaced. I Had to downgrade my tire. Been waiting 2 1/2 hours and they started taking off the wrong tire. (See picture). What's the point of making an appointment. Biggest waste of time and money.Services: Tires, Oil change

Took car for an alignment.Got there at 2:15pm (before 3pm) like they said on the phone when I called.Worker - There s a car getting an alignment it would take 45 minutes to an hour then your car is next It is 4:50pm and they still haven t started to work on my car? ReallyThey should not give a time frame like they give me if they know is most likely going take longeeeerrrrr than what they said.3 hours and they haven t even started to work on my car.Wow I am out of words, there s a lot of things they could of doneEx. Call costumer and let them know is going to take longer than expected are you still wanting to wait? Unlike discount tire they honored the warranty on our flat no tire no issue. Had us in and out in 30 minutes.

I keep giving these guys the benefit of my doubt. Every time they let the vehicle sit for the entire day, don t tell you they need more time, and never contact you. I didn t think auto shops need more than 1 day to do a diagnostic on a car. I had one done at Middletown Automotive in Casa Grande before and they had it done in a couple of hours. I really want to like this shop but I guess I ll really have to find another place. Please utilize the smaller mom and pop shops here in CG. Corporate places are just in it for the money.

Had a 1 o clock appointment arrived early at 1:50. My car was still sitting in the same spot in the parking lot. Not even touched five guys. Are there working well? Four of them are standing around talking to the guy that was working on a car. Why make appointment if you re not gonna keep them

I called without an appointment and Phillip got my car right in without a wait. After examining the exhaust system on my Honda, he and the service tech determined that the extensive repair was beyond the capabilities on site. I was referred to a local company who could do the work and I was not charged anything for their time. Great customer service Phillip and yes I will be back for service on both my vehicles. Thanks to all.

I have been a Firestone customer for a year plus now and I have had nothing but great service and excellent professional customer care. Aaron, Tyler and any service tech or mechanic or any customer relations representative is very courteous and kind the service on my vehicle has been outstanding to say the least! Hands down great location and great company.

These guys were great. I needed emergency tire patching service when I was on my road trip to Tucson. They took me in and repaired the tire when discount was giving me the run around.Gonna be buying my future tires here instead of discount. Bunch of good quality guys in the shop.Thank you!

I had a flat tire. Even though they were busy, they worked me right in and they even worked in a discount!! Very courteous and polite!! I have used them before and will always continue to use them.

I took my car to check oil pressure, a man called me and said it would cost 149.00 to fix the issue. I said great fix it. When I went to pick my car up I had to pay 260.00. Different people told me they were treated the same way.

I showed up at Firestone an hour before they close. I had just left work and my tire was flat. They got me in quickly and fixed my flat tire. I ve been using Firestone for a few months now (oil changes and a rotation) they have yet to disappoint and the staff is so nice. I will continue to use Firestone.

My car has been sitting there for 2 days waiting on a diagnostic . Idk if it supposed to take that long but they never called me yesterday when they said they would very unprofessional. Find a Casa Grande mom pop shop to support cause these people are just looking to take our money and not do their jobs.

I stopped by there 1 day to ask for their opinion before I headed out for a 4 hr drive. I was hearing a clanking sound under the hood. I asked if it sounded like a lifter or a rod baring and they assured me it didn't sound like either. boy were they wrong I got about 5 miles down the i10 and threw a rod. Was stuck in eloy for about 4hrs. ... they should have just said they don't know if they don't know.

This place is horrible. I wish i would of read the reviews before going. I scheduled an appt only to be told that 3others scheduled at the same time. I was the 1st to show up at the scheduled time but they wouldn't start working on my vehicle until the other 3people scheduled showed up and i would have to wait. I canceled my appointment while there and went to Big O Tires who got me in right away. Waste of time with this place.

I had a scheduled appt 10/21 for routine maintenance check and oil change. Service was very prompt and professional. This is my 4th time taking one of two vehicles to Firestone. I feel I am always taken care of and well informed of what my car needs I appreciate Aaron the general manager as well as his team. I recommend Firestone in Casa Grande.

Phillip was so amazing. I made an appointment online but somewhere the wires got crossed and I wasn t in the system. Phillip still got me in there. Even earlier than the appointment time I had scheduled. After he and Alex inspected my car, I told Phillip what I could afford to do today and he made it work! I have never been to a place that honored a future sales event discount, and then gave me a few more discounts to get me taken care of and back safely on the road. Alex, the technician did awesome. Thanks guys! Will continue to use this location for all of my future vehicle maintenance.

We had a blowout on our RV on the way back to Texas. The service was fast and staff was friendly and sympathetic towards our situation. I recommend them to anyone.
