What great service! Getting ready to leave and went to check all the tires on the motorhome. One of the valves stems stuck open. Before you knew it, we had a flat tire! Young gentleman came out to fix our little problem. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and a wonderful smile on his face. Great company! We will definitely use them again if we ever need tire service.

I recently visited Ed Whitehead's Tire Pros to have an alignment done on my van, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. Not only did they do an amazing job with my van's alignment, but the employees were also incredibly friendly and welcoming.From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and made to feel like a valued customer. The staff was very knowledgeable and explained the entire process to me in a way that I could easily understand. They even went above and beyond by providing some tips on how to maintain my van's alignment for the long term.Overall, my experience at Ed Whitehead's Tire Pros was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone in need of tire or alignment services. The combination of top-notch service and friendly staff truly sets them apart from the rest.

We recently had to replace the tires on our Class C Motorhome while staying at a campground in Casa Grande.I chose ED Whiteheads Tire Pros because their sign stated "commercial and retail", being the Motorhome is a large vehicle.Branden worked up a fair estimate and scheduled the work to be done, I added an oil change since they would have the Motorhome at their shop.This shop is top notch! They make you feel welcome, which is not always the experience at other repair shops.From my experience with Branden and the guys in the shop, I felt comfortable and confident the work would be done properly and professionally!The shop was extremely busy on my scheduled day but they handled everything in a timely manner, before I knew it I was on my way.I am so glad I chose Ed Whitehead's Tire Pros and recommend this shop to anyone needing tires or repairs to go there!Thank you Branden and the mechanics for a great experience.Sincerely,John

We got a flat tire on our way to CA git the donut put on but couldn t make it all the way without stopping for a new tire. Every other place I called had us waiting potentially hours, but they took us right away and had us back on the road in 15 minutes. We were so grateful that we could still make our weekend getaway without spending all of our time in a garage. Thanks so much for the good and quick work!

Amazing, friendly service! We had a flat on an inside dual while pulling a 40' trailer full of Brahma bulls. Large lot with plenty of room to maneuver our rig. They were awesome! Their fast service, got us back on the road in no time. Wish they were in my neighborhood. They also offer road service! If you're anywhere around the Casa Grande area look em up, they were a blessing for sure!

At the beginning of the year I moved from NY to Casa Grande. I needed to establish a mechanic and tire shop. I took a chance and tried Ed Whitehead's on E Florence. I was overwhelmed at their service and the way they treat customers. I was given great prices and options and they were fast and considerate when describing the problems and were always offering solutions. All garages need to take a page from their book on how to run a business.I am a customer for life.Jimmy K

We were stuck with a low tire on our RV in Eloy on our way to Tombstone, AZ. After 3 Truck stops could not figure out how to get air in our RV Tires, we called Ed Whitehead's Tire in Casa Grande! They sent out a truck right away and had air in our tire and checked all the others. We wasted 3 hours going to one truck stop and then another. If I was a Big Rig Driver I would not take my truck to a place that cannot even figure out little ole RV Tires... Everyone should Go to Ed Whiteheads for sure!!! They know their stuff!!! Thanks Danielle, Keith and Hector. We will spread the word!

Love this place! Always treated with respect and taken care of promptly. All of the guys here are top-class crew, but Chris is my favorite. They keep my truck running great and make sure my tires are on the up and up!!

Bought new wheels and tires from Discount unfortunately the ride was really bad even after 4 attempts to fix the issue. After the run around with two different guys, I returned them. My sister had went to Ed s before and was very happy with their service. So I went over I purchased the same wheels different tires. To my surprise the price was lower than discounts! Alex and guys did a great job! Thank you!

Excellent service! I Only got 2 rotors resurfaced, which isn t much . Phone service was excellent, in store service was excellent! Chris the service advisor is great! I ll definitely be back

I am so utterly disgusted with my experience at this shop today. I took my daughters car in to find out how much it would cost to replace the window regulator and see what was the issue with the car. They told me to leave the car with them for a couple hours and they would have an estimate for me. After waiting 4 hours and hearing nothing I called them and they still hadn t looked at. 2 hours later I call again and get the most ridiculous quote of over $1100 to fix it. Quoting the parts price over $60 more than what Autozone even sells the part for! I told them to forget it and then when I went to pick the car up the guy wouldn t even speak to me! Instead used his thumb to tell me where the car was even parked at. As I walked through the shop all of the techs were standing around. They didn t even have any cars that they were working on so not Sure why it took them over six hours to even give me a quote which ended up being ridiculous I will never ever take any vehicle to the shop again in my entire life I don t know if they felt that I was a female and wouldn t even realize that they were price gouging me or what it wouldn t have been so bad if they weren t so rude about it when I pick the vehicle up it s ridiculous beware they price gouge extremely at this shop and if you decide not to have them do the work be prepared to get a major cold shoulder and rudeness when you pick your vehicle back up.

Came from CA for our pseudo daughter s wedding. Towed our travel trailer. Truck started making a noise. Took it to the shop based off its google reviews. Long story short the problem they thought wasn t the issue. Was from a poor repair job from my hometown. Chris was honest and informative. He didn t try to upsale tires, said mine were fine as I asked. They didn t charge me a thing even though they took things apart. Totally honest and more then fair. I would use them if I lived here for sure. Worth going there for sure!

I like to repair my own vehicles (when possible) to save money. I had damage to a lower control arm that I was repairing. I had the new control arm and a new ball joint that needed to be pressed into the arm, even with a press I couldn t get it myself. So I took the parts to Ed s to see if they could help me out. As normal, they would not be able to guarantee the install as they did not buy the parts new, but what was not so normal is that they agreed to helping me out with this small but show stopping job. Yes! No other shop in CG would help me but the guys at Ed s. They pressed the ball joint for a very reasonable fee and I was on my way. Yes this was a seemingly small help me out job, but they agreed to help and that s what makes the difference. Just by helping me out they have gained a loyal patron! I will be coming to Ed s in the future for my car maintenance and I will be referring them to my friends and family. I feel it s important to support out local businesses, and they deserve it! It s hard to find a shop you trust this is one to put on your list to call.

I was very impressed with their service. They were quick and efficient. Based upon how clean & organized their place looked, you can tell there is real sense of pride & ownership. Also, they open early (7am) which I appreciated.

This is the place to go when you need tires or other maintenance on your vehicle. Keith and his crew are on point! Thank you for taking care of both my race car and my wife s daily driver! I wouldn t trust anyone else.

I give this place five stars because they are friendly, quick, and efficient. I made an appointment online and was able to come in the following morning. I was given a call from Danielle shortly after I made the appointment online to confirm the appointment. She is very sweet and easy to talk to. I came in for an oil and filter change, and Danielle gave me important information and suggestions regarding my car when the service was completed. I really appreciate that. The mechanic was very friendly as well.

I received a coupon for a free oil change in the mail and since we just recently moved to CG I needed a new place to do oil changes. I went online and saw they had great reviews so I decided to try them out. I am very glad I did! Their customer service was great and they never pressured me to get any other services. The front desk lady was so sweet! I will definitely continue getting my oil changes done there!

They did a great job for me! Let me look at several different tire brands and there was no pressure. Also discovered that they will do oil changes even if you bring your own oil and filter, unlike other companies I won't mention.

Had a tire that was previously plugged else where but needed patching. Called to see if they had the time. I was told to bring it in. Brought it in and they got right to work. They were busy but I didn't wait long at all. Got the tire patched and was on my way. All the guys are very nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend coming here for your tire needs.

Brought my car to Ed Whitehead's due to non-functioning air conditioner in my Mazda. In the Arizona summer, having no air in the car makes driving impossible. I was able to bring my car in the next day and the problem was identified and repaired after waiting for the part. Customer service was top notch going above and beyond what you expect from a mechanic shop. If you need a ride home and back the staff is more than willing. Heat can cause extreme fatigue for me quickly so to insure that I did not get overheated, instead of me picking up my car the car was brought to my home.Though the parts had to be ordered from the dealer, the price to fix my car was a fair price and the work was done correctly.Great customer service and mechanics. I highly recommend Ed Whitehead's for all of your car needs.

I was a walk in. Oblivious to the store. IMMEDIATELY upon entering Danielle made me feel like an honored guest! She was pleasant, personable and very customer focused. The folks in the shop took excellent care of my keep and it just glides down the highway now....... You have made a lifelong customer!! Keep up the great work Danielle and company!

We recently took my car to Ed Whitehead's Tire Pros and were very pleased! Everything was excellent. Service done to our satisfaction and amazing quality/work. The staff here is wonderful-they are very knowledgable, willing to help and prove to be one of the best for auto repair services! Danielle in the front office is very professional and kind and made me feel comfortable in bringing my car here. I highly recommend!!!

Danielle at the front desk was amazing! I came in the wrong day for my appointment and she was able to still fit me in. She gave me an amazing discount that had my oil change come out to only $10.00. My filter got stuck up in my car and the guys did an amazing job to get it out!
