My family and I were stranded on the side of the I-10. We drove home and over estimated how much charge was in our electric vehicle and our battery died. We had to get towed and called elite towing around 11:00 pm. We were provided a quote and ETA for when the driver would arrive. Our tow driver Jay was amazing! He picked us up within 30 minutes and was kind and courteous when towing our vehicle. 10/10 for the service. I appreciate the transparency and professionalism from start to finish.

Great experience with elite towing called on a Sunday morning hour later he showed up to pull my loaded semi outta the mud for a good cost n was pulled out paid in 15 20 mins thanks elite towing for your service and great looking rigs

Shane and his guys were amazing. They showed up on site within 30 min. They had me at a repair shop with-in an hour. That wasn t easy to do considering I ran over to guard rail and it was trapped between my back axles of my semi, which was loaded with 25 tons of almonds!! These guys didn t just help me. They talked me off the ledge I own the truck in the trailer. They were just good people. It was like Family showed up to help. It would be nice if everybody was like these guys!!

I was in a very bad accident and if you ever get the tow truck driver jay, just know you re blessed and in very good hands. He helped me out more than I could ask for ! 10/10 excellent man excellent service excellent work

My husband had his Harley breakdown at 11:00 on a Friday night. I called and got Jay, he said he would be there in 20 min and he was. He was quick, professional and didn t make us wait. I would recommend him to anyone needing a tow. He is freaking awesome, Thank you Jay!!!!

ELITE TOWING IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Jay Jackson came and helped me out on a really bad day. He was at my house and had me and my daughter's vehicle in route to the tire shop in less than 30 minutes after I called. Super fast, straight forward and friendly. They are so good I took the other "towing guys" out of my phone and locked in Elite towing, they will be my go to from here on out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Jay was the nicest guy ever and sounds like he has an awesome team and family. God bless them all. #onehappy

Used these guys multiple times and always great quick service, Thanks for the help!:::::::Updated review::::::: Called for heavy wrecker service since driver got stuck in the mud and could see their shop. A guy answered the phone gave me a price I did explain that we are looking at his building and just needs wrenched the heavy wrecker probably won t be needed since just need a little help and I could do it with my dully pick up but was out of town . Guy gave major attitude and said now the price is 200 more for asking for help on the price, I hung up and will use knight towing for now on. Sorry you lost a fleet customer that has used you multiple times for long and short heavy tows ..

Had to tow my car to a mechanic, Jay came out within 30 minutes which is impressive cuz we live a bit far out and he did a great job with my car, was careful and efficient. He is very kind and knows what he is doing, I would fully reccomend this company. Thank you Jay!

Driver was great, found me and my car quickly and did his best to get my car loaded properly, which was not easy considering one of the wheels had literally fallen off. Would totally recommend this company again.

Casey did a wonderful job showed up in less then the amount of time they said he would be at my location. He was very polite and professional when we arrived at my location. When we arrived at the Freightliner dealership he show his amazing skills at parking my trailer where the they wanted it. Top notch severice very satisfied and bill was responsible.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and the Driver Jay was very quick and professional. I've used them twice this week and and both times he arrived minutes after I placed the call. Great Customer servic. I would without a doubt use them again and would also recommend them to my friends and family.

It was 115 degrees when my car broke down. The prompt and friendly service was such a relief. Jay showed up quickly, had the car loaded up in no time and we were on our way (major plus the tow truck had amazing air conditioning). Elite Towing made everything about a difficult situation so much easier. Thank you!

When you do something dumb, the last thing you need is the people you call for help to rub in your stupidity. Donald, our hero, was very kind and understanding. He got us unstuck in minutes and saw the humor in the ridiculous mess I found myself in, without belittling me. Highest recommendations for tow driver Donald and Elite Towing. My phone call was answered immediately, within 20 minutes my car was safely loaded on busy I-10 shoulder.
