Car was rented out on Turo and Vandalized, stereo stolen wires cut , subwoofer stolen wires cut out! Nothing worked! He required and fixed the mess , then upgraded the vehicle to a Touchscreen and back up camera!!!!! Works Amazing ! He definetly knows his stuff! Thanks for doing a great job!He has installed 3 car car stereos with touch screens and fixed one hell of a car stereo mess for me ! The head units are pictured below

I have been to this place 2x in the last 2 days for an amp for a Honda Civic. This place came highly recommended. The guy helping me seemed put off like he did not want to help me. He suggested I go to eBay instead of finding another radio system for my daughter's car. I guess he didn't think I had already looked other places and online for a replacement NEW part. He made pointed out a used part for $62. It's a shame some people can be fickle minded and think I can it afford to pay. I try to support local businesses but shame on you sir for turning away your help from a beautiful black woman. I will take my money to another place that wants it.

The gentleman that owns this shop is very good at what he does in his field. He's understanding, respectful, polite to all generations & color of skin. I would not take my car to anyone else in Casa Grande, AZ. Be polite & respectful to him & YOU WILL BE TREATED THE SAME WAY. HONEY GETS YOU MUCH FURTHER THEN VINEGAR! REMEMBER ALL BLOOD RUNS RED.THANK YOU, Looks to me some of you need a attitude ajustment!GARY

Zero customer service. Lack of communication skills for people trying to figure out what they need/want. It s simple look at the 1-2 star reviews instead of trying to understand the issue and better understand the need it s a constant put down. Will gladly pay extra for better customer experience.

10/10 best service ever, tang had the radio fixed in less than an hour and for only $100. Whereas 520 car audio said the radio was unfixable and that we had to buy a whole new one if we wanted it to work. Best radio repair shop out there, no wonder he s been able to stay in business for 30 years.

Been going to this place for years and 3 audio systems later. He's still the best at it. Tang knows what's good for the budget you want to spend and the vehicle you're putting it in to make it sound it's best. Great customer service and very knowledgeable about different brands. Great prices on products and installation.

Today was the second time this place has had my business. I was NOT disappointed! A year ago I purchased a touchscreen dvd deck. Today was an amp and woofer. Service was quick and easy. Price was on point too. I told him what I wanted he immediately gave me my options and pricing. Install was exactly the time he estimated roughly an hour. Definitely a place I will return to and refer to! There is a reason he has been in business at this same location for 30+ years. Thank you for great service Direct Car Audio!

The owner was a nice man. Sold me a radio for my 2008 vehicle and installed it within 30 minutes tops. Sat in his garage and watched him install it. I loved the fact that he explained on the types of radios and stuff he had. Of course I got the cheaper one, but the time and preparation was top notch. Also, he said he has been in business for 33 years. I will be back in the future.

After using Direct Car Audio 3 times in the last year, I know I'll never go anywhere else again. These guys know their stuff. You tell them what you want and you'll get a price right off the bat. The price you pay is a fraction of what you'd pay anywhere else that does audio install. Not only is the price low, but they get the job done in record time. The two times I needed a deck installed, it took less than 10 minutes. No Joke. I just recently had them wire up my amplifier and subwoofers, and from the time he was in my car to the time he was done was only an hour. It's not a rushed job either. The guy goes back and double checks that everything is looking good, and he even re-set the carpeting in my trunk to make sure it looked clean. Great place. Great service. I highly recommend them if you need anything involving car audio.

I came here to get my sound system upgraded. Oh boy was this complicated lolI went inside his garage where there isn t proper signage for an entrance first thing I see I a mess of assorted junk. Dishwashers, lamps,etc..and wasn t even greeted instead I was met with a rude owner that claimed being in business for 30 years and ranting on and on about it without me asking! It s like he was mad that I wanted to buy his products/services! This is confusing because if I have a business and my doors are open means that I want customers to come in right?!? Not this guy. He will tell you to go to Walmart lolStay away from this joker if you want your sound system done right.Message for the owner:- Please keep in mind that even though you have been in business for 30 years you have not mastered customer service.Next time a customer walks in your shop just greet them in a welcoming way. Like Good morning and welcome to Direct Car Audio! How may I help? Something along this line try it it s not hard I promise.You may be the best professional around but your lack of customer service is preventing you from moving forward, to grow. Or are you happy doing business from your messy garage forever? I mean it s been 30 years and you haven t progressed much think about it.

Could not be better!! Timely, care for my car and a fair price! Even had to make a few changes on the fly - all worked out. Dash Cam (front and rear) all good and MUCH less expensive than where I bought it - and local too - bonus!!

He fixed my wiring that another car audio shop who said it was fine & only charged me 20$ to fix I appreciate it & I will be back for future audio installation.

Excellent experience all around! Tang is very friendly and extremely experienced! He did an amazing job on my in dash DVD system and 15 inch drop screen and backup camera! Everything works great and looks beautiful!

I have been going here for years. I have always been treated well and the prices are great. All three of my vehicles have had the stereos installed here and i have never had a problem with any of them. I highly recommend this place.

Went here to get a good pair of 6x9's for my car came out with 2 12's subs with a ported box and a amp to power it all. Its nice when somone knows what there talking about when it comes to ohms watts and channels, the guy named Tang is the guy to talk to. great price great guy if i ever need something else i will deffently go back

Quick service, great products. He had quoted me a certain price, including labor. It did not take as long as he had expected, so he adjusted the price, which made quite a difference. I will be going back.

So came in and I had them checking some wiring for my stereo that I had someone else do. Charged me $50 just to look at the wiring wich only took 5-10 min. Went to car audio and the guy hooked it up and charged me $20 and fixed everything.
